  1. Since joining the event about a week and a half ago, I've gone up by 0.43%. If I want to get to 60% by the end of the year, I need to go up by 0.81% per month to make it, assuming my maths is correct. I'm feeling comfortable in this goal thus far, especially considering I have a lot of 0% Telltale games on my profile in particular, which are nice and short. I should definitely be able to hit the 0.81% target for this month, and perhaps get ahead, considering there are is a good amount of new games I want to start this year heh.
  2. Wow, that's pretty cool! Perhaps you could use.. 'extras'. Then it's 2 letters for each game? Maybe? hahah
  3. I know everyone's making fun about the logo but I'm honestly glad they didn't try to change anything
  4. Not at all! And yeah, understandable, I am admittedly glad signups were still open so that I even had the opportunity to join in. Thanks!
  5. Yeah fair, it's all good, didn't mean to have a go or anything, as I said I had plenty of other choices for those letters anyway. If I had to say one thing I'd also say it's worth considering the disadvantage it places on the latecomers (rather than being an advantage). Since the event officially kicks off the 1st and if you join late but can't use games you've started you lose that time (as an example I lose 2 weeks off the event because I only discovered and joined the event a few days ago, whereas others have had that time to complete whole games). I just don't see how it becomes an unfair advantage in this instance, when we all still have that restriction of committing to the single list. Overall it's no biggie, there's no monetary prize so it's not all as major and it's all for fun, meaning no need to fight over rules haha. Thanks again for organising this one, not only will earning 26 platinums (hopefully) in a single year mean I'll have earned half the number of my current platinums in half the time, but I'll also finally be able to join the A-Z platinum club
  6. I would say I understand, but I feel as though it shouldn't have been an issue as the only restriction in the rules is that the games should not have been started before 1st Jan 2020, which they weren't... but no matter. I guess it's good that you're being consistent across the board. Luckily the backlog is big, and particularly with a letter like S, I'm spoilt for choice haha. So I'll put in Stranded Sails: Explorers of the Cursed Islands PS4 for S and Guardians of the Galaxy PS4 for G.
  7. Yeaaaaah I have both the ps3 and ps4 versions on my profile... took a break from this dlc and haven’t come back in like 3 years lol
  8. Day one for me, can’t wait. Knowing it’s backwards compatible with at least PS4 is enough for me, as I’m really hoping it won’t be as loud as my jet engine of a PS4 (and it’s a pro too).
  9. Thanks to @ArtikSkarab for the answer to my earlier question. I have put Cyberpunk in but I’ve got some shorter games in my list so I should still have enough time to play this year’s other new releases without risking adding more to the list. Since Cyberpunk’s one of the earlier releases, I’m hoping the trophy list will be ok but worst come to worst I’ll have most of the year to do it. Picking 26 games seemed simple at first but ended up being quite a daunting task- I placed a few extra challenges on myself by sticking strictly to games with the right letter (no ‘the’s or ‘a’s or numbers in front) and games that had a platinum. To cut to the chase, here’s my list: Assassin’s Creed Odyssey PS4 Batman (Telltale) PS4 Cyberpunk 2077 PS4 Deus Ex: Human Revolution PS3 Erica PS4 Fallout 3 PS3 Guardians of the Galaxy PS4 How to Train Your Dragon PS3 Infamous PS3 Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy PS4 Kingdom Hearts PS4 Late Shift PS4 Minecraft: Story Mode PS4 NieR Automata PS4 Oxenfree PS4 Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight PS4 Q.U.B.E 2 PS4 Republique PS4 Stranded Sails: Explorers of the Cursed Islands PS4 Trüberbrook PS4 Unravel PS4 Vampyr PS4 Wonderbook: Diggs Nightcrawler PS3 XCOM 2 PS4 Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles PS4 Zero Escape: The Nonary Games VITA Now to cover my bases I’m going to put Claire as a swap for C, just in case something goes wrong with using Cyberpunk. Otherwise let me know if there are any issues with my list. I think this is going to be fun!
  10. Definitely agree. It's a bit of a slow burner and the story still confuses me but I really enjoyed it too.
  11. Little late to the party, but looking forwards to joining in! I'm still building my list but I had a question- sorry if this has already been covered, but what's the status on adding unreleased games to the list? For example, I'm looking forwards to Cyberpunk 2077. I'd probably have that on my list for C unless I can think of something else, would that be ok, since it does have a confirmed release date for 2020? Or should we keep those as backups just in case?
