  1. I can't find any mention of Ramming Speed being glitched and just cleaving a ship is how you get it, it's why it has such a high percentage. It'd be more likely if Wrath of the Amazons hadn't popped either, but you say it did. By all accounts Ramming Speed and Wrath of the Amazons have exactly the same basic trigger, so Ramming Speed not popping when the other one does seems highly unlikely.
  2. I wouldn't put the ribbon of effort lower than 75%. Effort is subjective, just because a plat isn't rare doesn't mean there's no effort involved. There's still the ribbon of rarity after all and if the real intention here is to filter out the 10 sec/min plats then putting the limit at 75% is more than enough (even 90% would do probably) .
  3. So I almost completely lost my mind when I finally got all the scientists and went to defeat the final boss again. It didn't take too long and I used the map to find the last secret area when your screen is turning white and you can't see anything anymore. After spending a good amount of time on this game I was so glad to be done with it. I put down the controller, ready to let the credits roll past once more and enjoy my delicious trophy reward. What happened then made me let out a few choice words I'm not going to repeat here, but long story short, the game crashed with, as the title already says, the CE-34878-0 error (which just means the game/application has crashed) . Well first things first, I checked if the game was up to date, if my PS4 was up to date, but no problems with any of that. So I turned it off and on again and defeated the final boss again,... crash, and again,... crash. I was really pissed off by then, but I wanted to try one last thing so I replayed the first level to see if the trophy would pop (because the star was there for the last level, so I had all the secrets but it had never popped). And lo and behold after I finished that level it popped. tl;dr I didn't have to do anything but replay a previous level. The credits do keep crashing the game however, but I sincerely hope nobody else has to deal with this (and maybe a patch someday). Btw if anyone needs help with the final boss, ask away, because I think I did that one at least 10 times and I beat it in under 5 minutes I believe.
  4. It looks great, somehow I missed last year's theme but I'll definitely get this one.
  5. I'd like to know how exactly this trophy is calculated. Is it on a per level basis or do you literally need to play the entire game without getting hit once? So can you do it by replaying levels or do you need to start a new run? At least I know it's not glitched as a few people have achieved it (kudos to you!), but there's so little information out there that I might even write a brief trophy/gameplay guide if/when I finally finish it.
  6. Maybe, but how I see it 'SJWs' have an opinion about something (doesn't matter if they're right or wrong) and the 'others' basically always go "stop having your opinion it sucks and/or makes me uncomfortable". I don't think anyone wants to know about their 'opinion' about SJWs either, but what do you know they keep giving it. Matter of fact is, complaining about SJWs is always gonna be pretty stupid and childish in my eyes, cause you simply can't complain about the simple act of complaining by complaining about it yourself. Then you're basically going "Wow, what you are doing is annoying, but if I do it it's ok." If your only reaction to someone having an opinion is to attack their person, then sorry but you've already lost the debate.
  7. More people complaining about SJWs in here than actual SJWs. Makes me wonder who the real 'boohoo I'm offended 😭' people are...
  8. I used to keep track of my plats, 100%'s, backlog and wishlist with a variety of documents, spreadsheets and sites. I consistently forgot which ones I had updated though, so I thought it'd be a good idea to put it all in a thread (I've been pretty bad at keeping this updated too lately). You're welcome to give me a recommendation on what to play next, if you want to help me out with multiplayer games (or want to be helped), etc. If you however want to tell me I'm an idiot for buying a lot of games or for buying a specific game, you can shut up and get out. Plats and 100%'s on top, backlog can be found at the bottom. #1 - #10 #11 - #20 #21 - #30 #31 - #40 #41 - #50 #51 - #60 #61 - #64 #1 - #10 #11 - #20 #21 - #27 Some color codes for backlog navigation: Only DLC left Actively working towards platinum or 100% PS3 Backlog: PS4 Backlog: PS Vita Backlog:
  9. I think it's pretty clear just telling people what you do with their data is absolutely not the only thing that's changing with GDPR. I recommend reading/browsing this (https://www.eugdpr.org), it has pretty good info and it's explained in fairly simple terms. In my job it was almost as simple as just letting other companies know what we were doing with their data because our infrastructure was pretty good already, in fact I still have a half day meeting coming up to go over GDPR (again). ('user' data basically also means 'company' data) And yes I did mention in one of my earlier posts that companies that have to shut down their games because of it, have most likely been doing shady shit with your data for years and don't want to pay for either innovating their infrastructure or the massive fine they could get.
