  1. @Pauloxzak I don’t think Squirrel is adding more people to the tracker but feel free to keep track yourself and post here. A lot of us watch our own stats and post weekly updates anyways.
  2. Monday update Update and recap of the past week.. Maneater So.... I finished up Maneater this week. The underwater worlds were well done and most regions were different enough that I never got bored with exploring. The collectibles were fairly easy to find with upgrading the shark sonar and most were got just by exploring anyways. A few weren't accessible until gaining a certain shark size but being able to fast travel back to any region made this no big deal. The game was a lot of fun and was refreshingly different from most games Ive played lately. I'm not going to lie it was pretty satisfying to level up to Elder and be able to thrash those pesky gators to bits that were such a pain early on. It also made me laugh every time jumping out of the water and bouncing across the beach to snack on sunbathers. The only bad I can give this game is that it was too easy and didn't offer much in the way of challenge past baby shark stage but I guess they don't call the shark an Apex Predator for nothing. The Gardens Between Breezed through this game in an evening but the concept was pretty neat. Its basically a sidescroller puzzler but each level rotates as you go. Its also got some time manipulation in order to solve the puzzles but its hard to explain and would be much easier to check out gameplay videos instead. I liked it for what it was but YMMV. We Were Here Already had this platinum from last week but decided to play through it again with another friend and help them with it. It wasn't as much fun the second time round as I remembered most of the puzzles so it went very quick. I will definitely be picking up the next 2 games and working through them blindly again. The Playroom Knocked the last trophy I needed out with my kids on the weekend. It only took a couple tries to learn where we needed to be to make sure we cleared all them pesky ninjabots from the level. The Playroom VR My kids also helped me with this one as some of the mini games need 2 or more people to complete. They had a great time and really thought the VR was a cool experience. Its now complete and I'll likely move on to Astro Bot Rescue Mission and Astro's Playroom. Abzu Started on this one last night and made it through the first chapter but was too exhausted from a busy week/weekend to play much more. I'll finish this one up sometime during this coming week as it is fairly short. Stats Starting = 81.18% - Starting Platinums = 69 January = 82.41% (+1.23%) - January Platinums = 70 (+1) February = 84.43% (+2.02%) - February Platinums = 78 (+7)
  3. No reason you can't make it a personal goal once you hit your original 75% target.
  4. Congrats to the winners! I believe Kristycism quit gaming and deleted her profile here 6 or so months back..
  5. Will do! Should have some thoughts on it in next Mondays update. On a sidenote Ive been going back and forth with doing Hitman 2 (and likely 1) before getting 3. How many hours do you think you have into it so far?
  6. Monday update Update and recap of the past week.. Coffee Talk Started the week off with a little game called Coffee Talk. I saw it pop up on a few friends lists awhile back which intrigued me so when I saw it on sale I picked it up. This was my first experience with a Visual Novel and I wasn't sure how it would go as I'm not an avid reader. I mostly enjoy reading while on holidays so I go through maybe 2 books a year. The story itself was interesting and I quite happily spent a couple evenings working through this game. We Were Here I'm a sucker for a co-op game and had to give this one a go especially since it was free. I liked how there were no tutorials or explanations to anything it just dropped you and expected both players to figure it out. Before long we were making progress and sorting out what needs to be done. The only part that took a bit of time to unravel was the courtyard and we may have froze to death a couple times before we got it. I'm looking forward to the next two games from this dev now and will pick them up to play through as well. The Playroom VR Started this game a few weeks back when I picked up a PSVR for a really good price. I didn't really have any games for it yet so this was my way of testing it out. Ive been playing through this mostly with my kids so its been slow as time is hard to come by during the week. Did manage to get a few more trophies done and shouldn't take too long to wrap this up now. The Playroom Only started this game as I had put The Playroom VR on my profile to test the VR out. I felt I had to do this now as its got the same name. Everything has been really easy so far except for the last trophy in the Ninja Bots DLC. It will probably take me a few more tries to learn where I have to be when to take out all the enemies. Then its just a matter of having a good clean run and the final trophy will unlock. Maneater Felt like something new last night so I fired up my first "PS5" game. This dropped my monthly completion by a good amount as I was sitting well over 84% before this. Shouldn't take too long to get it back though as the game is fun and from what I hear its not a long game. Looking to complete this this week and will post my thoughts on it then. Stats Starting = 81.18% - Starting Platinums = 69 January = 82.41% (+1.23%) - January Platinums = 70 (+1) February = 83.45% (+1.04%) - Current Month Platinums = 75 (+5)
