  1. Got both of these from the flash sale for a grand total of $9.48. Have a great day!
  2. I managed to finish approximately 14 games in 2017. 1. Pure Chess (PS4) 2. Jetpack Joyride 3. Letter Quest Remastered 4. Costume Quest 2 (PS3) 5. Disc Jam 6. Abzu 7&8. Type: Rider (PS4/Vita) 9. Linger In The Shadows 10. Deliriant 11. .detuned 12. Assassin's Creed: Freedom Cry (PS4) 13. It's Spring Again 14. NBA2k18: The Prelude Of all the games listed above, the ones that I enjoyed the most were Pure Chess, Abzu, Costume Quest 2, and Letter Quest Remastered. The other games were very fun and I had a great experience with them as well, but I had a lot more fun playing those four particular games. Have a great day!
  3. Total plats earned in 2017: 19 I obtained more plats than I thought I would. The highest I ever got in one year was 24 platinums back in 2016. I could've obtained more plats this year had I not been occupied with my school assignments and extra curricular activities, which prevented me from playing for 3 months and 2 days consecutively. Overall, I had fun last year and I hope to do the same this year. Have a great day!
  4. Bronze Trophies: 2,779 to 3,424 (+645) Silver Trophies: 1,194 to 1,440 (+246) Gold Trophies: 367 to 475 (+110) Platinum Trophies: 70 to 89 (+19) (Total Trophies): 4,410 to 5.428 (+1,018) Best game I played: Middle-Earth: Shadow Of Mordor - Game Of The Year Edition Worst game(s) I played: Linger In The Shadows, Deliriant, and .detuned. They were all too short. Proudest platinum: Middle-Earth: Shadow Of Mordor. That game took a lot out of me. It was fun, captivating, and unprecedented. I got it courtesy of the mid-year sale for $3.99 (thanks to PS Plus for the extra 10% discount) The platinum for the game was easy to obtain, but the 2 dlc trophies, The Hunt Is My Mistress and Lord Of The Ring, were what made completing the entire game really difficult. Even though they weren't associated with the plat, it was still fun and rewarding to pull off such daunting and tedious tasks. Wow, I've accumulated more trophies than I anticipated. 2017 was one heck of a year if I do say so myself. Of course it had its ups and downs (mostly ups) but it was still a great year for me nonetheless. I broke personal records in trophy hunting, such as platinums earned in a year. I've played games that I never thought I would play, such as Infamous: Second Son, Ratchet & Clank, and Middle- Earth: Shadow Of Mordor - Game Of The Year Edition. I've gotten into numerous top 50 fastest achievers list for the majority of the games that I played. I did many things that I'm proud of in 2017 and I hope to do more in 2018. Have a great day!
  5. Lego City Undercover Scandal! Listen to 20 different conversations whilst Audio Scanning I purchased this game from the week 1 sale for 50% off ($19.99) This was such a fun game. I wanted to play it ever since it released back in 2013 exclusively for Wii U. I didn't own a Wii U so I had to wait four whole years until they announced the PS4 and Xbox One versions. The 4 year wait was very worth it. Until next time, have a Great and happy New Year!
  6. :platinum:#90- Lego City Undercover

