  1. I did not think I would be here already, but I got to thank the PS5 for it. My journey to become Top 100 in my country (Sweden) continues! So today/upcoming days I will (hopefully) break through 1200! To celebrate this I aim giving away a $10 PSN Code! For you to win you need to guess what the total point is for the Platinum game with the lowest total points we have in the Platimon Database. Platimon.com How the calculation for a Game is done The person closes to the correct number will win! Post your answer here. Deadline 21 April 23:59 UTC!
  2. I just found all the collectables but the "Completionist" trophy did not pop. This was on the last level and I had saved the game an then jumped in later to finish the level. But it seems something happen with my collectable then. So I needed to replay the whole level and collect all of them again on the last level, then the trophy popped. So might be cold to now, that if you resume a level the count of your collectables might be off.
  3. Yes, you are correct. I did not think that through enough. 🙂 I have updated the first post. How the calculation for a Game is done So if anybody would like to update their guess, just update away! Thanks for your support and encouraging words! 😀
  4. It will be a life long journey (until PS6 is released) 😉😉 I have currently a 0,7% completation rate. 😀
  5. I was wondering is there anybody (I guess not 😀) that have completed all available PS5 Games currently out? Looking at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_PlayStation_5_games there are 266 Games. Is there any way of getting a sense/list which player in the world who have the highest completion % on PS5? I know a lot of players play/earn trophies from the same game but for different versions/regions. But in my world that still just count as 1 game.
  6. This month there is a lot of players in the top. I think this will be a close race!
  7. The journey continues. Second month of MVPP is now open! MVPP, MostValuablePlatinumPlayer This will rank the players with the rarest completed games (based on all players around the world) they have completed that has a Platinum trophy during the contest. The contest will be tracked here: https://platimon.com So how does it work?Only games that fullfil the requirements below are included in the MVPP Leaderboard: 1) The game need to have a Platinum trophy Why? These games are often harder and bigger than games without Platinum trophies. Platinum is also the best trophy of course! 2) The points will only be counted when the game is 100% /platinum is earned (without DLC) Why? Games that are not completed will not count since they are not finished. The game is not worthy a place on a leaderboard. A game deserves to be finished/finalised from a trophy perspective! 3) The game must have a total value of over 2 000 p (based on the Platimon formula described below) Why? Games under 2000 p are easy games and “anybody” can complete them and fast. We want to remove games that you can get platinum in 30 min. This is also set by you, the players around the world on how hard a game is. A game is never “safe”, it will move everyday. If all players are getting trophies that not hard, it will increase how common the trophy, which mean the total points for the game will decrease. A game might even be exclude, since the total points for the game may go below 2000 p. The same is true for the other way around. A game might be added because it was a lot harder the first shown as more people play it and does not manage to unlock trophies. Formula for counting points This will be the same as in my previous contests. A trophy is not the same as a “trophy”. Platinum in Red Dead Redemption 2 should (and is) more worth than platinum in My Name Is Mayo. A platinum is also a lot more worth than a bronze. Your commitment and hard work should pay off. The points are therefore calculated based on how common they are on PSN (Sony) times the value of the trophy (Bronze 15p, Silver 30p, Gold 90p, Platinum 300p) For example: The silver trophy “Quick Tempered” in the game God of War is 23%. This would give you 53,1p (100-23 = 1,77* 30p). The bronze trophy “Secret Meeting” in the game Thimbleweed Park is 60,2%. This would give you 20,85p (100-60,2 = 1,39*15p) All the trophies you gather during the month will be your total point. Also, if game has a Platinum which is Ultra Rare, the game will get 200 extra points. Prize A set prize for the winner is a PSN Code of $10. But the prizepot will be boosted and distributed among other players, if more people join according to this scale: Timezone UTC will be used for picking up trophies logged Setup The contest will start 1/4 2021 and end 30/4 2021. Maybe one of the more interesting things as-well, by entering you will also be part of a bigger MVPP Journey and Leaderboards! MVPP of the Year By entering this contest you will also be included in the MVPP Leaderboard of the Year! This has the same requirements as above but included all points you have earn in the monthly MVPP you have signed up for during the year, which will be combined here giving you a yearly score. The player that has the number 1 spot on 1/1 2022, will win a nice prize which will be presented later. MVPP - Hall Of Platimon By entering this contest you will also be included in the MVPP - Hall Of Platimon! All your hard effort through out the years since you entered the world of Playstation should pay off. So all games you have in your profile that meet the requirements described above will be included here. So if you are interested in joining, post in this thread and you be will added!
