  1. I am in the same boat. Well said. Grabbing some tweezers now...
  2. Tip if you are struggling with this trophy. I did it on the Stormcage escape level with puzzles set to easy. I started the puzzle and took a screenshot using my phone. Exit puzzle. Map out which pieces go where and what order. Start a stop watch and start the puzzle. Practice a few times setting pieces and back out by pressing exit puzzle until you get better, then go for it. Made it easier than replaying the level over and over just to try. Dated tip for an older game, but you know how trophy hunters love the backlog.
  3. Looks like you can order it from Play Asia.
  4. March End of the Month Update: It seemed like I got a lot of games done this month. I blew past my 1% increase this month and ended up with 1.46%. I played some of my PS3 backlog while using the UDraw Tablet Peripheral to complete Marvel Super Hero Squad: Comic Combat. Also had a hard time with some of the games on Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection (I'm thinking of you, the Yatta Trophy). I almost could have beat all the monthly challenges but fell 4 short. Here's the rundown of challenges finished. 1) Complete a non-platinum game: Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. Repurchased my PS3 copy to get back into these games. 2) Move 5 games up in rank (One of each): E-D Marvel Super Hero Squad, D-C Bleep Bloop, C-B Sound Shapes, B-A Farming Simulator 14, A-S Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection. 3) Complete a game for another event: Marvel Super Hero Squad: Comic Combat. Used this to fill the peripheral square on Bingo Bonanza 2022. 4) Snag 100 trophies: Went from 8,986 trophies at the start of February to 9631 trophies. 645 total for the month. 5) Earn a trophy from each system: Run Sackboy! Run (PSV), It Takes Two (PS5), Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories (PS3), and Fifty Words by POWGI (PS4). 6) Complete a free game: Run Sackboy! Run. Free game on the Vita, definitely grindy toward the end, but a good game for listening to something else at the same time. 7) Hit a PSNP Milestone: 9,000th Trophy earned this month while playing the Vita. 8) Finish a DLC for a game you already completed: Sound Shapes finished the beat school DLC after beating a tough Plat. 9) Complete a new game added to your profile that month: Word Maze by POWGI 10) Raise your score by a whole PCG point: Got 1.46% for the month. Platinum's Earned: 21 in March, 59 overall. Monthly Challenge Points total: 31 points. Starting PCG: 72.56% March starting PCG: 75.32% Current PCG: 76.78% (+4.22%) Pretty close to my goal of 78%.
  5. Sign me up again. Finished 15 games on the previous challenge so it was a good dent in the backlog, this time I will start with a smaller list and see if I can add some as time goes on. To start with I will revisit trying to finish Katamari Forever on PS3 since I had lost the save file from back in the day, I've been playing through it fresh. Also I want to beat three of the Sly Cooper games since I had 100% the minigames on the PS3, it requires you play all 3. So here's the list: Event Games 1. Katamari Forever PS3 50% 2. Daedalus PS4 28% 3. Metropolis Defenders PS4 (Korean) 20% 4. Sly Cooper and the Thievius Raccoonus PS3 19% 5. Sly 2: Band of Thieves PS3 2% 6. Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves PS3 2% 7. Beyond A Steel Sky PS5 0% 8. The Wild At Heart PS4 0% 9. Untitled Goose Game PS4 0% 10. Spider Man Miles Morales PS5 0%
  6. End of the Month Update: Been a busy month as well but was able to finish a number of challenges overall. Enjoyed some good PS5 games like Astro's Playroom and Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart. Here's the rundown of challenges finished. 1) Complete a non-platinum game: Sly Minigames. After starting Sly 3, I had to start the other two to be able to play all the minigames on the disc. This is available on PSNOW as well. 2) Move 5 games up in rank (One of each): E-D Astro's Playroom, B-C Tearaway, C-B Journey, B-A Neko Atsume VR, A-S KAZE And The Wild Masks. 3) Complete a game for another event: KAZE And The Wild Masks. 4) Snag 100 trophies: Went from 8,597 trophies at the start of February to 8,776 trophies at the moment. 