    Most peoples missing (Spark Of Genius Wings) set of wings can be earned by defeating Lieutenant Euryale in the Valley of Eternal Spring. This gorgon can be found close to a small lyre and Athena's Sanctuary, which is the nearest fast travel point. It's atop a cliff and amongst many pillars.

    had same issue, did all lairs and missions. i jumped up to athenas fire in hall of gods to speak to her and it unlocked after. no mission icon was present
