  2. It's definitely 12 months and it's definitely not PS Now, I haven't got or had access to PS Now.
  3. It's definitely 12 months, I was charged £32 and it shows as 12 months worth in my Shopto account. I don't have any charges showing yet on my bank account from Sony for the auto renewal. I just seem to have lost over a year of plus, it shows due for renewal on 10th February next year. It showed as valid for much longer when I initially redeemed the voucher, I checked at the time to make sure. I definitely redeemed the code, I retried today after I got the notification from Sony, just in case, but I just got a message saying the code had been used.

So I bought (from Shopto.net) and redeemed a 12 month PS plus voucher in November last year - but today I have received a notification saying my Plus account has been automatically renewed and ends again on 10th February 2022. This means I've lost over a year of membership, as it wasn't due for renewal in November, I just thought I'd stack it as it was cheaper for Black Friday. Has this happened to anyone else before? I've tried reaching out to Sony, but I'm not optimistic tbh