5) Earn a trophy from each system: Tearaway (PSV), Astro's Playroom (PS5), Monsters vs. Aliens (PS3), and Neko Atsume VR (PS4). 6) Complete a free game: Astro's Playroom. Felt this counted as it came with the PS5. 7) Hit a PSNP Milestone: 300th Platinum earned this month, currently at 307. 8) Finish a DLC for a game you already completed: Astro's Playroom finished the time trial related DLC after I had Platted the game. Not too hard, had to replay a few to trim down the time. 9) Complete a new game added to your profile that month: Bastion, wasn't sure I would be able to beat some of the dreams on hard, but watching some videos on strategy helped to get it done. 10) Raise your score by a whole PCG point: Barely made it with an increase of 1% exactly for the month. Currently at 75.32% Platinum's Earned: 17 in February, 38 overall. Monthly Challenge Points total: 21 points. Starting PCG: 72.56% February starting PCG: 74.32% Current PCG: 75.32% (+2.76%)
  7. First Bingo...For Realz. Update #4: I thought I had finished my first bingo using ABZU but was reminded of the rule not doing trophy cleanup. #BingoBlock. So thanks to @Hurricane_Tanya for the Tearaway recommendation. You were right, it wasn't crazy long and pretty fun. I ended up needing to find some collectibles but was able to finish that today. My goal for this challenge was to mix in some, well, challenging games. So Bastion was a game I had wanted to finish for the isometric category. I did have another game as a backup but no need. If you've played the game some of the trophies put up a challenge especially the About the Author Trophy. Believe it or not, I've never played Ratchet & Clank (or Jak and Daxter), I was always more a Sly Cooper fan. It was a fantastic game, great PS5 experience, and makes me want to see what other games I should try in the series. Astro's Playroom: As a longtime Sony gamer, I enjoyed seeing all the hardware and peripherals from over the years that I had at one time, like the PSONE LCD screen, good memories playing on that back then. Also very fun game and hence I wanted it for the Player's Choice category. Clockwork Tales was another game I platted. I wanted to try out the PS Now service so it worked as a game I could download and play offline. Straightforward hidden object/ point and click adventure with a steampunk theme.
  8. Update #6 Been extra busy right now so I'm starting to use some more swaps. Did finish some really fun PS5 games as well as Kaze and the Wild Masks on PS4. Kaze was a bit challenging for me, especially the no hit runs, but it made earning the platinum that much better. I also really enjoyed Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart on PS5. It's been a great example of the better graphics and really fun storytelling albeit someone shorter. But it's a solid gem to me. Another great game was Astro's Playroom on PS5. It's a good demonstration of the dualsense as well as having some neat easter eggs strewn throughout the levels. I wish they could make a sequel soon. I am swapping these last two in since time is running out. But glad I had some good experiences as result of the challenge. 1: Katamari Forever PS3 44%>48% 2: Chess Knights: Viking Lands PS4 50%>100% 3: CrossCode PS4 30% 4: LEGO Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin VITA 100% 5: Destiny Connect (Korean) PS4 26% 6: Monsters Vs. Aliens PS3 34%>37% 7: Yonder: The Cloud Catcher Chronicles PS4 19% 8: Daedalus PS4 28% 9: Ben10 PS4 14% 10: Subnautica PS4 13% 11: Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom PS3 11% 12: Astro's Playroom PS5 0%>100% 13: Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart PS5 0%>100% 14: LEGO Jurassic World PSTV 100% 15: X-Men: Destiny PS3 25% 16: Katamari Reroll PS4 0% 17: Catlateral Damage: Remeowstered PS4 100% 18: Metropolis Defenders (Korean) PS4 17%>20% 19: Kaze and the Wild Masks PS4 60%>100% 20: Ratchet & Clank PS4 0% 21: LEGO Movie The Videogame PS3 0% 22: Disney Epic Mickey 2 VITA 100% 23: Avengers PS5 92% 24: Treasure Hunter Simulator PS4 100% 25: Nostalgia Train PS5 100% 26: Inked PS4 100% 27: Doctor Who: The Lonely Assassins 100% 28: The Solitaire Conspiracy PS5 100% 29: VOLUME VITA 100% 30: LEGO Marvel's Avengers VITA 100% (15) games completed. (3) Swap used.