  7. Which trophy? Maybe someone else knows a work-around?
  8. V3 looks great @HusKy!
  9. Its not us trophy hunters buying these consoles from Scalpers. Its the Moms and Dads that have to get one for little Johnny and little Susie cause they are throwing a tantrum about it...
  10. https://frogwares.com/the-sinking-city-playstation-5-release-statement/
  11. Its included.
  12. Good to know. I have to get back to Monster Hunter at some point and start on the crowns hunt.
  13. Monday update (a day late ) Update and recap of the past week.. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Finished this game off this past week and its been ages since I can say Ive played a good Star Wars game. There was a lot to like about this game but what really shined for me was the light saber combat and the use of the force. It was so satisfying using force push to knock storm troopers off ledges. BD-1 was a fantastic little sidekick too. I also appreciated the varied level design with multiple planets (maps) to explore. The game isn't without its faults though. Like most reviews Ive read on this game I will echo the majority of the complaints. The story itself was a little weak but served its purpose to push you along to explore everything the game has to offer. With so many collectibles and a lot of them not accessible until you progress further in the story to unlock more force skills it becomes a collect-a-thon post game. If only they had put in some sort of fast travel system it would have saved many tedious, monotonous hours of trying to navigate the incredibly hard to decipher holomap. Overall I would recommend and look forward to hopefully more similar games in the future. Forgotton Anne I didn't really expect much from this game going in to be honest but I enjoyed it much more than I was expecting. I am a sucker for hand drawn art styling and a sale price which were both responsible for this game to be in my backlog in the first place. The story itself was mostly linear but did have some collectibles scattered around to grab as well. A few of them were a bit out of the way but nothing chapter select couldn't resolve if they were missed. The story development, the art style and the music incorporated from the Copenhagen Philharmonic Orchestra were the highlights for me. The only thing I would have liked to see done better was the somewhat janky platforming that felt old and outdated. Thankfully there isn't a lot of it so it didn't hurt the game too much. I believe its worth a play for anyone sitting on the fence about it. Stats Starting = 81.18% - Starting Platinums = 69 January = 82.41% (+1.23%) - January Platinums = 70 (+1) February = 83.32% (+0.91%) - Current Month Platinums = 73 (+3)

  15. Monday update Update and recap of the past week.. The Council Finished up The Council this week and for the most part I enjoyed this game for what it was. There were a few things that did feel a little lazy on the design side. It felt to me at times that they just added a bunch of fetch quests to add some length to the story. It was also pretty funny to me how there were so many discrepancies between verbal speech and the subtitles. Its almost like they came close to the end of production and just gave up and pushed it out. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Continued with Jedi: Fallen Order this week and made a bunch more progress in the story. Also started the grind for collectibles as I know if I leave everything for end game it will crush my soul. Navigating the maps are still a pain in the arse but the more you play the easier it is to do without relying on maps. At least I have all the seeds growing in the Terrarium already so by end game I shouldn't have to wait on those plants to bloom. Concrete Genie I scored a great deal on a VR unit recently so loaded this game back up onto the PS4. I had finished the platinum previously (exactly a year ago) but without a VR unit I couldn't do the dlc trophies. So these were the first VR trophies I went after. Its a pretty neat experience but IMO was kinda lame to include trophies tied to it. Lets be honest though its only us trophy hunters who gave two shits about it. Anyways this game is now finally at 100%. The Playroom VR Sunday afternoon was spent with my kids playing this game. It is more or less a demo of what the VR experience is all about from what I can tell. There are a series of mini games you can play and some of them require another person or two to complete. We had a lot of fun with this and my kids thought their first experience with VR was pretty cool. Stats - Starting = 81.18% - Starting Platinums = 69 - January = 82.41% - January Platinums = 70 - Current = 82.53% - Current Month Platinums = 71 Monthly Gain/Loss January - Completion = +1.23% Platinums = 70 (+1) Current - Completion = +0.12% Platinums = 71 (+1)
  16. Can anyone confirm the servers are still up for the Sniper Assassin mode in Hitman 2? I can't seem to find any good information on this...
