  1. Need for Speed: Most Wanted - every online trophy bar social climber could be done with a second Vita. Monster Monpiece is another one, all of the online could be done with a second Vita.
  2. Loved your review of SOMA! I played it in ‘safe’ mode which diluted the experience for me gameplay-wise. The story was fantastic though! It’s nice to see it so high up on your rankings. I’ve played 6 out of the 10 games you’ve just reviewed so it was an interesting read all round 😎
  3. Is this not compatible with the PS Now version of Shadow of the Tomb Raider? I’ve bought and installed it but all of the DLC’s still only give me the option to purchase them in both the PS Store and the Store in the actual game itself. I’m not able to start downloading any of them..
  4. Great read! I’d love to hear your thoughts on SOMA 👍
  5. It’s crumbling as we speak. Hopefully Chelsea and City’s plans to withdraw will create a domino effect
  6. Both DLC’s are delisted. You can buy the physical ‘Gold Edition’ which have these on disc though!
  7. Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. I’m not sure if you own a PS3 though after looking at your trophy list
  8. I’ll list some games I haven’t seen mentioned here. My actual top 5 would be very different, but these games deserve a mention considering all of the hours I spent playing each of them! 😍 Colin McRae Rally 3 FIFA Football 2003 Ratchet: Gladiator The Sims Bustin’ Out Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004
  9. Finished this one a few days ago. Very enjoyable first person shooter and probably my favourite game on the Vita so far! The aiming took a bit of getting used to as it felt quite 'floaty' on the Vita, but apart from that it performed as good as any of the other games from this series. You are a bit of a bullet sponge in this game which in turn made Veteran difficulty quite easy. The contracts were a bit repetitive as you're basically playing each mission four times with mildly-varying objectives to complete as you go along. I thought this was going to be quite difficult but it ended up being straightforward as you could just restart from the previous checkpoint anytime you failed an optional objective. Multiplayer was doable thanks to Botzone, which meant I could grind out 100 multiplayer games solo without the need of anyone else. The final push for the platinum, 10,000 kills, was a pain to grind out. By the time I finished everything else I was on 6000 kills! I repeated 'Diplomatic Incident' over and over again with the volume off and some music on. A disappointing end to an otherwise brilliant game 😬 Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (4.96%) - 100% Killzone: Mercenary (3.96%) - 100% EA Sports UFC 2 (1.56%) - 100% Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified (3.01%) - 0% Sniper Ghost Warrior (1.53%) - 35% Working on Sniper Ghost Warrior at the moment. I've read about glitched trophies so I'm hoping I don't have too much bad luck when going for the platinum. Fun game so far, a very typical 'sniper' game.
  10. Yeah, way too rushed. I'm really looking forward to watch both of those shows. I usually like to take breaks between series so it'll probably be a while before I start either of them. Appreciate the recommendation, I've never even heard of that show before now! I'll keep it in mind. Speaking of HBO, I'm almost finished Chernobyl. I can't believe how good it is! The first two episodes in particular. Watching the final episode tonight 😀

  12. Making two swaps. I'm also going to focus on PS3/Vita. TIER 1 [UR Count - 24] Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (4.96%) - 100% Killzone: Mercenary (3.96%) - 72% EA Sports UFC 2 (1.56%) - 100% [PS4] Mighty No. 9 (0.80%) - 17% Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified (3.01%) - 0% Worms Battlegrounds (1.17% ; 0.43%) - 26% Sniper Ghost Warrior (1.53%) - 27%
  13. Probably the most important piece of information from the email. They are also getting rid of messages on the Vita. • If you have purchased a PS3/PS Vita cross-buy bundle and have only downloaded either the PS3 or PS Vita version, you will need to download the other version prior to the closure of PlayStation™Store on the relevant device. PS Vita messaging service As of 28 June 2021*, users on PlayStation Vita will no longer be able to use the messaging service. Although messaging on PS Vita is going away, your messages will still be available to you by using the messaging service on PS5 consoles, PS4 consoles, and via mobile on PS App.