  9. Midweek Update: Completed some new challenges for the month (5 so far), but I did take a dip on my PCG after booting up my Sly Cooper Collection on PS3. So I guess I'll be playing all three to bring it back up. 1) Complete a non-platinum game: Sly Minigames. After starting Sly 3, I had to start the other two to be able to play all the minigames on the disc. This is available on PSNOW as well. 2) Move 5 games up in rank: E-D Astro's Playroom, B-C Tearaway, C-B Journey, B-A Neko Atsume VR, A-S KAZE And The Wild Masks. KAZE was an awesome game, really enjoyed it, had some tough levels that required not getting hit, including all the boss levels, so it was a very rewarding platinum. I recommend you look into it if you haven't already. Starting PCG: 72.56% February starting PCG: 74.32% Current PCG: 74.22% (-0.10%)
  10. Monday Update: Last day of the month, a few more challenges completed. But not quite enough to finish all the challenges. 1) Complete the game with most common rarity on your profile: Spiral Splatter. I was surprised I was able to finish this on Vita. The controls are much more difficult especially when trying to get through a curve. Just found myself coming back to the game and after making some headway I finally finished the Platinum. 2) Complete a non-platinum game: Arcade Archives: Terra Cresta. Hadn't really played any of these much, pretty fast 100%. 3) Complete a PS Plus game: ABZU. Had finished the story long ago , but played through it again for the missing collectibles. Good Journey like story, nuff said. 4) Move 5 games up in rank: E-D Daedalus, B-C Monsters Vs. Aliens, C-B Chess Knights, B-A KAZE And The Wild Masks, A-S ABZU. Other challenges completed recap: 5) Raise PCG by one whole point: 72.56%-73.56% at the time. Currently 74.32% 6) Play a Free game: HiQ Ace (EU) 7) Complete a game for another event: The Solitaire Conspiracy. 8) Complete a story mode from a game that you have not played in a year or more: Beyond Eyes. 9) Snag 100 trophies: Went from 8,152 trophies at the start of this year to 8,276 trophies at the time. 10) Complete a new game added to your profile that month: Doctor Who: The Lonely Assassins. 11) Earn a trophy from each system: Volume (PSV), The Solitaire Conspiracy (PS5), Monsters vs. Aliens (PS3), and Neko Atsume (PS4). Total competition points: 11 Starting PCG: 72.56% Current PCG: 74.32% January PCG Increase: 1.76% Starting Trophies: 8152 Current Trophies: 8597 Trophies Earned: 445 Platinums Earned: 21
  11. Can we clarify on the challenge raise your PCG by one whole point. Is that based on our starting percentage of the challenge, or is it reset at the start of each month? For example I'm pretty close to hitting my second percentage increase but I'd rather hit that after Feb starts.
  12. My bad, I thought it was for completing the trophies to 100%. Which I finished recently. So I'll edit it out when I have time. Thanks. Could some of you give me some recommendations from games I've played to finish? Any takers?
  13. (FIRST BINGO!) Not quite... Update #3: Played a few more games on the backlog. Felt really good about beating Spiral Splatter on Vita. On PS4 I hear it is easier, but if you have ever played it on Vita it is no joke. Just finally made some headway and was able to get it finished. Also finsihed Lego Marvel's Avengers on Vita as well. I still have a few more options of Lego games on Vita to still play, but slowly playing through them. Still trying to figure out what my player's choice square should be and wanting to add some bigger games to the board, so we will see where that goes.
  14. If it makes you feel better, I grabbed 3 out of 4 of those. So may you be forgiven.
  15. Question on the monthly challenge: Complete the oldest have on your profile. Is that going by the game on the bottom if we go by last played? If so for me it would be unfinished swan.
