Yes, I had the everyone lives (always move on) save for 1.02, used chapter select from ch8. The save worked, though no trophy at end of ch8 or 9.

I have the same problem, had a couple of corrupt saves too. The first crash was like two hours in on my first playthrough. The savefiles did not survive that....
