  1. a bit? it was one of my worst VR experiences so far, but it was also one of my first... i could only play for an hour or two the first time around and actually had to lie down after that, because i was feeling sick (i really thought i have to puke). i took a break and continued the next day, where i had WAY less problems with it. the stack after that one i even did in one go, iiirc. so yeah, it was mostly a "getting used to it" thing for me personally. i hope your next session will go more smoothly, too. overall it's quite a nice game! good luck and have fun
  2. the wording (or translation?) on this one is really misleading tbh. you have to learn all those charisma/personality skills for the "Hero" trophy. there is basically one trophy for every tab in you upgrade menu and the trophies are even sorted the same way... so the one for "Hero" should be just left of the Berserker skill menu, i think. i also drank tons of elex potions after making a hard save and leveled up one category after another to get those out of the way quickly. there should be no problem with that. just remember to get the low Coldness trophy ("Human") out of the way first, or restore your backup save after you did the leveling with elex potions. good luck! *edit*: should be this one: and of course make sure to upgrade every entry here to the max possible level! many skills have more than one level to them and those are easily overlooked
  3. unfortunately i can't tell you exactly anymore, since i was already building a "normal" vault at that point until i had the sudden realization that it would perhaps be better to quickly unlock all rooms and stay below 40 dwellers after that. that's why i worded it like "roughly" doing what you mentioned here, hehe. so basically i already had a mix of rooms and more or less every room that was available until then (around 30 dwellers at that time). resources definitely weren't green tho, because they went down rapidly once i started this process and the overall happiness went down super quick, too. i even had a raider attack before that iirc, but my people were able to handle that one, luckily. only the deathclaw one was too much.
  4. good tip, thanks! i did roughly the same to give me a head-start, but somewhere around 70-80 dwellers i got a deathclaw attack and since no one was leveled or even had any good equipment, i got pushed back down to 50 or so. didn't have enough caps to revive them all, obviously. but second time around it worked out fine, so that was basically down to luck

  6. i also looked into that some time ago, because i was interested in a "backup" ps4 for more passive or even "afk" trophy-hunting stuff, so obviously it should have low power consumption and make next to no noise if possible. if i remember correctly the slim was indeed quite a bit more quiet and also uses less energy. i think i watched some good comparison videos on youtube, one by digitalfoundry and another one: PS4 Slim Noise Test and Comparison vs. Original PS4: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y1ac1zwZm3o Hands-On With The PS4 Slim CUH-2000: Smaller, Cooler, Quieter by DigitalFoundry: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Et2FMMJMGW0 so yeah, it seems like a slim model should be a good choice in this case

  9. thanks for the kind words and for spreading the info about my little thread, of course! glad to see it actually helps people but indeed it is only meant as a simple listing of guides, that are either currently or have been available at some point here at PSNP, ordered by the estimated completion time given in said guide. i try to update the list once a month, usually in the first week of the month, as soon as i have some spare time. so expect an update for the march guides this week Don't think i saw a PSNP guide for "Slyde", but perhaps i'll include it anyway, because it's ridiculously fast... really an exception to more or less everything we got so far. My Name Is Mayo looks like a horrible grind-fest compared to it
  10. afaik it's only available as the "Silver 2425" bundle: https://store.playstation.com/ja-jp/product/JP0404-CUSA11035_00-SILVERCASE242500