Ever since they announced Lego City Undercover back in 2013, I knew that I had to have it. Unfortunately at the time, the game was a Wii U exclusive and I didn't have the Wii U at the time, nor do I own one now. When I heard that the were releasing it for the PS4 and XBox One consoles, I knew that my prayers were answered. I said to myself "The game I yearned to play for four years can finally be mine". After four whole years I was granted the opportunity to get this game. I purchased it for $19.99 (50% off)  and played it and I got to say, this game did....not disappoint me in the slightest. This game is unprecedented and is comprised of a diversity of new elements that makes it stand out among other Lego installments. I enjoyed every signal aspect of the game. I liked the driving controls, although sometimes it was a bit tricky driving while boosting. The story made sense and was invigorating. I also adored the voice actors, the clever jokes/ puns, and references to a variety of popular detective films (Sherlock Holmes, Starsky and Hutch, etc). I was astonished at the amazing detail that they put on the open world aspect of the game. The dialogue from the civilians, the buildings, puzzles, etc. The only real tedious aspect that a good portion of players strongly dislike, is the the innumerable amount of collectibles the game consists of. This game consists of approximately,,,,450 gold bricks (D: <--- my exact reaction when discovering this flabbergasting fact). 450 gold bricks? Yes, 450 Gold bricks I kid you not. However, despite this alarming fact, when you dive into the collectibles and use guides for assistance, it feels as if there aren't really 450 gold bricks. That's how it felt to me. I originally thought that I was going to engage in consecutive hours of boredom trying to find and complete all collectibles and challenges, but thankfully that wasn't the case for me. I enjoyed collecting all those collectibles, and I would do it again if I had the time. The challenges themselves weren't difficult in the slightest. They're pretty self explanatory. For example, save a cat out of a tree, fly to the next roof while holding on to a Chicken, and shoot a Pig out of a cannon. See, nothing out of the ordinary here. If you use a guide, then this game is cakewalk. Prior to playing this game, I heard that the console edition is notorious for having numerous freezing glitches on many individuals. Unfortunately, there was no way to fix this glitch, so I dived into the game and hoped for the best. The game only crashed on me 2 times towards the end of my trophy hunting journey. I'm glad that it didn't glitch out while it was saving. Otherwise I would've had to restart everything and lose a lot of valuable time. Collecting the gold bricks was the only "difficult" part of the game. So patience is an essential attribute you must have if you want to ensure you obtain the platinum for this awesome game, This game made me feel like a 6 year old all over again, and I'm glad that it didn't disappoint me after so many years of anticipation. If there is one game that I enjoyed playing in 2017, then it's definitely Lego City Undercover. I'm proud to have made this game my 90th platinum, and my New Year plat. I'm currently the fastest achiever for the game https://psnprofiles.com/100-club/6005-lego-city-undercover.  So far 2018 is amazing for me. Until next time, have a great day! :)

    Let's make 2018 count.

  7. #90- Lego City Undercover Cop-letionist Unlock All Trophies Ever since they announced Lego City Undercover back in 2013, I knew that I had to have it. Unfortunately at the time, the game was a Wii U exclusive and I didn't have the Wii U at the time, nor do I own one now. When I heard that they were releasing it for the PS4 and XBox One consoles earlier last year, I knew that my prayers were answered. I said to myself "The game I yearned to play for four years can finally be mine". "I can know indulge myself in this captivating and invigorating video game that's beloved by many individuals". Lego City Undercover is not you average Lego game. It has a lot to offer other than funny story telling and level collectibles. You take the role of a cop named "Chase McCain" and you explore the vast open world that is known as "Lego City". You're primary objective is to roam around Lego City to find and apprehend a criminal known as "Rex Fury", a diabolical menace who is hellbent on taking control of Lego City. It's up to you to chase him down and put an end to his diabolical schemes, and save Lego City from being torn apart brick by brick. I played this game and I got to say, this game did....not disappoint me in the slightest. This game is unprecedented and is comprised of a diversity of new elements that make it stand out among other Lego installments. I enjoyed every signal aspect of the game. 8. Lego City Undercover Super Compuper Achieve 100% Completion Ever since they announced Lego City Undercover, I knew that I had to have it. 9. Sign me up for Hero of Ikaruga. I have the platinum for Xblaze Lost: Memories
  10. :platinum:#89- Xblaze Lost: Memories

This was my 3rd Visual Novel and it was not daunting, but rather tedious. The game itself is very easy and requires little to no effort to complete. Unlike the other 2 visual novels that I've played, Amnesia: Memories and Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~, this one implemented a playable character that you can actually control. It didn't make the game difficult, but it did stand out among the other two.  You're assigned with the task of collecting memory fragments on 7 floors of what is known as the "Phantom Field". The Phantom Field is where the majority of the game takes place. Each floor is comprised of approximately 4 fragments. This adds up to equal 28 memory fragments total. While you're searching for each fragment you'll come across these cats that contain "TIPs". These tips are also something you need to collect if you want to ensure you obtain the platinum trophy as fast as humanly possible. If I recall correctly, I believe there were 62 tips. Collecting both the memory fragments and TIPs weren't difficult at all. Overall, Xblaze Lost: Memories is not a difficult game in the slightest and it's an easy platinum to obtain. I'm currently the 26/27th fastest achiever (me and number 26 have the same time so it switches from time to time) https://psnprofiles.com/100-club/3762-xblaze-lost-memories. Could've gotten faster had I not messed up at a certain section. Now I can move on to my 90th platinum. Until next time, have a great day! :)

