  1. Important scenes are spoken, most are not. You'll be doing a lot of reading eitherway. There's like 3 mini-games, completion is more focused on optimizing the social aspect of the game to get a more powerful party and experience more story.
  2. #25: Metro: 2033 Enjoyment: 9/10 Ended up loving this game, the story and atmosphere blend really well with the gameplay. #26 and #27 Final Fntasy XIII and XIII-2 (They have the same icon) Enjoyment: 6/10 I remember picking up 13 way back in 2010, my first FF game. Being too young to understand I never got far back then, came back to it in 2015 and screwed up treasure hunter so I rage quit. Now in 2018 I had some free time during the summer, a new PS3 because the old one died. Best way to spend is obviously playing JRPGs. Now I know why the trophy guide on here has XIII listed as 90 hours... turtles, turtles and more turtles. Loved going through the story again, ending is perfect for the story. Then XIII-2 happened where the story sucks, but gameplay is significantly better with a platinum that's actually fun to do. XIII took me about 60 hours and XIII-2 took about 50 hours. Now I need to find a copy of XIII-3 that is at an extortionate price point.
  3. Infamous Second Son Platinum #24 Difficulty: 2/10 Enjoyment: 6/10
  4. Final Fantasy Type 0 HD Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment: 4/10 I'm an Agito now. Story was alright, gameplay is pretty bad due to the camera and the targeting system. Only enemies that pose a challenge are ones that can 2 shot you. Most missions devolve into follow the yellow markers on your map, only missions that deviate from this massively (that I did) was the last one, which ended up causing more frustration than anything. Platinum took about 20 hours of actual gametime since 95% of side content can be ignored, so it's a fairly quick plat if you're going for that.
  5. Tried Persona 5 again, 77 hours in, dungeons drag on for way too long and dying cuz I randomly face an enemy who uses lightning and i'm for some reason weak to it, means that it gets to attack 4 times, thanks game, ruining another hour of progress in the most tedious dungeon in the game.

      Just maybe...

You are using Persona that is weak to Lightning.

      >I can't believe games still use the "main character KO = game over" mechanic. Why can everybody else be revived but not that one person. :shakefist:

Because he should be OP so you don't need to revive him...

Until you get hit by a Hama/Mudo...

@Satoshi Ookami Those one hit kill moves can suck a dick. I seriously hate them - never proc for me, always proc against my party.

@Satoshi Ookamiyour argument makes no sense. It should be automatic game over because he should be too strong to die. O.o

If there is an item like a Phoenix down, or life potion, or a spell to revive someone, it shouldn't matter who they are, it should work. Especially in a game where you get to choose who to use as the MC like FFXIII.

  6. Platinum #22 Enjoyment 6/10 Difficulty 3 Time played 33 hours ish As someone who loved GR 1 and platted it twice this was a good experience. The story was the best part, offered an explanation to GR 1 and a good continuation/conclusion to the series. Overall excellent game, if you can ignore performance issues (framerate drops, popin of assets) and some glitches forcing me to relaunch the game. Some of the missions are downright awful, stealth missions come to mind in this aspect with their instant failure states. Camera can be wonky, but they've added a function to reset it this time around. Platinum grind wasn't enjoyable, it's clear that the side content is meant to be done while you're doing the main story as they feel disjointed if you do them post game... and they're mostly just not very good, the challenge missions were alright though. The art style is fucking glorious.
  7. #20 Hyperdimension Neptunia Re:Birth 3 Hilarious game, had me laughing pretty regularly. Took some time for me to figure out what to actually do for the final grind, but once I got the hang of it I just sat for 5 hours straight killing the same things. #21 Need for speed: Most Wanted I enjoy racing games from time to time, for a portable game it's alright. Reason it took so long to plat was because i didn't figure out that it just required every event not every event on every car >.>
  8. Black ops 3, oh boy... t-that's fun... yay?
  9. #16 Ratchet and Clank PS4 One of the best ps4 games I've played so far, though hitting every enemy with the groovitron was a bit tedious. #17 Assassin's Creed Syndicate Playing through the game was fun, but the platinum grind at the end was tedious at best...
  10. Literally the only MMO or for that matter any game that I've reached over 3k hours on, so yes it is worth the money.
  11. Just Cause 2 Takes a while, but it's pretty fun the whole way through imo
  12. #14 Mitsurugi Kamui Hikae Difficulty: 5/10 Enjoyment 8/10 Annoyingly enough Very Hard was harder than Inferno for me. #15 Table Top Racing: World Tour Difficulty: 3/10 Enjoyment 4/10 Drifts, drifts, drifts no donut exploit for because downloaded the game too late o well.
  13. Demon's Souls :>
  14. Finish Darksiders that game is amazing!
  15. He seems a bit anorexic so yes I would.