  12. If there's a slot I'd like to join in too! I haven't paid a lot of attention to my percentage admittedly, but recently seeing it hit 50% has been quite exciting! I'm terrible with starting new games and leaving a lot of stuff unfinished, but I'd like to start knocking out some unfinished stuff so I'm gonna try limit how many new games I start before I finish old ones. Since, as mentioned, I haven't paid too much attention to my overall percentage, I have no idea what sort of goal is reasonable for me at this stage, so I'm going to set it sort of small I think. I hope I can achieve it! Current: 50.27% Goal: 60%
  13. Surgical Strikes appears to still be buggy as it didn’t unlock for me. Luckily I have Curse of the Pharoahs and had boosted the level of my save, which creates a backup so I just boosted the level again and played the DLC again... after assassinating only Ampelius I got the trophy, it would appear I must not have used the hidden blades on him in my first run.
  14. Just going off what I've played recently, as it's the first thing to come to mind, but the giant brush or the fancy paint skates from concrete genie, would be fun!
  15. I've been doing a blind playthrough on Supernova, and it's actually not as bad as I might have anticipated. You definitely want high dialog skills as you can talk your way out of a lot of potential combat situations with them. This also helps with vendor prices, as I found you get thirsty quite quickly and it's not easy to get water very early on without the bits to buy it. You also want good stealth as you can really just stealth your way through a lot of enemies without having to fight. I'm planning to worry about anything combat related afterwards. With companions, you can actually go into their settings (go to their name in the menu) and set it so they act defensively. This means they won't engage in combat and instead keep away from it, and from my experience the enemies will then ignore your companions and go for you, thus keeping them alive. If you need their help however you can instruct them to attack an enemy. There's also a workaround for not being able to manual save anywhere but the ship. Whenever you can fast travel to your ship, it actually makes an autosave at the place you were BEFORE you fast travelled. So you can fast travel to the ship, and then load the most recent autosave, and there you go! You're back where you were and you now have an autosave at that point. While it does't help inside buildings, it does work great for all the outdoor combat situations you could run into.
  16. Not a huge fan of difficulty trophies, but still gonna play the game. I'm also not one for multiple playthroughs but might run through on hard first and then aim to do another on Supernova. Overall still looking forwards to the game
  17. Are they on top of the plastic or inside on the slip? If on top, you should be able to peel off. If on the actual slip... dang that sucks. hate when they do that.
  18. Maybe, I'd be kinda annoyed considering I've bought up quite a few of them but am yet to play them lol.
  19. A couple pages on google for the Nintendo Switch version say 3/10/19. I'd assume it's likely to be the same date for PlayStation as well.
  20. I'm also glad about no MP. It wasn't bad I guess, but I only hopped on to boost and get it done before they shut it down on PS3. I plan to give the PS4 version a go and maybe that'll change my perspective, considering it should actually have some populated servers playing normal matches. Can't wait for Part 2 though. Already preordered the collector's. Super keen!
  21. I thought a lot of the scenes had more meaning once you discover that it was all just a hallucinogenic chemical. It wasn't just like a typical hooded figure tries to kill you trope. It really makes you re-evaluate all the choices you made in a different way with how the game slyly reveals who was where, like when Fliss says she was chasing Conrad and it changes your whole perspective of the earlier chase scene, or when (in my case) Brad mysteriously turns up dead but then you remember as Fliss that you stabbed that hooded figure, etc.
  22. If you do a quick google search, it’s fairly well known that these trophies have always seemed to be a bit buggy. I was in the same boat, whereby my scavenger trophy popped before the other collectible trophies. One post I read proposed that the reason for this is possibly because the tools boxes count as collectibles.
  23. UPDATE: I've figured out the problem. You have to buy NEW plots. You can't move (with R3) and connect plots that were already placed. As soon as I bought and placed 3 new animal plots near each other, I got the trophy straight away.
  24. Anyone else having trouble getting this one? I’ve connected different types of animals, different breeds, and the tiles seem to connect (and the three share the same food pile) but nothing seems to be working. Update: To get this trophy you have to buy and place 3 different NEW animal plots next to each other. You can't move and replace preexisting plots.
  25. I've tried that, but it still didn't pop. I've been playing mostly multiplayer so when I get the chance I was gonna try start a new farm in case something bugged it out