  11. #89- Xblaze Lost: Memories Omnipotent Obtained all of the trophies in the game. This was my 3rd Visual Novel and it was tedious. It's funny because my first visual novel was Amnesia: Memories. So far out of the 3 novels that I've played, Amnesia: Memories, Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~, and now this, two of them are associated with memories. The game itself is very easy and requires little to no effort to complete. You're assigned with the task of collecting memory fragments on 7 floors of what is known as the "Phantom field". Each floor is comprised of approximately 4 fragments. This adds up to equal 28 memory fragments total. While you're searching for each fragments you'll come across these cats that contain "tips". These tips are also something you need to collect if you want to ensure you obtain the platinum trophy as fast as humanly possible. There are approximately 62 tips total if I recall correctly. Collecting both the memory fragments and tips were easy. The only real boring part, in my opinion, is just mashing the X button for 2 hours straight, practically. That was the only part that really bothered me. Overall, Xblaze Lost: Memories is not a difficult game in the slightest and it's an easy platinum to obtain. I might purchase the Vita version sometime in the future. I'm currently the 26/27th fastest achiever (me and number 26 have the same time so it switches from time to time) https://psnprofiles.com/100-club/3762-xblaze-lost-memories. Now I can move on to my 90th platinum. Until next time, have a great day!
  12. A World of Possibilities Completed the game. My 3rd Visual Novel and it was not daunting, but rather tedious. The game itself is very easy and requires little to no effort to complete. Collecting both the memory fragments and tips were easy using a guide. Even without a guide you can find all of them on your own. It's just that easy. Overall, Xblaze Lost: Memories is not a difficult game in the slightest and now I can move on to my 90th platinum. Until next time, have a great day!
  13. Marvel: Ultimate Alliance Thanks for the giveaway!
  14. :platinum:#88- Back To The Future: The Game (PS3)

Great Scott! Can it be? Has marvelboy10 returned to the world of trophy hunting after being gone for approximately 3 months and 2 days? Yes, I am finally back after so long. I was occupied with my school assignments and my extracurricular activities, but I'm back and better than ever. I figured, what better way to make up the time you lost then by playing Back To The Future: The Game. Good old Back To The Future, such a classic franchise that's loved by an innumerable amount of people. I had a great time diving back into this game. I played the episodes individually a couple of years ago, and I recalled somethings from each one. This made the full game a tad bit faster to complete. The puzzles, like every Telltale game, weren't difficult at all. I'm still contemplating on whether or not I should purchase the PS4 version since it received a lot of backlash for being comprised of numerous glitches and bugs. Fortunately, I didn't experience any glitches with the PS3 version. Overall, the game was amazing and I'm glad I added it's platinum to my collection. I made the game my 88th plat. If you're a fan of the franchise, then you'll know why I did that. I highly recommend any fan of Back To The Future to purchase this game and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I'm currently the 3rd fastest achiever and the 4th person in the world/history to complete it in under 4 hours. https://psnprofiles.com/100-club/1142-back-to-the-future-the-gameUntil next time, have a great day! :)

  15. #88- Back To The Future: The Game (PS3) Platinum Trophy Earn all trophies in: "Back to the Future: The Game" Before we commence, I'd like to provide you with some Back To The Future fun facts 1. The Delorean (time machine) requires 1.21 gigawatts of electricity in order to time travel. 2. Michael J. Fox was originally not going to portray Marty Mcfly. 3. Einstein (Doc's pet dog) was originally going to be a chimpanzee. 4. In the early stages of Back To The Future, the time machine was made out of an old refrigerator. However, this idea was scrapped and was used by Spielberg in Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. (imagine time traveling in this) 5. When Marty McFly was 13 or 14, he snuck into Doc's lab and ended up getting a part-time job. Great Scott! Can it be? Has marvelboy10 returned to the world of trophy hunting after being gone for approximately 3 months and 2 days? Yes, I am finally back after so long. I was occupied with my school assignments and my extracurricular activities, but I'm back and better than ever. I figured, what better way to make up the time you lost then by playing Back To The Future: The Game (PS3). Good old Back To The Future, such a classic franchise that's loved by an innumerable amount of people. Marty and Doc (voiced by Christopher Lloyd) return once again and are faced with another time conundrum, and it's up to them to get the problem fixed and restore the space time continuum. I had a great time diving back into this game. I played the episodes individually a couple of years ago, and I recalled somethings from each one. This made the full game a tad bit faster to complete. The puzzles, like every Telltale game, weren't difficult at all. The only real challenge was trying to obtain the trophy "Fuelamaster". That took me only two attempts because I messed up at the last round on my first try. So here's what your supposed to do. So when you meet up with Emmett you'll be in his lab in his basement, he'll inform and introduce you to 4 specific objects. They are "release fire, sprinkle bacteria food, release gaseous pressure, and turn electrical crank". These objects are what you'll need to interact with to progress through the story. While there he'll go engage in an argument with his father. While he is arguing he'll provide intimations on what item you're supposed to use. For example to release gaseous pressure he'll say something along the lines of "You're PRESSURING me to be something I'm not". The capitalized word, pressure, let's you know that that's what you have to interact with. He does this with the other 3 objects as well, so I strongly recommend that you play this mini-game with subtitles on to ensure you succeed. The mini game is divided into 4 rounds. You'll know when each round is finished when Emmett comes down to check your progress when you reach 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%. It's actually easy, but starts to speed up each round and you have to act fast. If you're not fast enough, then you'll eventually mess up and have to restart from the beginning. All the other episodes were very easy and required minimal effort to complete. I enjoyed the story very much and I'm glad that I could replay such an awesome game. I made the game my 88th plat. If you're a fan of the franchise, then you'll know why I did that. I highly recommend any fan of Back To The Future to purchase this game and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. 16. Deja Marty Perfectly repeated dialog while repeating Doc's temporal experiment. Good old Back To The Future, such a classic franchise that's loved by an innumerable amount of people. I had a great time diving back into this game. I played the episodes individually a couple of years ago, and I remembered somethings from each one. This made the full game a tad bit faster to complete. Merry Christmas to you too!

