Would like to wish everyone on Psnprofiles a Happy Halloween! 👻 💀🎃 🍫🍭🍬👻
Also would like to show you guys a few pictures of me dressed up as Spider-Man for Halloween.
It felt good being dressed up as the wall crawler. 🕷️
100%- NBA 2K19: The Prelude
Another year, another prelude. All I can say is that this one was just as enjoyable and fast as its predecessors. The NBA 2K preludes consist of very easy to obtain trophies that require little to no knowledge of Basketball. The trophies are short, sweet, and straight to the point. No daunting or tedious requirements at all. For this year's prelude, all you have to do is simply play the 2KU tutorial, create your myplayer, skip the cutscenes and games, and then a fresh out of the oven 100% will be yours for the taking. It's so simple a three year old can do it. Had it not been for the long load times in between matches, then I would've gotten a faster completion time. I'm currently the 9th fastest achiever. That makes the 3rd consecutive prelude in which I've gotten into the top 50 fastest achievers, and I'm confident i'll be there for a long while. https://psnprofiles.com/100-club/8120-nba-2k19-the-prelude. My time is a 28 second difference from number 3, just to give you an idea on how precise you have to be to get in the top 50 fastest achievers. I haven't done a speedrun in a while but this wasn't bad for a return run. Shout out to @dalailama1989 (2nd fastest achiever) for also getting in the top 50 fastest achievers for the NBA 2K preludes for the 3rd year in a row (applauds 👏). Until next time, have a great day!
100%- Minecraft: Playstation 3 Edition
Well, so ends the last trophy update for Minecraft on the PS3. I enjoyed collecting these trophies, despite the fact that some were absolutely grueling and time consuming. I thought the updates would never end but now I can happily say that they have ended, for the old the PS3 and Vita versions. The new trophies were extremely easy to obtain and require no skill at all but mostly patience. You don't even need a boosting partner to obtain any of them. I'm also one of the first 50 people to complete this game and I'm proud to say that I will be on the first 50 for the rest of my life. Thanks Minecraft for the fun trophies and good memories boosting with friends. Have a great day!
100%- Rocket League
Well, it's been over 1 year since the last trophy update for this game, but I managed to do it again. Thanks @Smzthy @Krove-34 and @jh7459 and for your assistance and patience. Couldn't have done it without you guys. I may be a little rusty when it comes to Rocket League but I enjoyed the feeling of trophy hunting again. Maybe I might start speed running again very soon. I've been occupied with another game and school but I will try to trophy hunt as much as I can.Until next time, have a great day!
Just saw Ant Man And The Wasp and it was a great film. 👍 👍 I predicted the post credits scene of this film and I was mostly correct (about 85%). The film was a great introduction of the Wasp. I know Hope appeared in the first installment but seeing her in action in the suit was pretty cool. I liked the fact that they introduced Ghost into the MCU. Although the character was originally a male in the comics with a different origin story, it's nice that they added a not as popular villain into the universe. I still prefer the first film but this one did have it's memorable moments. I recommend this film to all Marvel fans and I can assure you that you won't regret seeing it. Next up on Marvel's calendar is Venom. I know Sony owns the rights to Venom but he's still a Marvel character, right?Spoiler
Hope, Janet, and Hank all disappear in the post credits scene leaving Ant Man stuck in the quantum realm. How will he get out in time for Infinity War part 2?
100%- Run, Sackboy, Run (at long last)
Finally, after a long year, 3 months, and 4 weeks, I have obtained all the trophies for this game. I had to accumulate over 500,000 bubbles to buy 10 costumes for the gold trophy, and it took a while. I did it the long way by opening the chests and obtaining bubbles through my daily log in rewards, and the results were worth it. I could've bought the bubbles, but then it wouldn't have felt like an accomplishment, at least for me. Run, Sackboy, Run is a very enjoyable f2p vita game and any fan of the Little Big Planet franchise should give this game a go. The trophies aren't difficult and are very simple. The only tedious aspect of the game is accumulating an absurd amount of bubbles (over 500,000) to buy 10 costumes for the gold trophy, but the results will be worth it and satisfying. I haven't been trophy hunting in a while due to school and extracurricular activities, such as chess club, but now that school is over for me I have the next 2 months to trophy hunt. I'm looking forward to it. Have a great day!
