  1. Most players who have played the game for a small amount of time seem to share this sentiment. The game is great but one of its flaws is being particularly hard on brand new players. Apart from the field manuals at the home screen and some small text blurbs in-game, there's no explanation to the player of what is going on. This leads to new players being very turned off from the game since they have no clue what is happening. I was there too. In my first game, I spent 30 minutes running around aimlessly and dying. After learning the way the game mechanics work, I have found this to be one of my favorite shooters out right now. Most of the people I meet in-game share my sentiments about how hard the first few games are, but they also agree that after playing a few matches the game is incredibly fun. Sure it can be slow at times, but the action sequences are insane.
  2. I thoroughly enjoyed moving out. Platted it and had tons of fun along the way. I thought this game would be similar to moving out and it is conceptually. Move a box here, move something elsewhere. For the first 2 hours, I had fun goofing around in co-op. However, this game has ragdoll-like physics that make moving your character around a task all on its own. Plus there are various bugs like your feet getting stuck in the floor, getting stuck in the delivery box, and random disappearing of your delivery. There are obnoxious parts of the game like ghosts that consistently follow you around knocking you out that can't be killed. The transport vehicles might be the worst part due to the absolutely horrid controls. I would literally describe it as an open-world moving out, stripped of all fun.
  3. The entire game feels like someone is fighting you while you're trying to move. Ragdoll physics arent supposed to make a game painful to play.

  6. Very simple and easy. Just click on Montreal, Canada on the mission select screen (world map). I think both players have to click on it. I believe the studio that makes the game is based in Montreal so it's a neat trophy in that sense.

  8. I thought the grinder challenges were gonna take forever until I found a strategy from another forum online. Just take a second controller, log in to another account. When that account joins your game via split-screen, have them load a brand new level 1 character. This character comes with 2 white weapons, drop them. Log out of that account and repeat. Moonstone grind the white weapons over and over until you get 20 luneshine weapons. Not hard and only takes an hour max.
  9. You can criticize a game for its content but saying something is a bad choice for a free game is an oxymoron. Maybe they shouldn't have given out subnautica because it's a horror game and we can't have those in stressful times.

  12. It is definitely doable but it is a grind that at most times isn't fun. I'd say play the game in whatever game mode to learn the mechanics and such. Once you want to start targeting certain trophies I would recommended playing first-person perspective solo squads with crossplay disabled. This is the optimal mode imo because the lobbies will be mostly bots who will be downed when killed. This allows you to finish them off with grenades, cars, crossbows etc. to acquire whatever trophy you are focusing on. I've heard others have had trouble with kill tracking and that their trophies popped later than usual but I had no such issue and acquired the plat in around 120 hours.
  13. I got it by playing first-person perspective squads and killing downed enemies with the grenade (Underhand toss in the direction they are crawling). I'm sure other modes work as well but I'm pretty sure Pubg only counts what finishes off the player as the actual kill. My kills seemed to track fine but I have heard of tracking issues from other people.
