Yeah it seems that the only games with cross-gen progress (PS5 to PS4 specifically) are games like Outriders/Destiny 2, where your data is stored on their servers and not locally. With everything else, gotta play on PS4 first if you want auto popping.

which sucks... autopopping all the trophies in the superior version or playing the whole game twice to get both lists

I fixed the bug... It’s a glitch on PS5 that’s never patched by Sony.

Here’s my method. If it doesn’t work, then you gonna have to contact PlayStation. They need to be aware of the bug so they will actually fix it.

Rebuild your database first in safe mode, turn off ps5 completely and unplug the console for 10 minutes.

Turn ps5 back then, go offline to make sure that the trophy is actually unlocked with correct time stamp.

Then go back online and do the following:

Settings —> Saved Data and Game/App Settings —> Game Status —> Sync with PlayStation Network.

It may take a few attempts and wait for a while before the method works.

The most important thing is to never check trophies from “notifications tab” on the PS5, the little bell icon. It will screw everything thing up. Instead, only sync trophies directly from “PSN Trophies List”

    Never touch the bell (notifications).

Can confirm that your method worked for someone in Reddit having the same issue, kuddos to you for finding out how to fix it

I have a question here if anyone knows the answer: is it that from henceforth I can earn the same trophy on both versions (earn it on one, and login into the other for an instant pop)? Or do we have to choose one to earn while the other will become impossible to finish?

I ask bc I remember previously there was talk about not switching regions, as the same account will not be able to unlock the trophy in a new region if you unlocked it in your previous region.

For what it is now, I can confirm that the newly added trophies instantly pop if you log into the PS4 version, and starting the PS5 version will instantly pop all the trophies you've earned from the PS4 version. What I'm concerned about is the trophy I haven't earned. I'm saving the 800-chest Liyue one for the PS5 trophy recording for Klee from the soon to come rumored banner return, or as long as it takes :(

(also posted this in the thread under the PS5 version)

it should autopop in the version you didn't unlock it first, as soon as you login

As for region changes, I wouldn't play around with that, so if you unlocked it on America server on PS5, you should also choose America server on PS4

I had the same problem. They changed it for NA and European releases, instead of taking videos from the internet they use your beattik plays. So you have to play beatik first then go to the video battler and you should be able to use the coins. Also I don't seem to have a cap on how many coins I can carry. I think this has to do with the changes for the international versions as well

There is a cap but i think it starts at 100. so this Trophy got nerfed quit a bit.

You have to save your Beattik video after clearing it , than you can spam 1 stone after another on same video.

To bad the rythm minigame is the worst i have ever played . Even Yakuza mas a better rythm mini game ...and its not a game about Virtual idols an Vtuber .... The whole game was disapointing , finished it at lvl 60 .... super bosses with lvl 70 ... and than i grinded up to 100 . Only good part was seeing some Hololive Members , i hoped for more content with these tho.

Thanks guys, that worked for me, appreciate it

The PlayStation 5’s UI brings with it a host of changes that evolve what players experienced on the PS4, and while things like Trophies, Account Avatars photos, and more have made the transition, one notable piece of the PS4 UI has not made the next-gen leap - themes.

Themes have played a big role in the life of the PS4 as a way of customizing the console’s UI. Both static and dynamic themes have been available by the hundreds for players to purchase or grab for free, some reskinning the icons to a game-specific look, or adding music from your favorite games to your PS4 hub. Other, more static themes just change the look, but still let players add an additional personal touch.

The PS5, as of our pre-launch experience, has no themes. IGN has reached out to Sony about the decision to not have themes for PS5, and whether it’s a feature the company is considering adding back in. We’ll update this story should they respond, but there’s at least one likely reason we aren’t seeing themes.

For the most part, PS5’s UI takes an inverse approach to the PS4’s. Sony’s soon-to-be last-gen system largely put all its icons on display at once and made them the focal point of the UI. A host of games, apps, and settings icons are often shown all prominently on screen simultaneously. The PS5’s UI moves many of those features to the top of the screen, or even more directly in the pop-up Control Center menu, which acts as an overlay to the PS5.

Instead, each PS5 game we’ve seen so far comes with its own mini-theme of sorts. Take Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, which showcases a big piece of art for Miles in his Spidey suit while one of the game’s themes plays in the background. But if you switch over to Astro’s Playroom, a new piece of Astro art dominates the screen, with music from that game playing. While not as much of an overhaul to the UI as a dynamic theme could be, it seems each PS5 game will offer a bit of specialization to your PS5 dashboard as you hover over it.

Explore and get stronger. There's Culus to collect. Big epic puzzles all over the place. The Spiral Abyss. Plus, getting stronger. Level 99 is still miles away. Refine your weapons. Level your weapons. Get better artifacts and level them up.

Not to mention, the first major update is coming in a couple weeks. God only knows what that will have.

They basically told us exactly what we will have...
