  1. Stuck in Onomichi for a lot of hours with this killer tune, I didn't care about the story and simply took photos in B&W of people and cars passing by listening to this.
  2. Samurai Shodown VI Enduring Samurai (Clear Survival Mode) Thanks to @Copanele advices, it wasn't really that hard achieving this trophy. I suggest following his trophy guide if you are planning to 100% SSVI, this is the hardest trophy this game can offer and last two bosses are the main reason (remember SNK boss syndrome?) Actually, the most difficult thing I faced was aiming at monkeys, eagles, dogs and that kind of Pokemon in Survival Mode. They are shorter and faster than humans, so even with Mina's bow I had a little trouble hitting them. I needed a third attempt to kill Demon Gaoh, but I finally did it, and it was really satisfying finishing Survival Mode and get this Ultra Rare trophy.
  3. "A Secret Prize" - Untitled Goose Game HONK HONK HONK HONK ...HONK
  4. "Has everyone here tried not being angry all the time about everything" (@ChunkyKong64)
  5. Hypnospace Outlaw I needed a change of pace after grinding in NieR and Berserk: Band of the Hawk and well, my wish was granted with Hypnospace Outlaw. Nothing better than go back in an alternate 1999, browsing pages and reporting illegal activities, copyright infringements and other shady things happening online. Puzzles are too easy in the beginning and really hard in second half of the game. Sometimes you have to be lucky investigating the right page, or you have to think outside of the box to close the case. But believe me, it is really satisfying once you do it. If you used GeoCities, Napster, and remember how slow was Internet in those years, or feared/laughed at Y2K bug, this concentrate of 90's nostalgia is definitely for you. If you don't, it is surely a different experience. You'll love or hate this game. Also, you can buy a virtual cute hamster with wings you have to feed and take care, while it will poop everywhere on your desktop. What else?
  6. It's coming ROME! 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
  7. Ps3 superslim here (EU), bought used, changed HDD last summer, log in successful. After a hour I tried again, still everything ok. Last time I played MP was almost 5 months ago. I'm worried about this, but I take this news as a way to tell me to complete my ps3 backlog as soon as I can. And if I can't, at least I tried. I sincerely hope there is a way to let blocked ps3 to play again.
  8. Just finished "I am the law" trophy and didn't expect after this to find another one so hard to execute. I searched online and I found 236C > 214C > 236C > 214A > 2363214C > 236C > 214B and also 236C~214A, 5C, 2C, jump cancel, jB, j.C, j.236C~214C, (jump again), jB, j.236C~214B My trouble is I can't connect 236C (Id Lauger) to 214C (Id Zain). I know, I keep trying but when watching YT videos I can't find the perfect timing to execute this. EDIT: Just got it with this combo found on YT: (near corner) OD-236C-214A-236C-214B-236C-214C And I'm an idiot, I tried doing this using Unlimited Relius 😅 maybe the different balance couldn't let me do Id Zain, so I think I'll leave this here for future reference if anyone has trouble with this trophy.
  9. This update is clearly for eSports, devs just made up a lazy trophy list favouring grinding instead of skill, or other single player modes. I played and 100%ed Divekick too like @Vergil said before, so 1200 matches don't bother me. A trophy list based on achievements like clearing chapters of the good old Quest mode of VF4EVO would have been great. In my opinion, real problem is not the lack of platinum, the bad thing is that almost every beat'em up is looking for eSports, and without "online vs" mode I feel like I get always 1/4 of the game that could have been (well, excluding DLCs). Ranking mode is nice to play, little by little I'll reach 1200 matches. Also, VF is maybe the only beat'em up where you don't receive hate messages if you win/lose a match. Spammers are here too of course (I'm looking at you, Shun Di users) but I'm amazed everytime I see great combos from skilled players. VF is really for beat'em up lovers.
  10. I have EU version too, and even if I finished the game on right time it didn't unlock. Looking at your timestamps, it took almost 4 years since your first playing to unlock it. Do you remember what you were doing when you see this trophy pop? You were playing a game or something else?
  11. Same here, same error. Tried for half an hour and right now I can say it's finally syncing trophies on my ps3. I have my avatar again too.
  12. Assassin's Creed III An Extraordinary Man Complete the Encyclopedia of the Common Man. 9.32% Very Rare Last year I had so much pain trying to get "Download Complete" in AC: Brotherhood, and now I got this trophy and also "Head in the cloud" with no bugs or glitches before the achievement. I guess karma really works this way. I like the idea behind this trophy, but it's boring while doing it and I admit I had more fun killing 10+ Jaegers or something else more action related.
  13. GTA: San Andreas (PS3) The Key To San Andreas (I did it, @Rick_Sanchez 😁 thanks again) I finished this game on ps2 on Christmas 2004, so many years passed since then that I forgot most of the story and missions, while I still remember most of it from Vice City (still my favourite of this series). But thinking back to this game, it was too much in many ways: the dating simulator, the jetpack, and the RPG elements like hunger, weight and muscles. It was fun like first time, and these trophies gave me new challenges. I finally completed the 12 levels of Vigilante mission and actually I never exported cars because I didn't notice this minigame during my first play. Also, I love the music selection. I learned so much about songs and bands thanks to these radio stations, since GTAIII. So sad RATM aren't on Radio X this time 😒
  14. Played ps3 version until half of mirrored chapter 2. Then I changed my HD, but I still had a backup of my savegame. Last week I decided to finish this game, although I got some trophies I panicked because looking at completing list I had 0 instead of 8 trophies, but if I exit the game and play again, I can finally see my trophies. About this trophy, I took every wisp while playing chapters, then the two outside the house and my last wisp was in the mirrored corridor 3. Got the trophy after two seconds. I was online when attempting to take them. Maybe there's a certain order to get every wisp and have the trophy?