  14. Forgot to update after I got my latest PS3 platinum. [I'll copy/paste what I wrote in the UR thread] Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty - 50% > 100% ✅ Finally finished MGS2. It's my 200th platinum and a really satisfying milestone to have. Overall it wasn't nearly as difficult as I was expecting it to be, but it sure was time consuming. I clocked in 26 hours for the VR missions alone (add another ~10 for YouTube guides) and roughly 35 hours for all of the dogtags (one of these was my original run watching every cutscene). Toughest part of the game? I'd have to say MGS1 Snake's Hold Up 07. That VR mission alone took me almost 70 attempts, failing within the first 5 seconds the majority of the time. There's quite a gap between that and the next toughest mission in my opinion. Toughest boss on Extreme difficulty was the Metal Gear Ray's, pretty much every other boss can be cheesed in some way making them all quite straightforward.
  15. No way? Thanks for posting this! It’ll save me having to buy a physical copy
  16. Definitely an easy platinum, especially since you don’t even have to bother with the hard time trials and just do 2 runs of the normal time trials instead. Can’t speak for the PS3 version as I haven’t got around to playing it yet.
  17. It’s still on the store I just checked there. It’s called Ratchet Gladiator in the UK, not Deadlocked.
  18. Yeah, you’re right, I won’t count out a rewatch sometime down the road just yet. I don’t know if I’d ever be able to accept the pacing of the final season, it was just awful! Yeah I can imagine, and I still have shows like The Wire and The Sopranos to watch! It’ll be interesting to see how they stack up in comparison
  19. I finished Game of Thrones tonight. I finally got to experience the infamous season 8.. massively disappointing, I don’t think I could ever rewatch the series now. Such a shame, the earlier seasons were so damn good! 🙁
  20. Second game of Tier 1 complete. This was added to my profile during my college days as it was quite fun to play with friends. Never really thought I'd ever complete this, especially considering it was unobtainable for quite some time because support for the Live Events stopped. Luckily an event was added making the two associated trophies attainable once more. You can boost the two toughest trophies, 'Legend' and 'All in a Day's Work', which makes this a very manageable platinum when all's said and done. The longest trophy, earning 100,000 coins in fight rewards, took me 320 fights in single-player ultimate team so it ended up being quite a repetitive grind. Glad to have this out of the way! Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (4.96%) - 100% Killzone: Mercenary (3.96%) - 67% EA Sports UFC 2 (1.56%) - 100% [PS4] Mighty No. 9 (0.80%) - 17% Worms Battlegrounds (1.17% ; 0.43%) - 26% Not really sure what I'm in the mood for next. I might try and complete the campaign in Worms before returning to Killzone to work on those contracts again.
  21. One of my favourites, the theme song is too good. Also, Final Fantasy XIII's. The game still looks absolutely stunning to this day!
  22. You don’t unlock it, but you can use whichever ability you copied and that will count towards All Rounder!
  23. I was short by the time I hit level 55 as well. You get more credits playing the regular online modes. You can also use the copycat ability and hope that the people who kill you have the abilities/weapons you need. Personally I just used the copycat ability to get the final ones I needed
  24. Finally finished MGS2, my first game of the challenge. It's also my 200th platinum and a really satisfying milestone to have. Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (4.96%) - 100% Killzone: Mercenary (3.96%) - 67% EA Sports UFC 2 (1.56%) - 88% [PS4] Mighty No. 9 (0.80%) - 17% Worms Battlegrounds (1.17% ; 0.43%) - 26% I'll probably work on UFC 2 next, it's just a matter of grinding fights in offline ultimate team until I reach 100,000 coins in winnings from fights.
  25. Like many others I experienced the glitch in the fourth level, Woodbury, where the game will crash when you die or when you reach the third day. This essentially forced me to give up on the game as I couldn't be bothered with attempting a speed run of such a demanding level. (See here + here) I came across this post on reddit and figured I may as well test out what they had claimed. First of all I deleted all of my saves from the digital version of the game and deleted it off my PS4. I bought the physical (disc) version and played it without installing the patch (so version 1.00). This evening I reached Woodbury, and to my delight I was able to escape from it without any issues. I was able to save every evening like normal, and also die without consequence, and escaped on Day 6 without it crashing. It would be great if more people contributed to this thread, even something as simple as stating which version you played (physical or digital) and whether or not you experienced issues with the fourth level, Woodbury. We could then possibly determine whether or not it is just an issue with the digital version alone. Thanks in advance