By the way, every time I say the game's title I immediately recall a scene from Forrest Gump. The famous "Run, Forrest, Run!" scene
Just got back from seeing the Incredibles 2 and it was... incredible. Incredibles 2 took 14 years to create. 14 years! I've waited that long to see this overdue sequel and all I have to say is....worth it. The film was amazing and it took off immediately where the first installment left off. The new remodeled character designs were sharp. Some moments it really felt more like live action than animation. There was a perfect blend of drama, action, comedy, and a tiny dash of romance. Jack Jack really stole the entire film for me. That boy is going places when he gets older. The new introduction of the new supes was pretty cool. The super known as "Brick" reminds me of the villain known as "Titan" from Megamind. The whole story made sense because it showed that even people with super powers have everyday struggles like the ones who don't. Just goes to show that nobody is above anybody and that essentially we're all the same regardless of what we look like or what our status in the world is. We all experience struggles and having super powers doesn't make you immune to that, as demonstrated in comic books as well. They eventually overcome their struggles and better themselves as individuals. That's the message I took from this film. Overall, the Incredibles 2 is 2x better than its predecessor and I can assure you that the 14 year long wait will not have been for nothing. To sum it up, it was simply incredible. Have a great day!
Well, today officially marks the end of another school year for me. Wow, it feels just like yesterday when I first walked into my high school as a Freshman and now I'm officially a Senior.
I accomplished a lot of great things this year and I hope to do even better next year. To briefly summarize
- I became the chess captain for my team and my overall record was 9 1/2 - 3 1/2 for the whole season this year
- I was selected to be a student ambassador for the orientation in August
- I ran for DECA office and I became the VP of Marketing (my greatest accomplishment this year)
- I did approximately 15 presentations throughout the whole school year (longest one was 33 minutes)
- Made a lot of new friends
- Made honor roll all four marking periods (I've made honor roll 7 consecutive times now)
- Became close with my Student Senate peers
- Never missed a single day this year (I haven't been absent a single day since I started high school
Overall, I had a great year and I acquired a lot of knowledge of the real world. I didn't do a lot of trophy hunting because of school work and extracurricular activities, but I can happily say that the results were worth it.
I've also began playing a new Marvel app titled "Marvel Strike Force". It's a free app and it's actually very fun. The game involves a villain known as Ultimus who is hellbent on conquering all the Earths in the universe. He has corrupted their version of our beloved heroes and villains and has made them soldiers for his army. Earth by Earth he has massacred countless civilizations hoping to acquire immense power by defeating every foe that dares to stand against his might. It just so happens that our Earth is the one who stands a chance at defeating him and Ultimus doesn't take to kindly to those who challenge him. It's up to you, the player, to rally your heroes and power them up to defeat him and his army before our world meets its demise.
It's actually a very fun game. The whole purpose of the game is to collect heroes and villains, upgrade their abilities, and utilize them to your advantage to progress throughout the game. It's also a PvP as well. You make a team and each team consists of 5 heroes, villains, or both. From there you need to upgrade their abilities which upgrades your team power and the stronger your team, the more likely you are to win. The game is very detailed in its system, so I'd advise that you watch beginner guides on Youtube for more information, for those who are interested.
I was wondering if this site can do me a favor. On Marvel Insider they are giving away 450 power cores as a reward and I need to accumulate 40,000 points to redeem the reward. I'm currently sitting at 30,000 and there's a particular activity that grants me 10,000 points if I share a referral link and have 10 people use the link to visit the site.
Here's my referral link-
If anyone would like to help me then it would be much appreciated.
Thank you for your time and have a great day!