  15. I don't know how to post pictures of a trophy like all of you do. Anyway, mine is "King of Spelunkers" on Spelunker HD. I have to admit, once I understand how this game works and how unforgiving it could be, it is satisfying completing every level and getting every piece of the mural. I think it's the same feeling when playing Dark Souls. I don't think I'll get 100%, this platinum is enough for me. I prefer to spend money on something else, instead of DLC trophies. Special thanks to @Deceptrox for creating a session last week, this gave me the motivation to replay it after two years I bought the game. And also thanks to @Dakthore for helping me with mp trophies (damn regional blocks).
  16. 99 Vidas - You, the master of unlocking... ...take it with you. I've been playing side scrollers beat'em ups since I was 10 in arcades, but Elite difficulty is really hard, having just 5 lives. Enemies are faster and smarter, bosses are stronger and you can't fight them alone, like in previous modes. One or two normal enemies are blocking you from beating him, and if you kill them they respawn. Even the weak man with shorts who looks like Krillin can be dangerous on Elite. I couldn't believe myself I managed to get to that funny fake dragon using Sadiv66 fully upgraded, but with 1 life and 10% energy. Guess what happened next. So...I had to do the safest and longest way: farming lives, starting from Easy difficulty and finishing a New Game+ three times (every NG+ increases difficulty). I had 99 lives before completing Hard difficulty, but I played every level of Elite mode like I had only 1. I really hate those soccer players, so fast and always tackling at you. The real pain was not this almost endless playing it again and again, but it was praying my ps3 won't freeze while playing...and this actually happened 2 times, of course during Stage 6, just before beating Boss. Damn! But my motivation was high, I reloaded again this savegame and finished it one last time. 72 lives left, and finally the joy of having that last Gold Trophy, before this plat. No more beat'em ups until 2021.
  17. Vinyl records mainly. I'm not a fan of coloured limited versions, I have maybe one or two of these. I buy records I like, or after listening to it online. Sometimes even cd, if I really like that album I must have it on cassette too. I steal setlists after a concert. I plan to reach at least 100. I used to collect dvd too, now I'm tired and I think I'll sell most of these. Of course, games I like and I want to have on physical version. Oh, and pins too. I think I have almost 300 of these. Especially of bands or vg characters. I have a Baron Von Blubba pin, sometimes if I'm on a rock/metal concert people see it and think it's a mascotte, like Eddie for Iron Maiden
  18. Yakuza 3. I bought it some days after the european release, without having actually a ps3. I managed to buy the console 6 years later, because real life. Of course, after so much time, the dlc code was expired, at that time I didn't open the case when I bought the game. Damn. Great game anyway.
  19. DOA5 Last Round (PS3): I wish I knew before that the description of "Unchallenged champion" trophy was wrong in my language, I actually had to complete with just 1 character the combo lessons and not every character like it said. Missed only that trophy to get the platinum, I did it using Hitomi.
  20. Hi everyone, I'm from Italy and I play videogames since I went for the first time in an Arcade with my friends and saw someone playing SF2. I think about that as an imprinting to videogames, I swear I'm not a bird. I couldn't play at home, my dad had an old C=64 and no games, so I played often with my friends' consoles, especially Sega Megadrive/Genesis. 90's were full of beat'em ups and that's still my favourite genre when playing. I also like point-and-click, like Monkey Island series or Zak McKracken. Then after graduating from school, with my first job I managed to buy a PS1 and Soul Blade. What a game. I never played videogames more than three hours, so I had to take a breath. also discovered survival horrors. I don't want to list every game I've played, but I realized after many years I was more into indie gaming, because I was tired of sequels or having again the same experience with better graphics. Then real life wins and I stopped playing for years, until I found an used copy of Yakuza 2. I liked the first game on PS2, I couldn't resist and I had to go back to Kamurocho, even though I promised to play something different and not another saga. And after Yakuza 2...that's why later I bought a PS3, just to play Yakuza 3. Actually I couldn't play it, until 2016. Too busy at work and I knew it wasn't a game to play for 10/15 minutes, so when I dusted off the console I realized my dlc code was unavailable. I felt like I was old, didn't understand this world of dlc and paying for something it was already there in old games, but enough of boomer ranting. Looks like I have to buy a PS4, too. I really like hunting for trophies, I love when there are hidden trophies and thinking what kind of thing I have to do to discover it. Most of my friends play just on pc and mostly shooters like CoD, which I hate. Since I can't go out, I want to hunt trophies and settle the score with games I haven't completed yet, or some missing achievements in what I have already finished. I'd like to lend a hand to players that miss something requiring playing co-op or something like that, even though I already have that trophy. Help me and I'll help you, if we have the same games of course. My PSN account has the same name, feel free to add me if you need help, I can't guarantee to be there playing in a minute but I'll do my best. I see there is a gaming sessions topic, so later I can post something on there too. Sorry for my poor English, in many years I had a little chance to speak/write in English with someone, I want to think about this forum as a good place to train my language skills, too. Let's have fun playing.
