  1. Wendy's (becouse of their recent internet fame) => Burger King => McDonalds => All the rest. My question is: Moe Blobs or 'Serious' Anime (The is only one good answer. Choose wisely)
  2. As far as I remember, you need three parts of the Fury. First two you get from Lola for her side-quests. Last one you get for defeating one of the bosses in the last map. After killing him, immediately escape the dungeon (use Fang's skill or an item) and go back to town. You'll have to remodel the Fury in the shop (don't remember the name of it, but there's only one that does it). To do it, you need the three parts of the Furz that Iąve mentioned and... some Orichalcum? Don't remember exact item, but it's one of those that you get from secret stashes, hidden on each level. Just go to the shop and you'll see what you need. After that, you'll get a scene in the inn. After that (if I remember correcly), you should get the Fury. But here's the catch (!) => you won't be able to pull it out from the Vile God / Goddess untill your next playthrough. You'll still have it, but the character that helps you with it won't be in your team, so... yeah. That's why I'd recomend getting it in your first playthrough and use it in NG+. Since you're already in NG+... I'm not sure how it worked out for you (you've asked about it a month ago, so you've possibly figured it out already), but I hope it'll turn out ok
  3. NOBODY expects the Moe Inquisition! Either than that, please, have a nice day :)

  4. Been trying to send you a private message, but the big, bad PsnProfiles doesn't let me. Any idea why?

      30 Year Old Boomer

Yeah, my bad. It tends to get overfilled. :P

  5. Starting a few games, just to play for five or ten minutes and then noticing that I dislike them. Things like DC Universe Online, Castlevania: Lords of Shadows or Little Big Planet come to mind. Never went back to them. I keep them visible in my trophy list, just to keep remembering not to make the same mistake twice My question is: Through some magic shenanigans you're transported to any world, choosen by you. It might be a world from a game, anime, comic book, whatever. What world do you choose. Obviously, all the rules of the world apply to you. I.e in stereotypical anime world you'll have your own harem, in Fallout setting (post-apo America or any other country) you'll have mutants, radiation and so on and in Westeros you'll possibly be killed by some drunken midget
  6. Player above me? Certainly too many platinums (yes, there is such a thing!)
  7. My first Ps3 game? That'd be Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition. Got it with the console (Not in a bundle. Got the 'basic' Ps3, and then the RE5 'on the side'). Funny thing is I got many other Ps3 games since then, but RE5 is still with me. Sure, it's not a great game (I know), but... Somehow it's still with me Usually I get a new game, play it for some time, and then get rid of it (I'm not a trophy wh**re *gasp*). But RE5 somehow is still with me. Is it great graphics? Or good gameplay? Possibly none of those things. I'd say it's me collecting silly games
  8. Just got the platinum. And.. you know? It's not actually all that hard to get. Obviously the Hard difficulty might seem scary, but it's doable. The beginning seems the hardest. You don't have good gear, not many healing potions. But at some point, after getting the right set of skills (Healing + Summon are a must) it's much easier. I actually went through the first half of the game grinding, doing side-quests, getting good At some point you start running around groups of enemies and going right to the point of the quest. Yes, it's possible. So, if someone needs tips how to get through Hard diffulty, I'd say this => Grind for the first half of the game, later it'll be easier. Oh, and get about 5 or 6 Fate Potions (you get the recipe around half of the game) for the final boss. It'll make that fight a lot easier (it took me literally two minutes, instead of 4x or 5x that). Besides that you might take some upgraded healing potions [40 or 50 should do]
  9. My latest platinum? Aliens: Colonial Marines. Yeah, THAT game. To make it more intersting, it's platinum number 20. Nice, round number. Certainly not a trophy I'd put in my Trophy Cabinet. But I'll tell you what - I'm actually glad I went through that sh!tty game. Same thing with Duke Nukem Forever. Sometimes you need to go through a river of sh!t, just to come out cleaner on the other side (to semi-quote one of greatest movies). You need to play sh!tty games, so you could appreciate the really good ones. And now, when I'm done with Colonial Marines, I could easily trade it in and wait for Odin Sphere Leifthrasir (it comes out in Europe in about two weeks)
  10. Yes, that is correct. What does it mean? Well, you'll have to do it four times, on each of the basic characters. Start a new character, go through the whole game to get Deity difficulty, grind in Icecreek. "But it's gonna take ages!" I hear you say. Wel then, guess you better start going I realise your post is from April, and you already have the platinum. Let's consider all this a tip for all those seeking an answer, ok?
  11. I admit, that RPGs are my main field of interest. There's nothing like grinding for 30h to get to the maximum level
  12. After checking the cabinet of x410xDragon, my first thought was: "Many action games... but with a twist " (Mamorukun Curse)
  13. I could really use some help with Diamonds To You (the only DLC trophy that I'm missing). If anyone else needs it, we could help each other Just let me know (send me a PS3 message) and we'll get through it ....aaaand done Thanks go to the MarkMartinFan5, who've helped me with the missing thing
  14. Well, let's see: * A Japanese game * Possibly with some visual novel elements * Many girls... * ... that look underage... * ... until they put on their bikinis (first thought of many guys: "Wow, those are huge!") * Typical set of characters (Tsundere / sweet&moe / energetic type / quiet and so on) But hey, guess what - many modern Japanese games have those elements. *sigh* And many people are buying them. Hey, I'm trying not to judge here. You like that type of games? Sure, go ahead, have fun kid. It'll possibly be a Japan-only game, since I don't see many people outside Asia that would buy that. Sure, some people here, on this forum, may consider buying it. But, sadly, those numbers are possibly not good enough to bring the game to Europe, 'murica and so on.
