  1. Hi Guys I just wanted to know can anybody confirm if this can be done in Ad-Hoc mode if one exists in the game? Or does it have to be over the internet online mode? Any insight would be great.
  2. Hi guys For anybody who has played this series before this just looks like a standard trophy list with the slight increase in what you have to do. I can see the battle count has gone up for that trophy otherwise it all looks fairly straight forward. Also how many of you will be using Remote Play to play this game on your PS Vita's or mobile phone? I know i sure will be doing this on my Vita
  3. Trails of Cold Steel on PS Vita it was my first entry into the series and what a fantastic series it is
  4. The lag through SharePlay would make it worse to achieve.
  5. I've done this twice. I started Tomb Raider (2013) on PS3 as i got it with PlayStation Plus and played it but then i shortly got a PS4 with Tomb Raider Definitive Edition as my friend had the PS4 version and i wanted to play with him. So after doing all the MP trophies and getting the platinum i was left with just the PS3 stack on my profile which was about 25% done. So i did the game all over again right after finishing the PS4 stack. Did i enjoy the second time around? Yes and no i really loved the game so doing the story trophies was fun but the PS3 version runs like crap compared to the PS4 so that was really hard to deal with. The MP trophies were not too bad doing again just the worst one was getting to level 60 and of course Chatter Box in the single player mode. urrrgh. The second time i have done this was because i just love Burnout Paradise. It is my most played PS3 game and the reason i actually kept my PS3 for so long because it was the only console i could play Burnout on until the released the Remastered version for PS4. After they released it i of course bought it again and did the 100% all over again because this game is just so damn fun. I really want Burnout Revenge Remastered or a New entry in the series to happen. So yeah generally if i love the game i will do it, thinking to stack Kingdoms of Amalur Reckoning with the JP version since it contains the DLC on disc from what i have read.
  6. It really comes down to what i decide to play. If i am playing a game like a shooter i probably won't use a guide unless there is something specific i need to do which i do not understand from just the trophy description itself. If am playing an RPG however say Trails of Cold Steel or Final Fantasy i will prefer to use a Roadmap / Walkthrough due to the number of playthroughs that have to be done and collectables, dialog options and so on. If i am playing a genre or game i am new to i would prefer to use a trophy guide where i can quickly read through and have quick reference to certain trophies when i need it rather than scrolling through a walkthrough to find a specific point
  7. Enjoys a variety of games but mainly goes for the platinum in easier games. A relaxed gamer.
  8. How many platinums have you gotten this year?: I've gotten 28 this year. I do not think this is the highest i have achieved but i feel i am on the decline soon as life commitments seems to be more predominate How long have you been hunting trophies now?: 7 years now nearly started in 2013. What was your proudest platinum this year?: Battlefield Bad Company 2, mainly because of the grindy multiplayer trophies i i did not think in 2019 i would be able to finish this game i just started it up for the fun of it as i love this game but thanks to a great team of trophy hunters here on PSNP we all got through it and its my proudest of 2019 to own. What was your worst platinum this year?: Split / Second this game is just out to screw you over at ever twist and turn its a satisfying platinum to obtain, but my god is it a pain in the ass. Any little knock can screw your perfect run. The online trophies were fine i could self-boost them all with PlayStation Now on PS4 and my PS3 copy the story mode was a pain. What game are you most looking forward to getting the platinum for in 2020?: If it is a game coming out in 2020 then Ghosts of Tsushima, if it is any game then Battlefield 3 as it will complete my platinum collection of my favourite Battlefield games released.
  9. My first game I played on PS Vita was Gravity Rush because it was free on PS+ at the time. Back in 2013
  10. Jaws - Took a swim in the Oman Hotel swimming pool / Battlefield 3
  11. Damn still no Vita or PS3 games on sale
  12. Don't do it, i really regret spending £2 on this in a sale it is horrible just do not do it to yourself.
  13. 2019 was a really good year for gaming for me i played so many different games across PlayStation 3,4 & Vita i did set a goal of 150 platinums by 31/12/2019 but this i failed by 20 platinum trophies. However i did manage to cut down my backlog of games down by a lot. Here are my stats (02/01/2019 to 31/12/2019) Bronze Trophies: from 4033 to 4903 (+870) Silver Trophies: from 1263 to 1493 (+230) Gold Trophies: from 566 to 679 (+113) Platinum Trophies: from 102 to 130 (+28) PSN Level: From 30 to 33 My favourite game of 2019 that came out that year i played was Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III My least favourite game was Reverie i just did not get on with this game.