  10. Some companies do list GDPR as their reason for shutting down though, so they're just lying? I wouldn't be surprised if Sony gave more than just your PSN username to the companies they work with, in fact I'd be very surprised if that's all they gave. If those companies keep, for example your email, on their servers, their infrastructure needs to change if they're not already sufficiently protecting their servers and/or databases. It's not only about informing people what you're doing with their data, it's actively protecting it. If they keep your email, password, etc. unencrypted on their database/server, they have to change it. 'The controller shall..implement appropriate technical and organisational measures..in an effective way.. in order to meet the requirements of this Regulation and protect the rights of data subjects'. is actually part of an article of the GDPR. The fact that companies say they're removing their games because of GDPR either means they're actually doing it because of GDPR, using it as an excuse or they have been doing shady things with your info for a long time and don't want to get caught doing it from the 25th of May onwards. (Just so you know, even a computer IP address is considered personal data)
  11. Adhering to PSN ToS doesn't necessarily mean you're adhering to all new privacy regulations in GDPR. Some games are shutting down (or saying they are shutting down because of GDPR) because their current infrastructure doesn't have sufficient measures in place to protect and/or guarantee the privacy of their user data. GDPR requires stricter measures handling user data (like only saving user data that's actually needed for the service you're providing, letting users know which data you are keeping, and strict rules about how you save the data). My guess is that their actual servers don't have enough security or something so they have to restructure. Some companies don't feel like investing in that restructure so just decide to remove their game, or temporarily down servers to restructure (Hitman).
  12. In my personal opinion, I don't think they should be declared illegal, people just need to keep themselves in check and/or seek professional help if they need it. But let's put that aside for a sec, every country has to start following this same idea or it's gonna amount to a whole lot of nothing. If it doesn't become a worldwide ban we're going to see something along the lines of what's happening with GDPR right now. That's something that is being implemented in Europe (and just see how fucking tiny Belgium is in that regard) and some games already close servers, etc. because they don't want to deal with it (also goes to show what the fuck are/were they doing with your info anyway that they can't adhere to some new privacy guidelines). Long story short, unless lootboxes become illegal worldwide it's not gonna happen. (and we're going to have to do a shit ton of importing when they don't sell their games in specific countries). Also knowing Belgium they're gonna do absolutely nothing about it, they usually do some research, draw a conclusion but are shit at implementing it
  13. Only a few I regret and that's just because I bought them digitally and I'd rather own them physically now.
  14. I'd love this functionality. Also just 'booting up' a game doesn't always load the 0% trophy list, there are more than a few games that basically need you to earn a trophy before it'll show up. I did it for most of the games I own and iirc Metal Gear Solid 4 and Disney Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two were two games that I booted up but didn't sync a 0% list.
  15. I don't remember when I posted last, but a quick check reveals that I got an extra 3 plats, so I'd like to be upgraded from Disciple to Veteran. I've got the following 9 games platted and I'm only missing Revelations and Chronicles. Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Assassin's Creed II Assassin's Creed III Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag Assassin's Creed Liberation HD Assassin's Creed Origins Assassin's Creed Rogue Assassin's Creed Syndicate Assassin's Creed Unity
  16. A few new plats to add to the collection, no new 100%'s this time. First up is Claire. Another game of what I like to call pixel horror. It's very doable (with a guide, but I'm sure it's quite fun without one as well). The scares aren't too bad and it can be completed in an hour or two. #56 Claire (PS4) Completionist Acquire all trophies. Date obtained: 18/03/2018 Rarity: Rare Enjoyment: 7/10 Next game is 99Vidas. Man, where do I start with this. It's a pretty decent arcade beat 'em up when you play on 'Izzy' difficulty. It's not too long, the enemies aren't too annoying and you don't have to grind lives. The other difficulties however feel like they've been added without thought. Random enemies get added to boss battles, you get stun locked by enemies more often. All in all the later difficulties (mostly Elite) screw with you so hard all the fun you had in the beginning doesn't matter. I mean, I had to grind lives for the final stage (where you do 3 earlier boss battles and the final boss) and I lost a total of 40! lives. #57 99Vidas (PS3) You, the Master of Unlocking... Prove you're worthy of the 99vidas by earning all the Trophies Date obtained: 15/04/2018 Rarity: Ultra Rare Enjoyment: 5.5/10 Crossing Souls was a very welcome change after 99Vidas. I could tell you a lot about this game, but you just have to experience it. So, just go play it. #58 Crossing Souls (PS4) You've done your homework Congrats, you can now go out and play. Date obtained: 21/04/2018 Rarity: Rare Enjoyment: 8/10 I've been trying to plat AC 4 for so long, but I kept getting burned out. I played it right when it came out, back when I wasn't too into trophies and it turns out I didn't really care about side objectives either. I had to replay almost every memory for the 100% completion trophy. It took me more than 4 years, but it's finally done. #59 Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag (PS3) Prizes, Plunder, and Adventure! Win every trophy. Date obtained: 27/04/2018 Rarity: Very Rare Enjoyment: 8.5/10
  17. If you find Glitch World too though to farm lives on for Elite, you can try Child's Play (the first bonus level). It has easier enemies and also gives about 20k points. I used that one because I got frustrated by doing Glitch World constantly and I thought it was kinda stupid farming for lives and continuously losing a few on Glitch World while trying to get more. It took me about an hour to get 70+ lives doing Child's Play.