  8. I love all the progress you are doing! 🙌 Too bad the leaderboard is still not in place and the month is soon over. So I guess it will be a "surprise" regarding the final results. I am sorry and hopefully next time will be a better experiences. I need to sort out the setup before running a new contest, now it became a little "Rtying to drive the car the same time as you are building it". 😋
  9. A new month is soon starting and the 100% Bracket Challenge is back and improved! Last time was in January 100% Bracket Challenge Jan 2021 The idea behind this challenge is to motivate/help you clear some of your backlog, ranging from games you just started (or forgot about), the ones you stopped playing for some reason but is staring at you every day to the ones where you are just missing that one hard ultra rare trophy. What? Clear/Get 100% on 5 games from your backlog and get chance a prize! How? Complete (get 100%) on 5 games (PS3, PS4, PS5 or Vita) of your choose. You need to select 1 game (A DLC is a "Game". So the completion percentage range is per game.) So within each completion percentage range from your backlog to be able to enter: Game 1 0% - 20% Game 2 21% - 40% Game 3 41% - 60% Game 4 61% - 80% Game 5 81%- 99% Rules Point system A trophy is not the same as a “trophy”. This would give you 20,85p (100-60,2 = 1,39*15p) All the trophies you gather during the month will be your total point. Also, if game has a Platinum which is Ultra Rare, the game will get 200 extra points. Setup The contest will start 1/4 2021 and sign up will close. On that date the 5 games you selected need to be with the 5 different competition percentage ranges. You have the whole month to clear the 5 games, until 30/4 2021. Timezone UTC will be used for picking up trophies logged Prize The winner with the most points when the month ends will win a PSN Code of $10. But the prizepot will be boosted and distributed among other players, if more people join according to this scale: So if you find this interesting and would like to join: Add a post here and which 5 Games you would like to sign up with (on 1/4 the games need to be within the completion percentage range) and I will add you! You will be able to track your progress and your points for your 5 Games on a new leaderboard at https://platimon.com
  10. https://realsport101.com/playstation/ps5-news-metal-gear-solid-collection-coming-to-playstation-5-ps5-stock-wont-be-coming-for-a-while/ Are there any truth to this do you think? It sounds to good to be true. 🙂
  11. I would love to return to Snake Eater!
  12. Could you post that thread, please?
  13. Just downloaded the beta yesterday and now there is trophies for all expansions and a lot of new ones for the Base Game. I wonder why did not add these now to the PS4 version as-well?
  14. Thanks! But I am more investing on the count of 100% completed PS5 games. From that view you do not now if somebody just played a lot of games and earned a lot of trophies but never got 100%. That sounds crazy. But all of them should be fixed with a patch?
  15. True. 😊 So maybe somebody is already on top and have a clear 100% PS5 Backlog? 🙂
  16. Yes, sorry. Work is taking up all time unfortunately. So I have not managed to get the 100% Bracket Challenge Leaderboard up and running yet. Currently it's just a list of all the players. But it's nice to see a lot of good progress! Work is also affecting my PS time. But hopefully I will be able to free up some time shortly!
  17. Thanks for the feedback. I will look into it. Congrats on your record! Just keep the pace now! Thanks! Got it! Thanks. Will look into it. Nice! Looking forward seeing you in May.
  18. Challenge accepted @DoctorDrPepper. I will try to find a challenge worthy your taste! 😉
  19. The Leaderboard for April is now live:
  20. Yes, the backend does not currently support that setup. Everybody has the same start date. Maybe something that will/can be fixed in the future. 🙂
  21. Yes, the challenge has started and everything is logged, so you do not have to worry! So just keep on playing! 🙂
  22. You are not blind! 😉 I am little behind schedule, but I hope to get the new challenge Leaderboard up today.
  23. Sorry. But there will be a new one for May. 😊 Right now the setup is each month is a mini challenge, so it's an open/closed event with a new start each month. So people can track their progress among the other players who signed up for this month. Otherwise the "risk" is that 1 day before the challenge closes a new player signs up and changes the leaderboard, which will be a surprise to everybody. Also, a little behind schedule so the Leaderboard has not been switch over the new month. Hope to get it done today. Sorry for the delay.
  24. There a numerous of different Leaderboards out there and ways to rank /look at games, so I want to give my take/view on it and make a little contest out of it at the same time.