  14. I am going to say Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel III , i played the previous two installments earlier that year and absolutely love this game. I have still yet to plat the game because of the Chest Grabber trophy but i will add it to my collection soon!
  15. Or if you can't wait till 2020 to play in on PlayStation consoles you can buy it now on Steam with 50% off https://store.steampowered.com/app/762610/Russian_Subway_Dogs/

  17. Thanks for the headset up i was on the fence about spending £17 on this game but your review has made me avoid doing so! Congratulations on the platinum and thanks for your honest review
  18. Platinum 130: Bad Company Elite Game: Battlefield Bad Company 2 Date of Plat Achieved 18/12/2019 Date of 100% Achieved 26/12/2019 Difficulty 2/10 if good with FPS and boosting Continuing my spree of getting the platinum and sometimes 100% completion in my favourite Battlefield games is Bad Company 2 which is now my 3rd Battlefield platinum overall. This along with the original Bad Company game i played a lot of during my Xbox 360 and later the PS3 days when the communities were highly active. Now not so much every multiplayer trophy more or less had to be boosted with Bad Company 2. Certain game modes like Squad Deathmatch were just forgotten just barren lands with nobody playing them. Overall i wish i started this way back when it was released but i never picked it up until 2016. Yes i bought this game in 2016 and it did not get played till the end of December this year. Highly recommend this game it was funnily enough voted 42 on VG247 Game of The Decade which is great because it truely does deserve the credit. Fantastic shooter with smooth online multiplayer tactical strategy is needed with Onslaught mode (if you can even find a person with a NAT Type 1 connection) And Vietnam DLC was i think the worst to boost because you needed to achieve 100 kills with 8 or 10 different weapons a massive thank you to @bonafide327 , @Spetsnaz_89 and @sidmenfred for sticking it out and getting this game done with me! Great overall story more of the fun, comedy and action like the first just far more refined i would highly recommend this game if you love shooters. Now back to grinding Battlefield 3
  19. thankfully Battlefield 3 Premium Edition is on sale for £6.73 i instantly bought it the last Battlefield game i want to get the platinum in, the 100% however we will see lol Borderlands 2 i believe has a physical PS3 complete edition might be worth checking out on Ebay you can get the DLC all on the disc so does not matter if it is a second hand copy. MW3 i do not know however.
  20. JUst give me some sales on PS3 and PS Vita games and season passes i will be happy with that
  21. Steel Empire - Sega Genesis 1992 Japanese Cover Art. I am a major fan of Japanese art styles, this one is my favourite cover art. The level of detail that went into this especially compared to the western version is insane, stuff like this kept being a thing up until i would say the release of FFX (Japanese & European versions) sad to see it no longer there.
  22. Yes, The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel after playing this on my PS Vita all the way through to the platinum i immediately jumped on its squeal The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II, i was so hooked i just had to know what happened next and i have been a fan of this series ever since summer of this year
  23. #VitaIsland will keep it alive, it truly is a shame. This is my favourite console of all time second being the PS2. Sony should have not used it as a mascot for promoting their proprietary storage, the PSP got away with it since Sony cameras were so popular back in the 90s and early 2000s. When Sony did this again with the PS Vita it was bound to fail. Then no Sony support, developer support started to dwindle and it went down hill from there. I however have a massive backlog of Vita games and it will be keeping me going for years to come. PlayStation 5 will be interesting though i guess there is clearly a drive for portable gaming but i guess Sony has just given up perusing it
  24. Platinum No: 127 Game: Riddled Corpses EX Title: Hardcore Gamer Platform: PS Vita Enjoyment 8/10 Difficulty: 4/10 (i agree with the guide) 19/11/2019 So i have had this in my backlog for about a year now i think on my PS Vita (i do not plan on stacking the PS4 version) and i needed a game i can jump in and out of playing when going through Trails of Cold Steel III on my PS4. This game was it. I was never prone to playing twin-stick shooter of any kind as i thought they involved some serious skill and reflexes which kind of deterred me from starting it up. I am so glad i pushed aside my vanity and did just that. The game itself is a very colourful retro graphic twin-stick shooter and i personally found it a perfect fit for the PS Vita to be able to jump in and out. The game plays exactly as the guide states when you first start up the game you will be dying A LOT! You basically spend a good few hours just replaying