  18. It's still a bit of a jump, but it's not as bad as Normal to Hard imo. The regular enemies don't have even worse/harder versions, except Sadiv66 who has more health and harder versions of it show up in some fights (before the 4th boss iirc and ones that keep showing up during the 5th boss fight). All of them can be beaten if you have enough lives (I'm farming for the final level right now). It's a given that if you're getting frustrated during Hard difficulty (like me), you're probably going to get even more frustrated during Elite. I did farm for lives (about 10 lives) before starting the first stage, because I definitely needed more than 5.
  19. It's 5 minutes on Elite, pretty sure it was 5 minutes on Hard too.
  20. Don't know if anyone else had trouble with it, but I had a lot of problems trying to defeat Espirro in time on Elite. In the end I just stood in a corner and spammed , the life-draining move. Ofc you have to have enough lives to do it, but I couldn't defeat him any other way.
  21. Yeah, I should've mentioned I'm playing on ps3. That one does allow you to unlock characters etc. with multiple controllers added add the last possible moment.
  22. Voted not to do anything. What other people do is their business. If all the trophies are legit, except for the way the game was obtained nothing should happen. Starting to ban people because they used CFW is a bridge too far. Someone using CFW to get a game does not necessarily mean they are going to hack trophies. That's like saying all hackers are evil and acting like ethical hackers don't exist. Some people just want to see how things work. Sony will get them eventually and if they don't, that means you officially care more about it than Sony, kudos to you I guess.
  23. Glitch world was available for me in Normal despite not having cleared any stages and I'm guessing the level cap is 99. I'm fairly certain you can go farm money and do stage 6 without magic. It does seem a bit glitchy though because I could swear I didn't use magic and didn't get the trophy. It might be that the special (which is mapped to jump + punch or punch + jump, not really clear) voids the trophy too. Also just to be 100% thorough, because the second controller 'last-second-join' works, I'm fairly sure you can easily get the 4 character clears by joining all 3 spots (providing you have the amount of controllers). Keep in mind that the fight does get more difficult. For example if the final Boss is doing attack 5 you need to hit him with all characters because you need a higher combo to make sure he doesn't do his 'ultimate'. Then you'd only need to grind upgrades and difficulties, also you don't need to beat a stage for it to show up in stage select, you just need to reach it.
  24. Just got both the coop and power couple trophy by joining with a second controller when I had a quarter health left on the final boss. I did get it with King and Hannah, so can't confirm any of the other couples, but at least you don't have to play it entirely in coop. As for farming lives and/or upgrades, just select Campaign and then Stage Select. I used the Glitch World, you can keep completing it to rack up your score, just enter the shop whenever you want to upgrade or buy lives, once you have enough you can just select stage 6 (you have to have it unlocked on the difficulty you're playing on). Upgrades are permanent, so they carry over to every stage and difficulty.