  12. i _think_ they only closed their own online services, which let you make and share levels (this toy box stuff) etc. the multiplayer may very well just use standard PSN matchmaking, so this should still be possible. but i'm not 100% sure on that one
  13. thanks for all those videos/guides (again) i'm curious tho: i read in many reviews that it still has a ton of bugs and crashes on PS4 quite frequently. did you have any problems with crashes so far? i think i will wait for the next patch before giving this one a try tho', seems like they fix quite some stuff and even some quality-of-life things: (source: https://www.reddit.com/r/kingdomcome/comments/7yk37s/update_patch_clarification_new_patch_notes/) "save and exit" definitely sounds like something i would really prefer over the current save system, i guess. and how i understood it so far, fixes to the lockpicking and pickpocket minigames are also very welcome!
  14. your collectible guide helped me a lot with my cleanup, thanks! especially the commentary is absolutely fantastic because I tend to lose track in those longer videos, but if someone is actually telling me what to do and where to go while the video plays, it's way easier to follow! I wish more people would do that to anyone who wants to go for this platinum (and I mean that quite literally, as in "play it for the platinum"): I'd recommend that you just use this collectible guide WHILE you're going through the story and collect all the stuff in every region directly on the way. It kinda feels like a chore after you did the story plus I found it a bit confusing if you already collected some relics on the way. I always had to double-check if I really already collected it or if I'm just at the wrong place I found it a bit hard to navigate in this free-roam 3D world, where everything looks quite similar.
  15. I just wanted to check if you're still paying attention! But seriously: thank you, not sure why i forget that so often!
  16. seems to be fixed now. this trophy list has been added almost exactly 12 minutes ago (according to the psnp facebook post), so _just_ after you had this issue and posted this. best guess: it was indeed not yet registered by PSNP and was just a small timing issue

  18. yeah, this messed with one of my monthly "goals" in the past, too and i was quite confused. it seems that the monthly activity is always based on UTC, so in your case quite some hours ahead of your local time. changing your time zone setting doesn't seem to affect this particular stat afaik.
  19. I liked it and i think it's beneficial if you played (and liked) until dawn, of course, but it's also quite alright on its own. The game is rather slow paced and short, and i didn't have any problems with motion-sickness whatsoever, which is a plus Overall the "horror" is okay, nothing special or ground-breaking, and there is basically just one small jump-scare scene near the beginning of the game, iirc. So if you dislike jump-scares, it's not a problem in this one (besides the one scene early on). platinum is short and easy, too. two playthroughs (one good, one bad) plus one backup save in the "bad" playthrough, that's it. can be done in 4-5h easily. in fact i did it in one, continuous session, which kinda confirms my impression that motion-sickness or other discomfort is not really a problem here. i definitely had more problems in other games like robinson, for example.
  20. i'm like 99% sure that this game is physical only, so you'd have to get it on disc somewhere.
  21. you could have a look at that guide thread i'm doing here, to start off somewhere the link is in my signature, happy hunting!
  22. exactly! i already started having quite some problems in layer 17 of linear mode and got a bit annoyed/frustrated. but i really think this was only because of going at it with the mindset that it's suuuper easy, like on the vita. if you approach a game like that, of course you get annoyed easily if you do the ps4 version first, not expecting anything, you won't have too many problems, I guess. and doing the Vita version afterward will feel like a "free plat"
  23. ah, good to know, thanks! so sharing the last checkpoint of the raid is still a thing, like in vanilla destiny, it seems
  24. yes, it was definitely easier! i made the mistake to do the vita version first and had perhaps one game over. so when i switched to the ps4 version, assuming it will be a walk in the park too, i was unpleasantly surprised, to say the least. it still wasn't hard or anything, but it took me quite a bit trial'n'error in the linear mode. I had to get lucky on some stages to get this red barrier at the bottom and the rapid-fire missles at the same time to clear everything quickly enough. the blocks just come down WAY faster on the ps4. don't know if that's a bug or something. perhaps they linked the dropping speed of the blocks to the framerate or something. wouldn't be the first time in game development history *edit*: lesser blocks may be true, too. didn't really notice that but it would make sense. most likely because of memory/performance constraints of the vita. we saw that in save the ninja clan, too
  25. thanks for the walkthrough. will definitely use it once my copy arrives as far as i know the platinum is for the limited physical edition only, so you'd have to import it from play-asia. that's where i bought my copy at least. should arrive in the next days or so, hopefully
