  1. I don't say this normally, but with a classic piece of gaming history like this - do not give a crap about the trophies on your first play-through. Enjoy the game first. Then play it again for missed trophies. This game deserves far more than a cold and clinical single play-through with only trophy earning in mind. Trust me, if you've never played this before - don't start planning trophy points and efficiency methods - just play the game once and focus solely on playing the story and enjoying it.
  2. Rarity doesn't necessarily mean it is respectable, it depends on why it is rare. Is it rare because it is incredibly difficult to get? Sure, that's respectable. Is it rare because not many people have played the game? Nope, that is not necessarily respectable. Did the trophy take alot of skill and/or time to obtain? Respectable Did the trophy pop because you pressed 'Start' Not respectable To be honest though, and this is my personal opinion. Respectable doesn't really come into it for me. A game should be played (first and foremost) and a trophy should be earned as part of personal enjoyment, not what other people might deem as respectable.
  3. I really loved it, but then I love detective stuff from that era. I think that if you like it to, the chances are much higher that you'll enjoy this game. The trophy list is straightforward, but I seem to remember that there is one involving car collection that was a bit of a pain in the ass to get.
  4. Think i'll take a break from Lego games after I'm done with Lord of the Rings. Love them, but need to change it up a bit, this'll be my third Lego plat in a row :S

  5. Delicious, delicious irony.
  6. Interesting approach, but worth noting, the developers make their games on artistic merit and gameplay enjoyability. The trophy list is the last thing to fall into place. It looks like they didn't bother too much with the traditional trophy structure. But to be fair, who really cares, it will be an easy plat which will enable you to focus on the actual important aspects, y'know, like the game itself. Also lol at the people throwing their toys out of their prams and losing interest because of the trophy structure. Here is a thought, play the game and enjoy it. Then think about how lame the trophy list is to you. I get that trophy hunting is important and admirable, but to react negatively to a game before we have seen it in all its glory, based purely on its trophy list is pure insanity.
  7. The first game is an awful mess in comparison to the following games. It doesn't have any stake in the story due to it's lack thereof. Don't get me wrong, it was enjoyable. But you really aren't gaining anything by having that mess in the collection. If it is based purely on trophy hunting, then I can see peoples points. But if it is based on having the complete experience, then the reality is - Borderlands 2 + DLC and Borderlands Pre-Sequel is the experience.
  8. All the bonus points that ever existed go towards this Tick reference *tips hat*
  9. I don't get it, are you a journalist for this site? or...