Just got back from seeing Solo: A Star Wars Story and the film was a lot better than I anticipated. Aldan did an excellent job at portraying a young and arrogant Han Solo. The Last Jedi may not have did the fans justice, but Solo certainly changes that perspective for the better. Donald Glover also did an excellent job at portraying a young Lando Calrissian. This movie really answers a lot of questions about Han Solo's past and how he came to be the famous smuggler in the entire galaxy. A must watch for all Star Wars fans.Spoiler
Chewie was going to eat Han? I was shocked when I realized that they were feeding him to a captive wookie. I originally thought it was a rancor, but then I remembered that Jabba the Hutt is the only one who has one so that didn't make sense.
The card game between Han and Lando was also an nice addition. At first I wondered how Han was going to win the Millennium Falcon, but the last couple of scenes answered my question, and they didn't disappoint. The Kessel run didn't disappoint me either.
That cameo by Darth Maul was absolutely insane! I almost fell out of my seat when I realized it was him. Darth Maul is highly underrated and I'm glad he's been given an opportunity to shine once again in the Star Wars universe.
@PermaFox Thank you!
Trust me, Solo is a very good film. It's almost as good as Rogue One. I was satisfied with the film because it actually felt like Star Wars and not some political agenda advertisement.Spoiler
Well, the droid named L3-37 is supposed to represent a sjw, but I was more amused than upset with her character. Especially when she died because it did the film justice.
Just got back from seeing Deadpool 2 and I loved it. It was better than the first installment and Ryan Reynolds demonstrates once again why he was the perfect actor to portray Deadpool. The film was comprised of innumerable references to other super heroes outside of the Fox universe. The cast, acting, plot, cinematography, etc, was very very good. Deadpool 2 is a must see, bottom line.Spoiler
This post credits scene where he went back in time and murdered the Deadpool from X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Ryan Reynolds before he accepted the Green Lantern script had me in tears from laughing.
Also the part where he referred to Cable as Thanos was great. I knew the movie wouldn't have been complete without that reference.
Juggernaut looked awesome. It's like they took him straight from the comics.
When Juggernaut ripped Deadpool in half, it reminded me when Hulk ripped Wolverine in half in the comics. I don't know if that was supposed to be a reference or just a way to showcase Juggernaut's powers. Either way it was very cool and gruesome.
My only problem with this film is why did they have to kill off the X-Force like that? In the trailer it showed them fighting and in the film they died within the first 10 minutes of them appearing on screen. All except for Domino and Deadpool, of course. Oh well at least he went back in time at the post credits and prevented Peter from dying. I was hoping Deadpool would make a reference to Spider-Man when they introduced Peter.
The 2-5 second X-Men cameo was a surprise. I was hoping they would've interacted with Deadpool a little bit, but I'll take what I can get.
Just got back from seeing Avengers Infity War in Imax and it was...... no words can describe how awesome the film was.
My whole body was shaking throughout out the entire film let alone the first 5 minutes. This is the absolute best way to have all the heroes, and some villains, come together for one epic showdown and Marvel executed it perfectly. The way everything came together, cinematography, script, pacing, etc, all made sense to me and it was a marvelous experience ( I just had to say it). I implore ever Marvel fan to watch this film because it is a must see without a doubt. I have never been more happier to be a Marvel fan in my life. Team Marvel for life!Spoiler
When Hulk attacked Thanos in the beginning and Thanos just took him down with his BARE HANDS and left him in a bloody pulp, I knew we where in for a real treat. I was distraught when he killed Heimdall and Loki, but at least Thor didn't let their deaths be in vain.
Thanos even sacrificed Gamora, his own daughter, to acquire the soul stone which was guarded by... Red Skull
When Iron Man, Spider-man, Doctor Strange, Drax, Nebula, Star Lord, and Mantis pinned Thanos down to remove his gauntlet, it was pretty intense. If only Star Lord didn't start lashing out on Thanos when he discovered that he killed Gamora until after the gauntlet was removed, then they would've been saved. Then again he did shoot his father, Ego the living planet, to pieces 1 second after he revealed to him that he was the reason his mother died in Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2. But still, if only he had just waited 15 more seconds because Spider-Man almost got the gauntlet off before Thanos grabbed it and put it back on.