  20. Well, I haven't made a status update in a while so I might be rusty.

So yesterday was the first day of my Christmas vacation from school. I don't return to school until Jan 3rd 2018. Which means I have a whole week and 3 days remaining until my break ends. My trophy intentions for the break are to earn approximately 3 platinums and accumulate approximately 90 platinum trophies. Last year was 70 and this year was 90. I hope next year will be 100 or higher.

The month of December has been very great for me. I recently attended a Chess competition for my school last Tuesday. Of the 2 matches that I played, you're only allowed to play 2 ranked Chess matches per competition, I seized the victory for both of them. My current Chess record for this year is 3-1. Prior to this competition event, my Chess team was 2nd place in our city. We're behind 1st place by 1/2 a point. They haven't updated the rankings so I don't know where we currently stand. I know we're still in a good position. Last time we accumulated 6.5 points, and this time we accumulated 7 points.

I also took a few tests this month for my English 3 Honors and Geometry Honors classes, and I passed them all. I took 2 tests for both English 3 and Geometry. I received a 34/34(100) on my English vocab test, and a 42/44(96) on the 2nd one which was for a book we're reading called "The Great Gatsby". I received a 25/25 (100) on my Geometry benchmark, and a 17/21(81) on my Geometry quiz (I only got 2 wrong 😒 ). I also made Honor Roll in my school (6 A's in my other classes and 1 B in Geometry= 3.88 GPA). All my classmates cheered me on when they called my name. It was an awesome feeling knowing that all your hard work, dedication, and devotion payed off. That you have friends who support you and look up to as more than just a smart individual. It truly is an amazing feeling and I am truly grateful for that. I hope to add more to my collection in the remaining 3 marking periods. At this rate, I'm looking to add another one to my collection very soon. 🤓

My other plans outside of trophy hunting for the break are as follows

    1. Celebrate my sister's birthday
    2. Go to family parties and play our own family traditional Christmas game
    3. Rest
    4. Relax
    5. Rejoice
    6. Repeat steps 3-5 until the break is over.

I have a lot of games that were recently added to my backlog, and I intend to complete every single one of them. Some of them, such as Batman Arkham Knight: Premium Edition, Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens Deluxe Edition, Mirror's Edge Catalyst, Far Cry Primal, and Lego City Undercover(so glad that they implemented this game into the PS4), I purchased when they were on sale. I got them for a good deal too and I saved over $200 on games as well. I also have to worry about the games I got (clears throat) am going to get for Christmas, such as Mercenaries 2: World in Flames (PS3), Lego Jurassic World (Vita), and Uncharted: Golden Abyss (Vita). Well, I can happily say that I'm going to be  heavily occupied this Christmas break. Have a great day! :)

  21. This movie was my final film of 2017, and I absolutely loved every second of it. To me the plot made sense and everything came together. Sure there were some parts that made me say "what"?, but it was still a fantastic film nonetheless. There were a lot of jaw dropping and emotional moments in the film, with a pinch of humor that I believe was just right. I recommend this film to any and every Star Wars fan. Until next time, have a great day! 👍
  22. I purchased all three of these games for a grand total of approximately $50.97, courtesy of the week 1 sale on the PSN store. The sale ends on 12/19 for those who are unaware. Christmas came early for me this year. Have a great day!