  15. Of course Noire & Uni are the best. Who could resist those cute tsunderes? Ok, maybe I'm slightly masochistic, but... yeah, gotta love those damn tsunderes. Well, at least when they FINALLY start opening up to you Either way, Nep-Nep is also a cool character, but if I had to choose, I'd possibly go with Noire
  16. Just got the platinum in Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk2 (basically, the second part), The game gets pretty easy in New Game+, since you carry over all your character levels, items, gold and so on. But to tell the truth, I thought I wouldn't get to the 100%, since there's a trophy (Gold) for beating an optional boss (she appears only in New Game+). And since most optional bosses are either very easy or totally overleveled... I simply assumed that she'd be a total pain in the a*s. But it turned out that I've been able to beat her in... 3 or 4 minutes? And that including things like putting on the right gear, setting up good buffing items in the inventory and all that setup stuff After that fight getting the missing trophies (two or two endings) came up to be fun / easy. If anyone asks, it's a pretty fun game (just gets A LOT easier in NG+).
  17. Just a little tip, if I may => The D3 save could be easily copied to a USB drive (at least on PS3. I suppose it should also work with PS4). It contains all your items, gold... and characters Not that I would do such a thing (*cough* *cough*), but you could simply copy the save file (just in case), turn the difficulty above Normal, grind a little bit and then copy the save again. If you happen to die, just copy the save back from the USB drive. Some people may consider it to be cheating, but I'm just pointing out a possibility if you're affraid that you'll lose couple of hours of gameplay / grinding. Either way, getting a 70 level Hardcore character (yes, you only need one) is fairly easy if you don't rush in. Keep cool and game on
  18. I'm from Europe, and our pancakes are slightly different from your (American) pancakes. That's why I'm going to go with wafles (I'd choose them either way) Magic: The Gathering* or the Pokemon (the card game, not the electronic one) *Some know it as Tragic: The Garnering. +10 points to those who know where that name come from (without using Google)
  19. Well now, I admit that I lkie having a high completion percentage (70% or higher), but I'm not going to go outta my way to get it. There are some game (like Vanquish) that I've completed, but without high %. Am I gonna rip my guts to get EVERYTHING? No, I'm not a masochist. Basically, I try to get the easy (story based, in most cases) trophies and some of the medium-hard ones ("kill X enemies with X"), but nothing above that. If some game requires beating it on Ultra Super Hard, without dying, in less than 2h 30min... "Screw that" I say, "I'm not THAT desparate". I'm here to have fun, not kill myself for some damn icon (that's what trophies are*), that doesn't give me anything. Sure, there are some games that I've played (I've just played through The Walking Dead) mostly for trophies. But that's basically just becouse the trophies are reeeealy easy. If the game has average difficulty trophies I'm not going to get the all. Does that make me a worse player? Possibly, compared to some trophy wh*res on this site. But I'm not gonna give a bigger f*ck about that. To semi-quote a great philosopher and a scholar: "I'm here to play games and chew bubble-gum, and I'm all outta gum" *Well, trophies / achievements are basically to way to boost your ego, and to show the other guys on the internet that your d*ck is bigger than theirs
  20. I'm not a specialist, but as far as I know it's bassicaly using many, many computers at once to send an 'atack' on servers of Sony (in this particular case). The servers are not able to defend themselfs and they crash And all this just strengthens my theorhy => You DO NOT negociate with 'terrorists'. I'm using quotes here, becouse those are possibly just some dumb, fat kids. You find them, and make the f*ckers pay. That's it! Otherwise they'll come back and demand more. And that is something we do not want, do we? No more political correctness*, no more being a nice guy. Find them, make them pay, end of story * I'm a European, and all that 'political correctness' of US always makes me wonder. If you don't like something - say it! There's no reason to keep it inside you. But I'm not here to fight, just pointing that out
  21. I like my characters to have a nice armor, but usually without helmets. So until it influences my Armor Class (or whatever it's called), I'd go with 'no helmet' option Character that is skinny, but very inteligent or very strong, but stupid
  22. Mercenaries always put money above loyalty (they could be bought by 'the other side'), so I'll easily go with loyal soldier Cthulhu vs Godzilla (or Gojira, if you want the original version)
  23. Oh, I totally agree with this one. Usually I'm not into all those Ultimate HD Remake Super Editions, but in this case it's slightly different. In Europe, where I'm from, we only got part II. Yes, not the first one. Second. Sure, they've included an extra disc with some of the cutscenes from the first one, but it's not the same, right? That's why if they ever release Xenosaga Trilogy in Europe (it doesn't even have to be HD) I'd buy it right away. Sadly, I may dream, but I know there's a small chance for it. If they had plans for it, they'd do it already *sigh* Sure, we got Zone of the Enders HD Collection (which is not really a popular serie, is it?), so there's a glimpse of hope. Even if it's a very small one
  24. The origin story of my user name is simple and easy to figure out. It's the name of Pyramid Head from Silent Hill 2 (second best SH, after SH3) in Polish, which is my first language. The word 'Piramidogłowy' is a common (and literal) translation used in Polish. The truth is that I'm 31 and this guy still scares the sh*t out of me every time I see him. Possibly it's the way he looks, the way he moves and what he represents (all those who palyed SH2 know what I'm talking about). Anyway, my user name sadly is not some sophisticated thing, but I like it anyway