When Thanos arrived on Earth in pursuit of the the 6th and final stone, the soul stone, to complete his gauntlet and just knocked all the heroes aside like they were nothing using the power of the other stones, my jaw dropped to the floor. The part where Cap was holding back his gauntlet using his own strength was epic as well. The look on Thanos' face was of both struggle and flabbergast because he didn't expect a mortal to hold back the most powerful gauntlet in the universe which was attached to one of the most powerful beings in the universe.
When Scarlet Witch had to kill Vision to destroy the mind stone, my entire body from the neck down was trembling. The suspense, cinematography, acting, and music all had me at the edge of my seat. Until Thanos reversed back time and restored the mind stone and killed Vision by removing it from his head with his "BARE HANDS".
When half the heroes disappeared at the end, I was so upset and confused simultaneously. I almost shed a tear when Spider-Man was about to disappear and he told Tony he didn't want to go. I wonder how the screenwriters of Marvel will carry on from there. I'm sure they have something big up their sleeves. I can't wait to see how they conclude this epic journey.
I would keep going but that'll make this post too long.
I can't wait until next year for the second half.
Starlord: WHERE IS GAMORA”
Iron Man:“WHO IS GAMORA?”
Drax: “WHY IS GAMORA?”
"Get lost Squidward!" - Tony Stark to Ebony Maw
Thanos (to Thor after he stabbed him in the chest with Stormbreaker, his new hammer,): "You should have aimed for the head"
(if only Thor had actually aimed for the head and not his chest then he could've saved everybody and prevented them from being eradicated. Dang it Thor!)
"Mr. Stark, I don't feel so good"- Spider-Man ( To Iron Man while disappearing)
(Right in the feels)

I saw the movie yesterday, That film was awesome.Spoiler
I was surprised by Red Skull showing up, I thought he was dead like any other Marvel Villain.
That Teamwork between Avengers(Spider-Man and Iron Man), Guardians of the Galaxy and Doctor Strange VS Thanos was a awesome fight.Spoiler
I think the Avengers 4 might be called something like ``Quest to restore the Universe`` with Captain Marvel teaming up with the survivors of the Infinity War and Hawkeye will appear as Ronin.
@Silently No, not yet. I think it just came out in theaters, so it probably won't be coming to Netflix/DVD/etc. until at least this Fall or Winter?
& the Venom one looks pretty cool too, I'll add that to the list as well.
Just like to wish everyone on PSNProfiles a Happy Valentine's Day!
100%- Ace Combat Infinity
Finally, after 3 long years I've completed this tedious game. Recently back in December of 2017, I discovered that they were shutting down the servers for this game on March 31st, 2018. So I checked my progress and knew that I was going to obtain the trophy for becoming the rank of Colonel in time. I've dedicated the last two months to playing this game. Of course, I put my school assignments first and this last. I started this game back in 2014 and the saying is absolutely true. Time does fly by just like that. This game was fun and new for me. I never played any Ace Combat game prior to Infinity. I don't believe I'll be disappointed if I were to one day play the other installments. I really enjoyed the aerial combat game play as well as the variety of air crafts that the game had to offer. The trophies weren't difficult but rather tedious. Leveling up will certainly take a lot of dedication and devotion, but the results are worth it. I hope that who ever is attempting to obtain 100% for this game is successful, and for those who didn't start this game, smart decision. Overall, Ace Combat Infinity is definitely a fun game to play and I'm proud to be a pilot for life. Until next time, have a great day!
