  1. Looks like a pretty straightforward list though. Get your nostalgia goggles ready - and also maybe some protective gear because Anakin really, really, doesn't like sand.
  2. Sign me up for Sennin, please! I have Platinums for: Senran Kagura Bon Appetit! Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus Senran Kagura Estival Versus Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash I'm also eligible for The Goddess From Another Dimension and The Fighter, as I also have a few Hyperdimension Neptunia and Dead or Alive Platinums. Thanks!
  3. People are far too harsh on both Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy XV. FFXIII was fine, and FFXV was actively good, aside from that trainwreck of a story. The worst Final Fantasy game in my experience is the original Final Fantasy II (many of its remakes improved what made the original so terrible). Final Fantasy I has also aged pretty poorly, but it's still much, much better than OG Final Fantasy II.
  4. The colors are nice, but the actual design is kind of hideous and overproduced. I'm still looking forward to playing games on it though, regardless of what it looks like.
  5. As someone who legitimately enjoyed My Name is Mayo the first time around, all I can say is "different strokes for different folks" (most of the time).
  6. The game is pretty simple. Look at the trophy list of the person above you, and list your first impression. For example, a person who has lots of trophies from: Call of Duty, Battlefield, Resistance, etc.: Likes First-Person Shooters Final Fantasy, Tales of Graces f, Persona 4 Golden, etc.: Likes J-RPGs Hanna Montana, Aabs Animals, Megamind, etc.: Dedicated Trophy Hunter/Likes Easy Trophies, etc. Lots of Difficult/Ultra-Rare Platinums: Skilled Gamer Low DLC trophy completion rate: Dislikes DLC Lots of "HD Remakes": Nostalgic Gamer 95%+ Completion Rate: Perfectionist Anyway, these are just a few examples. Feel free to come up with your own. Also, please be respectful. We want to keep this fun.
  7. The first night was a mixed bag for me. Maybe my expectations were just into the event were just too high, but most of it just felt kind of meh. The Spectacular: Kevin Owens vs. Seth Rollins: Great match, and it was really enhanced by Rollins' solid heel work throughout. Both of them worked incredibly hard, and the pacing of the match was fantastic. My only gripe is that calling something out as a "Wrestlemania Moment" before a spot kills the magic a little bit, but hey, whatever. The match was a solid 4/5, and the best match of the event so far. John Morrison vs. Kofi Kingston vs. Jimmy Uso: All three of these performers were spectacular. They brought a ton of energy to the match, and some of the spots were insane. This match was so good that it could probably have headlined any non-Wrestlemania pay-per-view. Again, this one is a solid 4/5. The Good: Becky Lynch vs. Shayna Baszler: Both women worked hard, but I think the ending of the match hurt the over quality of the match a lot. I don't like championship-match wins via roll-up at WrestleMania, and Becky has won by roll-up in her last two WrestleMania wins. She deserves better, even though I can see why they went with the finish. I give this one a 3.75/5. The Undertaker vs. AJ Styles: I began to like this fight-scene more once I stopped looking at it like an actual pro-wrestling match. It was fine, even if I don't necessarily care for final-deletion type-matches. I don't really care about Biker-Taker either, so eh, whatever. My own personal feelings regarding the quirks of the match don't change the fact that Taker and Styles put on a hell of a show, though. 3/5. The Okay: Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross vs. Kairi Sane and Asuka: Formulaic tag match that was really hurt by the lack of a crowd. Alexa Bliss isn't a convincing face, and I was hoping that the Kabuki Warriors could pull a win here. They didn't, and Asuka's forgettable Wrestlemania record continues. 2.5/5 The Bad: Sami Zayn vs. Daniel Bryan: I love Bryan. I love Zayn. I hate squash matches, I hate fuck-finishes, and both men deserved better. 1.5/5 The Atrocious: Elias vs. King Corbin: Total snoozefest. I just couldn't stay engaged with this match, despite my best efforts. It was just...boring. 0.5/5 Goldberg vs. Braun Strowman: This was an angle. Not a match. I'm not a Goldberg fan, but how many more time are they going to squash him? 0/5.
  8. The game was fun. It's not the type of game that's going to bring a fond smile to my face when I think about it ten years from now, but my time with the game was enjoyable, if fairly unremarkable. I'd certainly say it's worth $17.50.
  9. @CyrahOmega Yep.
  10. Zombie Vikings is a lot of fun.
  11. There's a subset of hardcore fans that'll keep fighting hard to keep almost any company in business despite terrible practices. It's why we're still getting fresh 2K games every year. 🙄
  12. Here's the thing though: Bethesda has done a piss-poor job of actually making a playable game in the first place. It would be one thing if Fallout 76 started out as a glitchy F2P game, and introduced paid DLC later - this wasn't the case though. The developers delivered a broken game at full price and the people it most needed to impress served as its beta testers for months. From my experience most gamers (there are always going to be complainers) are happy to pay for additional content to functional, well-designed games - for example, only a minority of people actually complained about how much the Witcher 3's or Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's Season Passes cost because those games were so good that people were happy to pay for more.
  13. Todd Howard is dangerously out of touch with reality, it seems. Outside of a small group of hardcore fans, people really don't like this game.
  14. According to the official website, the following changes have been made to the game's Western console releases: It seems silly to censor such a seemingly minor thing in an M-rated game, but whatever - I'll probably still play the PS4 version because a game with such ridiculous and amazing name belongs on my trophy list.
  15. That's certainly a large part of it, but I believe that there's also a fair bit of shouting about sex and nudity from corners of the UK as well. I can't speak for Mexico and Canada though. It's a shame though, because it robs viewers/gamers of a lot of fun moments that are not necessarily sexual, like this objectively hilarious moment from the Pokemon anime here:
  16. Yeah, Nintendo's approach this generation can be summed up with "If the ESRB/CERO/PEGI states that this is not straight-up pornography and/or torture porn we're cool with it". I think this decision might have come directly from within Spike-Chunsoft itself.
  17. I'm a little torn on this myself. I personally do not have a problem with censorship of sexualized nudity that portrays children/teenagers or characters that look like children/teenagers. Sala, on the other hand does not look underage (not that this means much in anime/games) so I think the censorship in this case is kind of silly.
  18. That's because the original post is 2+ years old, friendo.
  19. This is some lazy fucking trophy art.
  20. Perfectionist - Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning
  21. I love the redesigned Ribbon of Rarity! It's a keeper!
  22. Nope. The chances of this happening are so meager that they're probably not worth considering.
  23. It took ages, but I finally managed to 100% Ni no Kuni II. I'm excited about never having to play this game ever again!

