You have to shoot them with a gun after you freeze them In order to do Breaking the Ice, you must first freeze them with the winters howl or the upgraded version then switch to a gun that shoots bullets and shoot them, when you shoot one of the frozen enemies it’ll shatter.

For me, I've been trying to do the glitch all week with no luck...
