The trophies for recruitment go across multiple playthroughs. So you don't need to worry about getting them all at once, as long as they were recruited by someone once at some point is enough.

In order to get this trophy you need to kill Minnie before you pick up the journal. I did it when you first meet her at the mansion at the start of the DLC but I'm not sure you need to do it that early. Loot the Gorgon navkey from her. Lucien will contact you on the ship when you arrive at Gorgon. After words play through the DLC like normal and then side with Lucien by turning the reactor back on. The trophy will pop when you complete the quest.
