  2. **Possible Spoilers Below** (After Platinum Thoughts) Even with it's bugs, I had a blast with Hellpoint on PS4. I initially tried the demo on Steam a few months before it's official release, and it didn't quite hit the mark for me at the time; however, once released I decided to give it a second chance. I enjoyed the weapon familiarity system quiet a lot and its upgrade system. It gave me a Dark Souls 2 vibe, being able to wield different weapons in each hand. I also enjoyed how the magic/mana system could regenerate by attacking as well without having to consume an item or flask as you might i other games. I loved all the secret areas and the shortcuts you could open. It always kept me on my toes on trying to find the next hidden door. I did experience my fair share of bugs though. I had an experience where the Architect NPC completely reset his quest line after he had already made it to the Observatory and given me the AI Patch blueprint and the First Archon Knight's black hole hour doorway not unlocking in the Sohn District as it should have (after teleporting back to a breach and running back to the area again, it was open). My biggest complaint on the game was the true final boss - I felt it was a complete pain. The reason for this is I couldn't see what was going on for the majority of the battle. It was just miserable. Even with it's bugs, I loved this game so much and for me, it was definitely worth every cent.
  3. I had the most trouble with Cala Maria on expert difficulty. I kept messing up and taking a hit or two when she would do the pufferfish and ghost combo which almost always left me with 1 life during her last phase that I was, and still am, horrible at.