#90- Lego City Undercover
Ever since they announced Lego City Undercover back in 2013, I knew that I had to have it. Unfortunately at the time, the game was a Wii U exclusive and I didn't have the Wii U at the time, nor do I own one now. When I heard that the were releasing it for the PS4 and XBox One consoles, I knew that my prayers were answered. I said to myself "The game I yearned to play for four years can finally be mine". After four whole years I was granted the opportunity to get this game. I purchased it for $19.99 (50% off) and played it and I got to say, this game did....not disappoint me in the slightest. This game is unprecedented and is comprised of a diversity of new elements that makes it stand out among other Lego installments. I enjoyed every signal aspect of the game. I liked the driving controls, although sometimes it was a bit tricky driving while boosting. The story made sense and was invigorating. I also adored the voice actors, the clever jokes/ puns, and references to a variety of popular detective films (Sherlock Holmes, Starsky and Hutch, etc). I was astonished at the amazing detail that they put on the open world aspect of the game. The dialogue from the civilians, the buildings, puzzles, etc. The only real tedious aspect that a good portion of players strongly dislike, is the the innumerable amount of collectibles the game consists of. This game consists of approximately,,,,450 gold bricks ( <--- my exact reaction when discovering this flabbergasting fact). 450 gold bricks? Yes, 450 Gold bricks I kid you not. However, despite this alarming fact, when you dive into the collectibles and use guides for assistance, it feels as if there aren't really 450 gold bricks. That's how it felt to me. I originally thought that I was going to engage in consecutive hours of boredom trying to find and complete all collectibles and challenges, but thankfully that wasn't the case for me. I enjoyed collecting all those collectibles, and I would do it again if I had the time. The challenges themselves weren't difficult in the slightest. They're pretty self explanatory. For example, save a cat out of a tree, fly to the next roof while holding on to a Chicken, and shoot a Pig out of a cannon. See, nothing out of the ordinary here. If you use a guide, then this game is cakewalk. Prior to playing this game, I heard that the console edition is notorious for having numerous freezing glitches on many individuals. Unfortunately, there was no way to fix this glitch, so I dived into the game and hoped for the best. The game only crashed on me 2 times towards the end of my trophy hunting journey. I'm glad that it didn't glitch out while it was saving. Otherwise I would've had to restart everything and lose a lot of valuable time. Collecting the gold bricks was the only "difficult" part of the game. So patience is an essential attribute you must have if you want to ensure you obtain the platinum for this awesome game, This game made me feel like a 6 year old all over again, and I'm glad that it didn't disappoint me after so many years of anticipation. If there is one game that I enjoyed playing in 2017, then it's definitely Lego City Undercover. I'm proud to have made this game my 90th platinum, and my New Year plat. I'm currently the fastest achiever for the game https://psnprofiles.com/100-club/6005-lego-city-undercover. So far 2018 is amazing for me. Until next time, have a great day!
Oh I forgot to say....
Let's make 2018 count.
#89- Xblaze Lost: Memories
This was my 3rd Visual Novel and it was not daunting, but rather tedious. The game itself is very easy and requires little to no effort to complete. Unlike the other 2 visual novels that I've played, Amnesia: Memories and Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~, this one implemented a playable character that you can actually control. It didn't make the game difficult, but it did stand out among the other two. You're assigned with the task of collecting memory fragments on 7 floors of what is known as the "Phantom Field". The Phantom Field is where the majority of the game takes place. Each floor is comprised of approximately 4 fragments. This adds up to equal 28 memory fragments total. While you're searching for each fragment you'll come across these cats that contain "TIPs". These tips are also something you need to collect if you want to ensure you obtain the platinum trophy as fast as humanly possible. If I recall correctly, I believe there were 62 tips. Collecting both the memory fragments and TIPs weren't difficult at all. Overall, Xblaze Lost: Memories is not a difficult game in the slightest and it's an easy platinum to obtain. I'm currently the 26/27th fastest achiever (me and number 26 have the same time so it switches from time to time) https://psnprofiles.com/100-club/3762-xblaze-lost-memories. Could've gotten faster had I not messed up at a certain section. Now I can move on to my 90th platinum. Until next time, have a great day!
