  1. No objections from me. I really liked that PP so glad to see it's getting revised. Are you interested in just the Telltale games or would you keep all the other games? I think the only change would be that Guardians of the Galaxy is being used for the Marvel PP. All the other games should still be available.
  2. Thanks @Dragon-Archon! It looks great! Glad I went with Makoto 😁.
  3. For Despair, the requirements are: Platinum: 8 games Gold: 5 games Silver: 2 games Bronze: 1 game Hidden: 0 games The 8 games would be: 9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors AKA Zero Escape: The Nonary Games Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls Danganronpa 1&2 Reload Danganronpa 3 Zero Escape: Virtue's Last Reward Zero Escape: Zero Time Dilemma There are some stacks in here (Danganronpa 1&2 Reload = Dangaronpa Trigger Happy Havoc + Danganronpa 2 Goodbye Despair, and Virtue's Last Reward is actually contained within Zero Escape: The Nonary Games) so it can be confusing, but these are the 8 games. I think closed threads should be removed from the leaderboard? The closed threads fall into a few categories: 1) Explicitly closed by PP owner and not being reopened by anyone else. Examples include Point & Click, Challenge Accepted, and No Refunds. These should be removed from the leaderboard. 2) Closed but never explicitly stated so in limbo. God of War is the only one I can think of that goes here. Not sure what to do about this. 3) Old versions of currently existing threads as the PP owners changed. Final Fantasy PP has turned over multiple times. With this group, I think we just reference the newest thread that's still open. 4) Not closed...but haven't been updated in months/years. Prince of Persia, Devil May Cry, etc. Again, not sure what to do about these. I think maybe we ask all the existing PP owners who wants to be part of the refreshed PP? It sounds like there are already a decent number onboard. For those who aren't interested in running their thread anymore, perhaps we can find new owners. Anyway, hope all that helps!
  4. Thanks friend! You're almost done with your pyramid too! I'm excited to tackle my new pyramid - I'm legitimately stoked to tackle every game on that list, so hopefully I won't have to make any swaps. Could be famous last words though 😂.
  5. You've been added! Welcome!
  6. Not sure how I fell so behind on updates but you've all been added! Welcome everyone! I seem to be having some trouble with my images...I will fix this when I have a bit more spare time. Until then, I'm sorry if you're missing your bonus emblem - will get to it when I can! Edit: fixed it! Images should be working again.
  7. You've been added! Welcome!
  8. Thanks! Feels nice to get the first pyramid done. Debuting Pyramid #2: Finish All the Series! Ultra Rare: Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Very Rare: Final Fantasy X-2 Danganronpa 1+2 Reload Rare: God of War III Bentley's Hackpack Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolutions Uncommon/Common: God of War PS4 Spyro 1 Spyro 2 Spyro 3 I've been really getting into "finishing" series recently. Pretty much all the games in this pyramid are for series I've nearly completed so I'm hoping it will motivate me through to the end. By the time I complete this pyramid, I will have finished 5 series and made progress in another: - All God of War games - All Danganronpa games - All Sly Cooper games - All Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm games - All Spyro games - 1 more Final Fantasy game...still got a while to go on this series so they will continue to get added to my pyramids I feel a bit bad having Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 as my ultra rare, but it fits the theme of the pyramid so well. Plus FFX-2 and Danganronpa 1+2 Reload are massive games that should help offset. Spyro 3 doesn't have 20%+ rarity yet, but I'm pretty confident it will by the time I platinum it (Spyro 1 is at 45%+ rarity and Spyro 3 isn't much harder). Targeting mid-year 2019 for completion of Pyramid #2. Let's do this!
