  1. Just finished this surprise of a game and this was almost exactly my take as well. Got it for 4 bucks, spent about 2 hours on it. Not too shabby, the story was a lot better than I expected and the last act is only a little short of greatness.
  2. How is it not worth 60 euros? What more can you ask of a game before it is worth that amount? Detroit: Become Human is probably the most complete experience you can play right now, with an insanely high production value. They even made the Deluxe Edition available with extra content...
  3. Yeah, but wanting to provide an experience instead of a narrative is no carte blanche for boredom and frustration. As I said, there's multiple indiegames that provide a beautiful experience such as Journey, The First Tree, Valley, Unfinished Swan, etc. and still have decent gameplay. The whole experience was a drag to me, and the initial fascination wore off after about 10 minutes.
  4. Lol, I was thinking the same. I haven't touched a football game since 2002, but I might give PES19 a go. Doesn't seem that hard.
  5. I appreciate the art style and the explored themes, there's plenty of room for speculation and the three endings are all wonderfully messed up. Minor issue, however: as a game it really, REALLY doesn't work. There's plenty of backtracking, the environment is very, very repetitive as are the monster designs and the gameplay is the dullest I've experienced in quite a while. Not to mention cheap. It's not that it's impossible to combine short artsy, experimental projects with enjoyable gameplay (pick any thatgamecompany game). I think this would have worked a lot better as an animated short. What did you think of it?
  6. Aside from All 4 One, all R&C games platted (exceptions: no PSASBR, PS Move Heroes or original trilogy Vita stacks).
  7. The level 150 grind is really not that bad if you play often. I have 32K kills now (all done legit, no boosting) and I levelled to 150 three times, possibly even more but I stopped prestiging. The 40K kills is the REAL grind, I'm about 550 hours into the game and still need those remaining 8000 kills. The worst trophies in the expansions are the 25 competitive matches, win on every Betrayal map, and of course the DLC game mode trophies. Most of the others can be done on vanilla maps, such as the Nailgun kills, weapon service stars, etc. Feel free to message me with further questions, I'd be happy to help.
  8. I hate it when PS3 and Vita sales aren't displayed properly, or at all. I haven't seen a "sales" section on the Vita in ages, and the current "deals & offers" tab on PS3 is filled with games at full price. Makes no sense. Funnily enough there ARE titles on sale, but they just aren't advertised as such (accidentally noticed this by looking for Evil Within, the PS4 version, to notice the PS3 version on sale for 5 bucks).

I would advice looking on PSprices.com, they display all sales and that's where I look since I hate the fact they never show up on the consoles.

Yeah, someone suggested that to me as well. Why bother having sales if you're not displaying them? What's the use?

  9. It's been a while since I've seen discounted DLC for a legacy console, but does anyone have a clue about whether the season pass has been on sale lately? I have the physical Handsome Collection but since I forgot I already started BL2 back in 2012, I figured I'd only do the Pre-Sequel on PS4. $30 is a bit too much just for PS3 DLC, especially when I technically already own it.
  10. This was a massive letdown but hey, I see THPS3 DLC, I purchase. Rolling down Canada & Los Angeles brought back so many memories, but considering how subpar the game is those memories quickly became tainted. THPS5 was more enjoyable to me than THPSHD but it was still shite, lol. Fuck Robomodo.
  11. Saints Row 2 Tools of Destruction Heavenly Sword Time Crisis 4 SOUL CALIBUR IV Tekken 5
  12. I hope they do. Would love to get the 100% a second time (without having to order the JP version).
  13. I'm not familiar with this game, but I know some games require you to finish the race in order for them to count. Say you raced 3 laps but restarted for whatever reason, it might not count.
  14. Diablo III Never Alone Trine Trilogy Borderlands: Handsome Collection 8Days: Peace is our Business (mostly because of the laugh factor, it's not THAT well designed but heaps of fun) Tekken 7 & Soul Calibur VI Rayman Legends Nex Machina Resogun Salt & Sanctuary Unravel Two Hotline Miami
  15. ... And it's not even a good game. 😆 I wish they'd release Time Crisis 2 and 3 as a PS2 classic. Never forget the guy from TC2 who smacked you the fuck up with a gigantic missile, on a rapidly moving train, wearing a fancy white vest and sunglasses.