#88- Back To The Future: The Game (PS3)
Great Scott! Can it be? Has marvelboy10 returned to the world of trophy hunting after being gone for approximately 3 months and 2 days? Yes, I am finally back after so long. I was occupied with my school assignments and my extracurricular activities, but I'm back and better than ever. I figured, what better way to make up the time you lost then by playing Back To The Future: The Game. Good old Back To The Future, such a classic franchise that's loved by an innumerable amount of people. I had a great time diving back into this game. I played the episodes individually a couple of years ago, and I recalled somethings from each one. This made the full game a tad bit faster to complete. The puzzles, like every Telltale game, weren't difficult at all. I'm still contemplating on whether or not I should purchase the PS4 version since it received a lot of backlash for being comprised of numerous glitches and bugs. Fortunately, I didn't experience any glitches with the PS3 version. Overall, the game was amazing and I'm glad I added it's platinum to my collection. I made the game my 88th plat. If you're a fan of the franchise, then you'll know why I did that. I highly recommend any fan of Back To The Future to purchase this game and I hope you enjoy it as much as I did. I'm currently the 3rd fastest achiever and the 4th person in the world/history to complete it in under 4 hours. https://psnprofiles.com/100-club/1142-back-to-the-future-the-game. Until next time, have a great day!

Congratulations my friend. I have that game, too. Just haven't started. Thank u. I was thinking of finishing up my fuse some of the trophies.. though I'm looking for players to do this and at same time, work in between.. I might start this game or crime punishment on ps3. And good luck on ur next plat😊✌

Wishing everyone a happy jolly holiday! 😊🎄🎉😄❄⛄
I'd like to wish everyone on Psnprofiles a very Merry Christmas! ☃️ 🎁 🎅 ⛄ ❄️ 🍪
Well, I haven't made a status update in a while so I might be rusty.
So yesterday was the first day of my Christmas vacation from school. I don't return to school until Jan 3rd 2018. Which means I have a whole week and 3 days remaining until my break ends. My trophy intentions for the break are to earn approximately 3 platinums and accumulate approximately 90 platinum trophies. Last year was 70 and this year was 90. I hope next year will be 100 or higher.
The month of December has been very great for me. I recently attended a Chess competition for my school last Tuesday. Of the 2 matches that I played, you're only allowed to play 2 ranked Chess matches per competition, I seized the victory for both of them. My current Chess record for this year is 3-1. Prior to this competition event, my Chess team was 2nd place in our city. We're behind 1st place by 1/2 a point. They haven't updated the rankings so I don't know where we currently stand. I know we're still in a good position. Last time we accumulated 6.5 points, and this time we accumulated 7 points.
I also took a few tests this month for my English 3 Honors and Geometry Honors classes, and I passed them all. I took 2 tests for both English 3 and Geometry. I received a 34/34(100) on my English vocab test, and a 42/44(96) on the 2nd one which was for a book we're reading called "The Great Gatsby". I received a 25/25 (100) on my Geometry benchmark, and a 17/21(81) on my Geometry quiz (I only got 2 wrong 😒 ). I also made Honor Roll in my school (6 A's in my other classes and 1 B in Geometry= 3.88 GPA). All my classmates cheered me on when they called my name. It was an awesome feeling knowing that all your hard work, dedication, and devotion payed off. That you have friends who support you and look up to as more than just a smart individual. It truly is an amazing feeling and I am truly grateful for that. I hope to add more to my collection in the remaining 3 marking periods. At this rate, I'm looking to add another one to my collection very soon. 🤓
My other plans outside of trophy hunting for the break are as follows
- Celebrate my sister's birthday
- Go to family parties and play our own family traditional Christmas game
- Repeat steps 3-5 until the break is over.
I have a lot of games that were recently added to my backlog, and I intend to complete every single one of them. Some of them, such as Batman Arkham Knight: Premium Edition, Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens Deluxe Edition, Mirror's Edge Catalyst, Far Cry Primal, and Lego City Undercover(so glad that they implemented this game into the PS4), I purchased when they were on sale. I got them for a good deal too and I saved over $200 on games as well. I also have to worry about the games
I got(clears throat) am going to get for Christmas, such as Mercenaries 2: World in Flames (PS3), Lego Jurassic World (Vita), and Uncharted: Golden Abyss (Vita). Well, I can happily say that I'm going to be heavily occupied this Christmas break. Have a great day!

Whoa, congrats on the exam results, really great outcome dude, well done!! It looks like you've truly earned steps 3-5 in there Now that's all in the bag, i'm sure you'll blast through your completion goals too. You got this! Have a lovely christmas @marvelboy10 you deserve it!
