  1. Hi, I've just achieved 100% completion on this game and thought I would share with you a boosting method that absolutely crushes every other boosting method I've tried, including those described in the trophy guide. I've come across some random video on Youtube that proved invaluable, and no one seems to know about it on PSNP, so here you go : The video is useful to show you the exact location, but does a poor job at explaining stuff and I had to figure out a few things by myself. Basically : Create your own warzone Select Forest as only map, and Beacon Theft as only game mode. Set match length to 15 or 20 minutes at least so you have all the time you need. Set 11 bots. Disable every single weapon, secondary weapon and ability for every class, except for those that you want to boost. You're going to play in the Helghast team, so make sure that the class you're going to boost is "Helghast only". Other classes can be "VSA only" or preferably allowed for both teams. Tweak everything else as desired (low health, instant respawn time...). Also friendly fire is useful to get rid of allied bots stealing too many kills from you. Start the game. If you spawn in the VSA team, quit and try again Once you spawn as Helghast, run towards the enemy beacon and jump on the nearby rock. You can steal the beacon before jumping, but that's not mandatory. If you've done everything correctly, enemies will only have knives and won't be able to hurt you once you're on the rock, since they apparently cannot jump on it. Instead, they will just flock around you and stop moving, becoming perfect sitting ducks and boosting partners. ๐Ÿ˜€ For extra performance, you can set the game so that the enemy team only has support class and has the spawn beacon as its only ability. Enemies will die and reappear instantly right in front of you ! Of course that's only possible when you're not boosting support class yourself. This method is especially effective for all drone-related abilities, but you can also use it to your advantage for a lot of other stuff, including weapons. It will save you an insane amount of hours.
  2. That is true. I'm just done boosting this over two afternoons with another player. It's completely doable by August 12th for anyone with minimal dedication.
  3. I can confirm. Any division match that you leave before the end, either voluntarily or involuntarily (disconnect), will still count and reward you with zero point. So basically the rule is opposite to that of solo league matches, where you can abuse quitting and restarting if you're losing, without any consequence. Indeed this can be useful once you reach promotion threshold in your current division and don't need the points anymore. But that can be tricky as well. For example it's not recommended to leave if you end up in a match without your boosting partners. Better play it out if you need the points !
  4. In my opinion 5 hours would be greatly underestimated. Between long waiting and loading screens, half-times and other game interruptions, completing a single match sometimes seems to take forever. My friend and I put in about 4 hours and we are only about halfway through. Not to be picky, but your own trophies reveal an 8+ hour gap between your first online match and completing division 6. ๐Ÿ˜‰
  5. All right, thanks ! Also found some references confirming that the game has been renamed. They just kept the box artwork, for some reason. That is quite a nice oddity added to my collection, so I'm happy about that. ๐Ÿ˜ Maybe a mod could move this thread to the related game forum, in case anyone else gets confused ?
  6. Hey, So the physical version of the game arrived home and this is all very bizarre. While the box itself does feature "Farmers vs Zombies" artwork, the disc inside is actually labelled "Farm for your life"... Which is a game that DOES exist on PSNProfiles and has a trophy list. So I don't know, maybe they just renamed the game or something ? Whether it's the same game or not, I have no idea for the moment.
  7. Oh yeah, if you don't know the game I think it's better to start a first playthrough on normal difficulty, whether you're a Hitman veteran or not. But then it's just good to know that you don't have to bother at all with SA ranks : you can get all 3 trophies on your next playthrough if you want to.
  8. Eh, I had never played GTA 5 and got it on the PS5 for 10 bucks three months ago. I enjoyed the single player and am now working on heists with some friends. Not complaining. So yeah, sorry about giving money to Rockstar and delaying GTA 6, guys. Now if you'll excuse me, I've never played Skyrim either, so I'm on my way to reward Bethesda for their extreme laziness as well.
  9. This is not quite correct. The trophies are stackable so you can just achieve 5 SA ranks on Professional difficulty and be done with them.
  10. Had pretty much the same experience. The biggest offenders are indeed the laggy and inaccurate controls, not to mention the disastrous targeting system, which makes aiming at anything an absolute pain and will cause your death countless times.
  11. Looks like the issue is still not resolved and probably never will. That will sure teach me not to buy a game without looking at its trophy list first. ๐Ÿ˜’
  12. All right thanks for clarifying. There might quite a lot of randoms or other boosters in the last few weeks, so I'm a bit worried about that.
  13. Can you actually do everything in 1vs1 mode with your boosting partner so as not to be bothered by randoms joining in ?
  14. I first started the game on Professionnal and wanted to do a single playthrough, because hey, that's what I always do. I stopped by the third mission however, and started again on normal to get a better feel of the game and get all weapons in the process. I'm glad I did. Why ? Well, professionnal difficulty is not that much harder honestly. You can still rush through a level butchering everyone if you know what you're doing. That's the catch however : you have to know what you're doing. Professionnal has a very specific trait that you should not underestimate : NO SAVE. Going blind on a level you know nothing about is just asking for trouble and multiple frustrating restarts. I guess you could still do a single playthrough by doing everything with a video guide, but what's the fun in that.
