  1. I'm gonna work on the speedrun trophy level by level in the coming days, it's the last trophy I'm missing, I will refer to this useful thread while attempting it.
  2. Up to Mana Palace the farming has been reasonable, but now in Pure Land I swear it has become soul crushing. I've been farming Griffin Hands and Ice Bandits in the zone before the Blue Dragon for the past three hours and got barely any chests to spawn, let alone the rare drops, so either I have to advance to trigger the availability of those drops, or this otherwise enjoyable game is quickly turning into a masochistic workaholic slog I regret putting on my profile. Edit. Sorry, I meant before the serpent boss. PS. Turns out that the final axe orb I'm missing it's my most elusive item, I've already spent three hours looking for it, I've seen only Vampire Capes so far, when the enemy has the decency to drop chests at all.
  3. On another forum I've been told that also the slig dying in the good ending cutscene counts as a unique killing, either way it's been a nice surprise 😀
  4. I've just completed my hard playthrough while rescuing 299 mudokoons, and toghether with all the ending stackable trophies also the trophy for killing sligs in 15 different ways popped among the others, is it normal? Is this supposed to pop at the end of the game or perhaps it was a coincidence that the superpower used at the end counted as my 15th way of killing sligs? I was expecting to farm kills after finishing the game, since it didn't pop naturally during the hard run.
  5. I have my party at levels around 85-90 and almost every piece of equipment available, didn't have trouble defeating the final boss up to intense difficulty, since you can cheese the first part of the fight, I'm gonna try fighting him on chaos now, using the same strategy, yet the skeleton dragon on Hexen island pwns my ass even on normal... I think I'm gonna work on lindwer equipment as explained in this thread, even though I've farmed for a while and got little to nothing. edit. Nevermind, I've defeated the dragon with just +30% lindwer on every char, now I'm missing chaos Heldalf and powered up Heldalf.
  6. OK thank you, I'll aim for that number in the equipment count. PS. At last the trophy unlocked after reaching 308 pieces of equipment and getting another fashion item in the process, so I was probably at 540 or so items all in all, including several items I've collected in the Alisha DLC.
  7. At the moment I have 301 pieces of equipment, 60 consumables and 170 or so items between key items and fashion items, so the total is around 530 items, and the trophy still hasn't shown its face, what the hell...
  8. Star Ocean The Last Hope International (PS3) 0.93% Ninja Gaiden Sigma+ 1.24% Killzone Shadow Fall 1.76% White Knight Chronicles 1.83% Little Big Panet 3 (PS4) 1.96% 🤔
  9. #157: Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age
  10. Cheap bs fight, gonna resort to cheap bs myself, that's just what it deserves. I don't have Nihopaloa or how it's called. I've tried for hours the Zeromus bubble Big Bang method once he is low on hp, hitting all judges for 200k or so total, but if I'm lucky just one dies, then they relentlessly chase my summoner and in the long run I'm screwed, I have only Fran as machinist/white mage and Basch as monk/black mage alive, but the latter in reverse status. All three chars with bubble belts. I'm gonna try the Zodiark Eclipse method, since it should require less time to pull of than Zeromus' Big Bang. Hope it hits regardless of chars levels (which are in the 80s). Pray for the best. edit. I've succeeded without Niho, I've repeatedly summoned Zodiark to kill 3 judges (took me 9 elixirs) than I've spent two hours figuring out the pattern to kill Gabrahant and Zargabaath (the sucker awoke several times slipping an elixir under my nose), my main constantly keeping him asleep, one ally as a healer and one ally as an attacker on the enemy not targeted by my main. Took ages but I'm done and won't ever look back jeez.
  11. I've made it to stage 99 at level 80, but I get completely destroyed by Omega in seconds. Think I'll have to redo the whole crap due to not having the right equipment. edit. Took me ages but I've defeated him using the reverse strat near the end.
  12. Do you lose every LP at the start of NG+? Beside the Mist Walker trophy and a couple other ones, I have to clear stages 58-100 of the trials, I've just read about starting at lvl.90 at the beginning of NG+ (that would make clearing the later levels of the trials less painful), but if I lose every LP and jobs get reset, I don't know if that would be a smart move.
  13. Sometimes I wonder how people figure these things out, must definitely be some leak from the inside lol
  14. None so far, but definitely gave up on some health in the process.
  15. Freakin Ratchet&Clank lol 9 plats, no double plats.
  16. This is my first account and played every game I own on this account, I have a secondary account that sometimes I have used to do blind runs of games like Bloodborne etc, without caring about trophies, and only at a later date I went for the platinum of those games on this account.
  17. I was playing games long before trophies appeared and I'd probably have the time to play more games and enjoy them more, all things considered, after trophies will be gone lol
  18. Lol thanks. SO is more grindy than hard tbh, beside a couple battle trophies.
  19. A mix of hard ones and painfully grindy ones Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus Devil May Cry 4 SE Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance Vanquish Star Ocean The Last Hope (PS3) White Knight Chronicles I-II
  20. Back down to 0... Until tomorrow when I'll start the next game, it usually lasts very shortly lol
  21. I guess the Demon Lord is impossibile solo without borrowing OP npcs from others. Beside the fact that's a chaotic spamfest like most of the game only ten times worse. Edit. Ranting always works lol I've managed to defeat him using three stalwart potions and selling everything before the fight, in order to have lots of revives at my disposal.
  22. I'm playing solo, I've cleared the hard playthrough at around level 53 and now I'm getting my ass handed to me at infernal difficulty, or at least I have to spend an absurd amount of money to revive. What's a viable way to level up to at least lv.70 before attempting infernal difficulty? I've tried to clear a couple levels on hard without returning to town, but I've leved up just a level and half, I can imagine things get worse at lvl.60 and beyond. Is there a smarter way to proceed or do I have to get prepared to an excruciating grind? The plat for this game is already repetitive as it is without making it worse. Thanks in advance.
  23. Star Ocean The Last Hope, 4 years and 6 months, I think there's no need to explain...
  24. - Don't play crap just for trophies, I play also easy games, but ones that are generally considered good games; - No double plats of the same game (I barely have time to complete new games, no need to waste time repeating the same game over and over just for the numbers); - Play every game I'm interested in on this profile (except games with unobtainable trophies, but it hasn't happened so far, I've completed games with online only trophies before server closure); - Alternate a couple quick and easy games with a difficult or long game; - Plan milestones, even though the PS4 trophy system screwed some of them because of trophies popping with the same timestamp.
  25. Well, I've managed to reach level 66 by recollecting all the talismans on hard (because you lose all of them after defeating the ancient dragon, the game is stupid like that), doing some runs in the chaos labyrinth and repeating 8-10 times the harpy quest on infernal (it seems the latter gave me the highest amount of exp per minute). This allowed me to defeat the ancient dragon on hard under the three minutes mark (2:59 lol), and gather three talismans on infernal while reaching level 70. Feels like I'm doing progress now, but it's a war of attrition nonetheless.