the first level over and over again to farm gold to level up your character so you can push through the later levels. You need to me a mindset of being vigilant at all times learn the patterns of the bosses, bosses on stage 4 and 5 and the bonus stage (or stage 6) are a real pain in the ass if you do not memorise their attack and movement patterns. This game thankfully have auto-save so even if you die you retain everything you collected and all your stats. So with this in mind on the PlayStation Vita this game does occasionally crash for prolonged periods of play. I noticed after about two hours of solid playing this game would just crash highly annoying when you are making progress. However with this aside for any PS Vita fan and person with access to a PSVita or PS4 i would recommend playing this even if you are terrible at the genre like me because its a fantastic game! I would recommend buying some thumb grips if you are playing on PS Vita otherwise prepare for pain these are the ones i bought. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/6x-Analog-Controller-Thumb-Stick-Cap-Joystick-Cover-For-PS-Vita-PSV-1000-2000/273905158589?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 Platinum No: 128 Game: A Winter's Daydream Title: A Winter's Daydream Platinum Platform: PS Vita Enjoyment 2/10 Difficulty 0/10 22/11/2019 Not really too much to say about this game i am trying to clear out my backlog of PlayStation Vita games, One to free up space on my memory card, and two because well i spent money on this game so may as well play it! This game i is made by one man and a Western developer to from what i read and he put it on PS Vita so it grabbed my intention mainly because we do not get very many if any Western visual novels at all. The game is about a school boy trying to find his place in the world goes off to Tokyo to be a student, is overally loved by his mum and dad and has an annoying sister who is just spoiled and immature until he is told to go see his grandmother. From their the story warps and gets really weird but its a good game i will not spoil too much. I would recommend reading it and when you do make sure you turn off AUTO-SKIP or Auto-Read this will disable the trophies so be prepared for sore fingers and thumbs for pressing "X" a lot. Good job i bought those PS Vita thumb grips haha The game is a walk in the part no guide needed one playthrough all trophies pop nothing is missable unless you have AUTO-SKIP on. ] Platinum No: 129 Game: Battlefield: Bad Company Title: Battlefield: Bad Company Platinum Platform: PS3 Enjoyment 9/10 Difficulty 8/10 01/12/2019 Damn well these trophy names for the Platinums are so uninspiring lol, anyway this is my second platinum in the Battlefield series overall and my second time playing this game to 100% (Originally played this game on Xbox 360 back in 2008/9). This is by far my one of my favourite Battlefield games in terms of the story and gameplay (Battlefield 4 still is my favourite online experience had so much fun playing that online for hours with friends) I did the grind all over again. I started this game back in 2016 and played a lot of the multiplayer after i had spent some time with the story mode the severs was pretty decent then even though it was a 7 year old game at that point, and now its hard to believe this game is now 10 years old! which is crazy to think. The online mode is punishing even when you have a job or not working and playing its going to take at least 6 months of casual playing and playing well to get the 10,002 kills trophy. Best thing is just focus on the medals when you do it so you sort of hit two birds with one stone so to speak. Otherwise the other misc-trophies are easy enough when boosting them. Now the story mode on hard... wow the story is fantastic but damn the amount of tanks, helicopters and god knows what other vehicles that come constantly after you and bombard you with shells and gunfire is stupid, thankfully you can die and the enemies do not respawn which is nice but to just get through it i was pulling my hair hour most of the time. Also i have gotten so used to Call of Duty's standard of control layout going back to finish this game was painfully hard to play as a shooter. The optimal layout for shooters is the COD set up i am sorry. Otherwise fantastic game highly recommended even if you do not go for the platinum its one of the best the PS3 has to offer and a treasure of a EA era of great games that no longer is relevant to them today. Now i because of this game i have started Battlefield Bad Company 2 so anybody want to join me hit me up! *In progress Trails of Cold Steel III CURSE YOU CHEST QUEST TROPHY!!!
  25. It just has to be Nier Automata the game is just perfection, a niche game that finally found its place in the world thanks to Square Enix, the popularity of the PS4 and the great team behind it who made it all happen. An experience i still return to because its just so damn good and if you own a PS4 and have not played it you owe it to yourself to do so. Hail Shuhei Yoshida hallowed be his name