This game might never get out of the backlog. Congrats!

@Orphioon Between the last two DLCs, I took about thirty hours or so. The content itself isn't naturally tough, but it's incredibly grindy (reaching the new Level cap of 150 and repeatedly running the Lost Labyrinth for gear takes time). Additionally, the Lost Labyrinth is 100 floors (thankfully, and option exists for you to skip the first 20 floors) and the Solosseum Slog is 30 stages (made up of approximately 100 fights). You can beat all of it easily if you are willing to grind for levels and gear - there is however, and artificial difficulty component in the Solosseum because several bosses are damage sponges, and all the battles are timed.

@Edunstar84 The DLCs aren't fun for most, as they are a combination of long grinds, collectible hunting, and time trials with a little bit of story mixed in here or there. If you are the sort of person that likes to complete games though, the sense of pride you get from 100%ing a game that only ~250 other people have done makes the experience almost worth it. Almost.

  24. Nope, there are no missables. For the record though, you're overpaying if you spend $10 on this DLC.
  25. To be fair, if somebody tolerates this DLC enough to 100% it, they'd have to be incredibly masochistic, and/or intensely determined - that's got to be a skill, right? 😂 To put things into context for everyone else, this DLC is so bad that it's what caused me to give up full-time trophy hunting. What a mess.