  9. I finished Plague Road today and my first pyramid is now complete! I thought I had hours of grinding left so I was putting it off, but I finished the game in a quick 30-minute play session. Big thanks to @kingofbattle8174 for hosting this event as it's helped me stay disciplined. Ultra Rare: Shantae 1/2 Genie Hero (Vita) Very Rare: Final Fantasy X, Plague Road Rare: God of War Ascension, Bloodstained: Curse of the Moon (Vita), Uncanny Valley (Vita) Common/Uncommon: God of War (PS3), Cosmic Star Heroine (Vita), Mecho Tales (Vita), Overcooked 2 I have some ideas for Pyramid #2 but I'm going to think about it some more before putting it up. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
  10. And with my completion of Plague Road, I am now done with all 10 of my games! My list has my 2 longest-ever games to complete (God of War PS3 at 8.5 years and Tales from Space at 4 years), one of my favorite games of all-time (Final Fantasy X), a game that was way longer than I intended (I mistakenly thought Word Search by Powgi, a 30-hour plat, was Word Sudoku by Powgi, which is a 5-hour plat), and a collection of awesome shorter games that I'm glad I got to try (Donut Country was outstanding - recommended for anyone looking for a #2). 0: (5590) The Little Acre 1: (241) God of War (PS3) 2: (8082) Donut County 3: (6363) Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst 4: (6224) Plague Road (Vita) 5: (6075) What Remains of Edith Finch 6: (1326) Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack (Vita) 7: (2677) Another World 8: (2358) Final Fantasy X 9: (7959) Word Search by Powgi (Vita) Big thanks to @eigen-space and @BigHonkingOne for hosting this event and I hope you'll do this again, maybe around Pi Day as someone else suggested or with other sets of numbers. I really enjoyed going through my backlog this way. Best of luck to everyone else and Happy Thanksgiving to those celebrating this weekend!
  11. Knocked out Tales from Space for my #6 today. Just have Plague Road left, which hopefully I'll get through this weekend. 0: (5590) The Little Acre 1: (241) God of War (PS3) 2: (8082) Donut County 3: (6363) Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst 4: (6224) Plague Road (Vita) 5: (6075) What Remains of Edith Finch 6: (1326) Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack (Vita) 7: (2677) Another World 8: (2358) Final Fantasy X 9: (7959) Word Search by Powgi (Vita)
  12. Alright, I'm up to 8 games now! Hoping to have everything done by the end of the month 😁. 0: (5590) The Little Acre 1: (241) God of War (PS3) 2: (8082) Donut County 3: (6363) Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst 4: (6224) Plague Road (Vita) 5: (6075) What Remains of Edith Finch 6: (1326) Tales from Space: Mutant Blobs Attack (Vita) 7: (2677) Another World 8: (2358) Final Fantasy X 9: (7959) Word Search by Powgi (Vita)
  13. Alright, time for an upgrade. Move me up to Tokubetsu Jonin! I've got three plats now: 2, 3, Generations. I actually own all the Ninja Storm games so I'll keep at it until my next upgrade!
  14. Yeah this is exactly what I had in mind :). I figure there will be a small core of people who want to keep their leaderboard scores really up to date, and I feel like having that tab there really helps see all the requirements at the same time. I'm definitely down for using this - hopefully the other PP admins are too! Thanks for all your hard work!
  15. I really like your solution in #1. Didn’t even know something like that was possible but hat would effectively solve the problem. Thanks for starting this whole thing Zone. I and many others I’m sure have had a lot of fun with it. Even if a lot of the individual forum threads have died down, I wonder if we can keep an updated leaderboard as long as everyone keeps track of their own points and submits them. I’m proposing centralizing the process. We can put an additional spreadsheet in the leaderboard that outlines all the rank requirements for each PP. We can update that central spreadsheet when 1) requirements are changed in an up to date PP thread and 2) when new games are released and we have to change the requirements for a not updated PP thread. Then individual users can tell us when they rank up for inactive threads (rank downs would be relatively rare for inactive PP threads I think). Not sure if this would be feasible and may put more work on a few admins but I feel like it would solve the issue of having too many PP thread owners across too many threads. Would love to hear if anyone else has other solutions to make PP more of a viable long term thing.