Just when I thought that this week couldn't possibly get any better. Yesterday I, along with my 54 fellow team mates from my school, attended a DECA (Distributive Education Clubs of America) event. We arrived there just a tad bit late, but we managed to get ourselves situated. So after we got ourselves settled we were individually told by our teacher when our events will happen. My role play event took place at approximately 1:15. Some people had 10:30, 11:00, 12:00, 12:30, 1:00, 2:00, etc. It was 10:00 and I had 3 hours and 15 minutes to spare so in the meantime I, along with everyone else who didn't have their role play at 10 or 11:00, attended workshops that enlightened us on ways to develop your own business, prevent yourself from being a victim of identity theft, stories from guest speakers who talked about how they became successful, and the sacrifices that they had to make to ensure their success. Some of my friends had times before me and they all said the same thing when they finished their role play. They all said "I think I did good", "I made a few mistakes", and "I know I did well". This made me a bit nervous but not enough to doubt myself. It was 12:45 and I decided to go and wait until they called me for the event. After waiting for approximately 30 minutes, I was finally called. I only had 10 minutes to prepare for my presentation portion of my role play. So I had to read my scenario, write down notes, and talk about my four performance indicators. Performance indicators are objectives, such as explaining why communication is important to a customer, that you must talk about in your presentations if you want to ensure you receive a great grade from the judges. Each scenario, regardless of category, consists of 4 performance indicators. Fortunately I got lucky. They had an overbooking problem with my particular category and since I was one of the last few to go, I was taken to another room and I got an additional time (5 minutes) to study my script in my head. I was ready prior but I knew I would be a fool not to use this time to my advantage. There were 2 other kids in the same boat as me, so I acted fast and did my best. Then my time arrived and I approached the judge. I used every bit of knowledge of my category that I had at my disposal in my role play event. I talked about and elaborated upon all the four performance indicators. I included additional information to make it my presentation sound more professional and convincing. I only had 10 minutes to role play with the judge and I wasn't going to waste it. So after using up my time I concluded the role play and I waited for my results. I though to myself "WOW! (insert my first name here) you did a great job". I felt confident that I was going to place in the top five of my category.
So the time finally arrived and the award ceremony commenced. My subject was called and they announced the top 5 in that category. They called the five people in no particular order. First the announcer called a student from another school (their school cheered them on) , then my friend from my school (my school cheered him on), and then......me. I was happy that I made it in the top 5. I didn't know what to expect so I just calmly got up and walked to the top of the stage with my friend and the five of us formed lined up next to each other. I told my friend to record me in case I get called to go up their. They then began to announce in what order we placed.
Judge:"In 5th place: (insert name of student here).
Me: (in my head) Okay top 4 not bad.
Judge:"In 4th place (insert name of my friend here).
Me: (in my head) "Great job ( insert friend's name here) "Okay Okay everything is looking up". "I'm in the top 3 way to go".
Judge: In 3rd place: (insert name of student here)
Me: (more nervous and fast paced) Okay Okay top 2 it's just between the other guy and you". "You got this"
Judge: in 2nd place........(insert name of other student which sounds like my name)
Me: (in my head) Oh, okay 2nd place not bad. Wait a minute my last name's not........Oh my...... (with a big smile and face of shock) I WON 1ST PLACE!!!!
Judge: In 1st place (insert my full name here)
I won first place and I was both flabbergasted and happy as anyone can possibly be. I didn't anticipate that would get number 1, but I'm glad I did. I walked off the stage, high five d my teacher, hugged my former coach from last year, and high five d all my teammates. I felt really happy and proud of myself. My school as a whole did fantastic and we won 22 awards. The majority of us who won awards scored 3rd place or higher. It was a moment that I'll never forget.
Then when I attended school today I received a round of applause from my classmates for doing a great job. Then to top it all off, I come home to the Avengers: Infinity Wars Trailer. The trailer was awesome by the way. I'm glad they decided to add more scenes in this trailer so it won't be the same as the leaked version. This makes it more captivating for the viewers. I can't wait until May 2018. Have a great day!