  15. In my opinion this game is a solid 6 or 7/10 difficulty, at least on the Vita. The main levels are okay, and I don't even get why someone else mentioned ZX Spectrum level 6 : once you get double jump it's completely manageable. It doesn't remotely compare with the difficulty of some special collection levels, that were pure hell. Most are painfully long and require high accuracy. The speedrun trophy was a nuisance as well because I needed to shorten my global time by 35 minutes ! It went better and faster than expected though. After going through the special collection, the first levels felt so easy that I was able to be super fast and get the platinum by the SNES levels. I didn't have to speedrun the last levels, thank God.
  16. Chill out dude, my comment was mostly tongue in cheek. Yes I'm aware that every new patch is more than just an extra trophy. I mean I wasnโ€™t even bitching, it's a great model for people who really enjoy the game and want new content. As far as I'm concerned, I'm not annoyed but rather amused by this strange game in my collection that has been popping out a lone trophy every other month for so many years. It's quite unique in its own way and has become a running joke among my friends. With each DLC, we boot up the game and go hunting together the new collectible, having a few good laughs along the way.
  17. Yes, another 18GB trophy that will take a grand total of 5 minutes to complete once finally downloaded. Gotta love KF2. ๐Ÿ˜‚
  18. The Close Shave trophy, while very mundane looking, turned out to be the worst in the game for me so far. The 15 knife flights were okay but completing all 50 under the bridge locations was a nightmare. Due to poor game design, this task has got the perfect recipe for trophy hunting disaster. You do get an on screen notification for each completed bridge, but : There is no way to track the bridges you've already completed. You'll complete some of them naturally over the course of the game, due to gold medal or flight school requirements. I was already 8/50 when I started the challenge. Some bridges are very hard to register, even after multiple passes. A lot of people say you need to do them perfectly (without touching walls or water) but in my experience that's wrong. You can totally get a notification after crashing your helicopter in every possible way, or do a spotless run and still get nothing. I just think it's glitchy as hell. As a result, there is no way to know if no notification means that you had completed the bridge earlier, or that you failed it. So even though I carefully followed a video guide, I was then stuck at 49/50 for many, many hours. I finally found the last one out of a mix of luck and deduction (number 30 on Powerpyx video), but even then it was a complete joke : I passed through it again and again, and the trophy only popped on the 5th or 6th time. I don't know what pushed me to keep trying, even though it clearly didn't look like the right one, but it saved my ass. Anyway, my take on this is that you should go for this challenge as soon as possible : do NOT go under any bridge before actually attempting the trophy. This way you'll start at 0/50 and it will be much easier to keep track of notifications.
  19. For some reason, everyone and their mum will tell you that this game was made for the PS Moves and should be played accordingly. I couldn't disagree more. I started Blood & Truth on hard mode with the Moves and really struggled with it, up until I tried using a Dualshock controller instead. After some minutes of adjusting, I quickly got the hang of it and proceeded to breeze through the rest of the game with no issue. The DS4 has one single, huge advantage over the Moves : you don't have to fumble with your damn holsters anymore. Need a quick reload ? Hit . Bam, done. Want to grab your heavy weapon ? Hit . Done. Want then to switch real quick to your pistol ? Hit . Well, you get the point. It's just much more time-efficient and will give you an edge in the heat of battle. Even on hard mode, I could basically complete entire late-game levels using only my base gun, by shooting non stop, and spamming for quick reload as soon as I got the opportunity. On top of that, I also got the feeling that the shooting was a bit more crisp and accurate with the Dualshock, as compared to the Moves' tracking that always felt a bit flimsy and unreliable. The climbing and crawling parts are the only things that were a bit weird with the Dualshock, but nothing serious. And it's not a huge part of the game anyway. So do as you please but I strongly recommend that you give the DS4 at least a try.
  20. This game looks like lots of fun and is dirt cheap right now on the EU PS Store. However I'm worried by the complete lack of info or guide regarding trophies. If you completed the game, could you tell just how tedious the collectibles are ? What about the overall difficulty and length of the platinum ? Are there any good text or video resources out there that I might not be aware of ? Thanks a lot. ๐Ÿ˜‰
  21. My guess is simply that they don't want too many people to get that deal and to play the solo campaign. Online mode earns them way more money.
  22. Trophy whoring at its finest. I personally wouldnโ€™t do it (at least not before giving the game a fair try), but you canโ€™t blame them if the game is flawed by design and doesn't disable trophies when using admin commands, which would be the obvious thing to do. Anyway I don't want to cheat, but I also don't want to put in the work for this platinum if other people can cheese it in minutes, so I just won't play it.
  23. Then that's a clear no go for me, thank you very much for your reply !
  24. Can you play every single challenge of this game in coop mode ? If so, would you say it makes them any easier/harder, and why ? A friend of mine is interested but I'm really not sure I want to go through this, especially if some of the challenges are solo only.
  25. I finally got it after my third try, and still have limited understanding about how this bizarre trophy works. However I can now refute some misinformation that others have shared above. I 100% confirm that ALL of the following does NOT void the trophy in any way : Restarting checkpoints over and over (I strongly suspect that people complaining about this just didn't realize that their current checkpoint isn't clean any more. On explorer difficulty, checkpoints are literally everywhere so it's quite easy to register an accidental kill even if you're quick to restart.) Skipping all cinematics Letting Sam stealth kill an enemy (can't say for more than one) Going full stealth is the best and safest way to secure this trophy. Restart checkpoint as soon as you get spotted, literally before you hear a single gunshot. Don't try to rush through the fighting scenes, because too many things can go wrong without you noticing.