  25. As a matter of fact, yes . I updated the list somewhere in February, but then I forgot to make a post about it. I got 2 more plats since that update, so a big post it is then. First up is Saints Row The Third. The first SR I played was Gat out of Hell because of PS+, I liked how ridiculous and over the top it was (especially the musical bits there) and I put the other SR games on my 'want to play someday'-list. The server shutdown announcements for SR 3 and 4 (on PS3) pushed me into getting the online trophies for both those titles (even though they can still be obtained without the servers). I pushed through on SR 3 and got the plat (and hundo) in about 3 weeks. #49 Saints Row: The Third (PS3) Kingpin Unlock all Trophies in Saints Row: The Third. Date obtained: 13/01/2018 Rarity: Rare Enjoyment: 8/10 The next plat was going to be the big number 50 and I chose Red Dead Redemption for it, so have two 100% games I did because I wanted to complete something but didn't want to mess up #50. The first one is Uncanny Valley, I got it for free on PC a while ago and played it (blind) back then. It's a funny 'pixel horror' game, but I did use a guide for the playstation one to get through it faster. I already saw and experienced what I wanted on PC. #24 Uncanny Valley (PS4) Date obtained: 28/01/2018 Rarity: Rare Enjoyment: 8/10 The second one is Hue. I played it back in November to make sure one of its trophies was my 3000th one, but I never did finish the collectibles. Right after Uncanny Valley I managed to complete most of the puzzles I had to do again and got all the beakers. #25 Hue (PS4) Date obtained: 28/01/2018 Rarity: Rare Enjoyment: 8/10 Red Dead Redemption is #50. I didn't think I would ever get to it, but I'm glad I did. I managed to complete it in about a month and I'm really glad I listened to @totallycrushed and @IzzyV666 (this time). They (and a few others) helped me out with most of the multiplayer trophies (base game and DLC). I got the plat on the 3rd of February and got 100% a week or so later. Choosing it for #50 and sticking with that choice is still something I'm really proud of (even if it's a bit ridiculous to be proud of something like that). I can't wait for Red Dead Redemption 2. #50 Red Dead Redemption (PS3) Legend of the West You've become a true legend of the west! Date obtained: 03/02/2018 Rarity: Ultra Rare Enjoyment: 9.5/10 Most of the plats I got next where quick and easy ones. After RDR I wanted something I could do without much effort. I had some fun with The Book of Unwritten Tales 2. I did follow a guide for missable trophies and I paid about 80% of attention to the story. It wasn't bad, though the ending could've been a lot better and they just have to make a sequel. #51 The Book of Unwritten Tales 2 (PS3) Master of Unwritten Tales You have unlocked all trophies of "The Book of Unwritten Tales 2". Date obtained: 08/02/2018 Rarity: Uncommon Enjoyment: 6.5/10 20 minutes into Psycho-Pass I wondered (again) why I still play VNs. At least I never buy them and they come from PS+. I didn't like it, the only saving grace it had was a version of 2048. #52 Psycho-Pass: Mandatory Happiness (PS4) Trophy Complete You have obtained all trophies Date obtained: 14/02/2018 Rarity: Uncommon Enjoyment: 4/10 Before I played Batman and Telltale game (the few I've played) had never disappointed me. After playing Batman that's still the case. It's a bit predictable in some cases and aside from one actual crash in Episode 2 I didn't have a lot of issues (though the frames could be a lot better). I'll have to play the sequel sometime soon (as well as the actual 'action' Batman games). #53 Batman (PS4) I'm Batman Complete Batman Date obtained: 18/02/2018 Rarity: Common Enjoyment: 7/10 Serial Cleaner, oh Serial Cleaner. I really, really recommend this to everyone. It's a puzzle game, but they managed to find the perfect balance. In later levels it took me a few minutes to figure out how I should complete a level, but I never hit the 'ragequit' limit. It's not an overly long game and the bonus levels are full on movie sets you get to clean up. All in all I picked it up because I thought I would like it, I didn't expect to like it this much. #54 Serial Cleaner (PS4) Spotless Unlock all Trophies in Serial Cleaner! Date obtained: 21/02/2018 Rarity: Uncommon Enjoyment: 9/10 I started the Sly trilogy in the week I tried PS Now. I obviously didn't manage to finish it then, but I picked up the trilogy for cheap a while ago. Finally got around to finishing it on PS3, now I just have to do the same on Vita. I enjoyed it more than I thought I would. #55 Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus (PS3) True Thievius Raccoonus Unlock all trophies for Sly Cooper's first outing Date obtained: 03/03/2018 Rarity: Common Enjoyment: 7/10 (Thanks @sweet_tooth98 for the push to update my backlog )