  17. Trophy description is somewhat misleading. You need to put at least one point in every possible skill AND max out the specialization with 165 points.
  18. Monday update Quick update and recap of the past week.. Feudal Alloy For whatever reason I had an itch to play a metroidvania type game this week so naturally I went to load up Hollow Knight as its considered one of the best in recent years. Then I remembered I had started up this game a year and a half ago. Decided to give it another go and really got into it this time. I wouldn't consider it hard but I did enjoy this game a lot and I really hope to see more out of this 2 person studio from the Czech Republic. If you like metrodvania games give this one a try. The Council This game has been in and out of my cart on PSN more times than I can count as I had been eyeing this game for ages. It finally felt like the right time to pull the trigger on it so I picked it up in the recent sale. I played through the first 3 chapters this weekend and am liking it so far. The voice acting isnt always the best and its hilarious to me that some glaringly obvious audio mistakes made it into the launch version of the game. I'll reserve final thoughts on this game until I complete it as I have a feeling there will be a plot twist or two to come. Nioh Didn't get a lot done on this game this past week but did manage to knock out a couple more bosses and also score a couple trophies. Stats - Starting Month = 81.18% - Starting Month Platinums = 69 - Current Month = 82.41% - Current Month Platinums = 70 Monthly Gain/Loss Completion = +1.23% Platinums = 70 (+1)
  19. There was... its since been delisted and as far as I know it was digital only.
  20. 100% a marketing play. Micro$oft PR aren't stupid they knew if they put out a statement with an insane jump in GOLD price it would get everyone's attention and give them a platform to maximize their audience. By putting out a "We were wrong and we are listening to you" message to the community they are appealing to the emotional side of marketing and the biggest reason we as people buy what we buy. The more we as consumers believe a company has our backs, the more likely we are to support them and align ourselves to their cause. I see this as being phase 1 in a marketing campaign to try increase their user base at the start of this next gen console launch.
  21. Monday update Quick update and recap of the past week.. Nioh Played this one last Monday night and unlocked a quick trophy but really need to keep progressing the story. Didn't play it since then as was distracted with a few other games. Hoping to make more progress on it this week. The Grand Tour Game I'm still working my way through the episodes on Amazon Prime and prefer to watch them on TV before playing though them on the game. It is slow going as I don't watch much TV other than a ton of sports these days. I did manage to knock out a few Gold medals and even a trophy this week though. I'll likely spread it out and aim for wrapping this one up by the end of the year. It should be more than doable then. The Division 2 Spent the bulk of my time here this week as was working towards the manhunt and trying out some new builds. No progress towards backlog trophies but I cant help come back to this game as its just fun to play, especially with friends. Likely I'll sink a ton more hours into this one before the next one drops. Stats - Starting Month = 81.18% - Starting Month Platinums = 69 - Current Month = 81.83% - Current Month Platinums = 69 Monthly Gain/Loss Completion = +0.65% Platinums = 69
  22. This is just awesome @NathanielJohn. Only thing I would want yet is sale price history (which I know is coming when enough data is collected to make it worthwhile). Keep up the good work!
  23. Man... if only I had a dollar for every time someones brother or cousin...
  24. Monday update Quick update and recap of the past week.. Nioh Plugging away at this game when schedules line up as playing through it with a friend. Making progress slowly but surely. Sniper Elite 3 This was the oldest uncompleted game in my backlog and had been there for a long while. I had no plans to pull it out just yet as was working on other games but for whatever reason I saw a session created for it requesting a 3rd person to help knock out a couple ribbons in the MP. So I re-installed the game to help out as I would have needed those ribbons eventually too. Stats - Starting Month = 81.18% - Starting Month Platinums = 69 - Current Month = 81.72% - Current Month Platinums = 69 Monthly Gain/Loss Completion = +0.54% Platinums = 69
