  2. I was already avoiding this as it's coming from a different dev and has a different voice cast, all screaming Square Enix trying to throw anything together to make more money on the success of the first. This just confirms it. I'll wait to revisit this world when Dontnod's real followup releases. This is shameless in every respect.
  3. Ended up just getting Final Fantasy X / X-2 Vita and Walking Dead season 3. Would also still love to hear from anyone who has played Odin Sphere Vita though, on how it controls.
  4. Any opinion on Odin Sphere's controls for Vita? Require touch pad / screen to replicate PS2 controls? Never played original, but always wanted to, so seems like a good chance with the rerelease. If it compromises controls, though, I'll just get PS4 release.
  5. Really pulling for a complete troll of a trophy list!
  6. Will be nice to play with a DualShock that isn't just the worst for once, but I do wish these rumors pointed to a Switch port too. Oh well, still one of the best games ever made and I'll buy any version they put out 🦀
  7. The only exclusive every PlayStation 4 player absolutely needs to play is P.T.. Otherwise, my favorite games on the system that I could not go without: 1001 Spikes Another World The Binding of Isaac Downwell Fez GNOG Inside Journey Limbo Linelight Nidhogg Night in the Woods OctoDad: Dadliest Catch Risk of Rain Road Not Taken Rogue Legacy Spelunky TowerFall Valiant Hearts VVVVVV Wonder Girl: The Dragon's Trap
  8. Tooth and Tail, Absolver, Undertale, and Nidhogg II on PSN right now. Undertale LCE for Vita on Fangamer (December version, oh well). Ittle Dew 2+, The End is Nigh, and Tiny Barbarian DX for Switch on Amazon.
  9. Good to know! Havent tried Torment yet, just part of my plan to play games with pacifist options. If you care about the "physical map", it's just regular gloss paper like Skyrim's
  10. Pretty excited for these two: Most excited for this: HORI Dragon Quest Slime PS4 controller, Ni No Kuni DS w/ Wizard's Companion (jp), Ni No Kuni PS3 hardcover guide, and also Cave Story + for Switch and Torment: Tides of Numenera for PS4.
  11. Linelight is a brilliant puzzler. One of the best games this year, IMO.
  12. I still cry myself to sleep over Fez II 😭 Also, whatever they showed off at E3 this year with the sweary monkey definitely wasn't a sequel to Beyond Good & Evil....
  13. Thanks for the heads up! Not normally my type of game, but keep hearing good things and that's a great price to fall off the fence for. Good looking out 🦀😀
  14. I really love the stat tracking built into Xbox One, and really hope PlayStation implements something similar in the future. Xbox building on what they already have is only a good thing if it means more to copy, as I have way more PS friends to compare with than Xbox these days so I don't get much use out of it 😵 Hoping to see something unexpected here 🦀☺️
  15. They Live 😎
