  1. #419 - Planet RIX-13 This one was quite enjoyable, even though a bit simplistic. Shame that it's so damn short. Enjoyment: 7 Difficulty:2
  2. #418 - Sigi - A Fart for Melusina Was more fun that I thought it would be. Kind of reminded me a bit of Ghouls & Ghosts, but a lot easier. Quite short though, which was a bit disappointing. Enjoyment: 6.5 Difficulty: 2
  3. Got another two games done, so I'll post another update. B1 Killing Floor 2 (finished DLC pack 2) B2 Seasons After Fall (platinum) B3 American Fugitive (finished story) B4 Goat Simulator (platinum) I1 Linger in Shadows (100%) I3 Submersed (platinum) N2 Drowning (platinum) N5 Adventure Time: Pirates of the Erichidian (platinum) G3 Machinarium (100%) G5 Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization (finished story) O1 Kingdom Hearts 3 (finished story) O3 We Happy Few (platinum) O4 Another World (100%) O5 Uncharted Remastered (finished story) Kind of plowing through this card, although there've been everal easy games among them. It'll probably slow down once I get to the co-op, isometric, and sports tiles.
  4. #417 - Adventure Time: Pirates of the Erichidian Mediocre and somewhat bland. Has some cool combat mechanics, but that's it. World is too big and empty and there's way too much back and forth between islands. Nasty frame drops on occasion are also a thing. Enjoyment: 5 Difficulty: 3
  5. #416 - Drowning Very basic walking sim about depression. It was OK at best to be honest. While the thematic is interesting, it isn't presented in the best way. The first few "years" are a mess of contradictions. Furthermore, there are so many spelling and grammar mistakes, that it seems like little care went into the making of this. Get your stuff proofread, when you pubilsh somthing.... Enjoyment: 5 Difficulty: 2
  6. Got some more slots filled. B1 Killing Floor 2 (finished DLC pack 2) B2 Seasons After Fall (platinum) B3 American Fugitive (finished story) B4 Goat Simulator (platinum) I1 Linger in Shadows (100%) I3 Submersed (platinum) G3 Machinarium (100%) G5 Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization (finished story) O1 Kingdom Hearts 3 (finished story) O3 We Happy Few (platinum) O4 Another World (100%) O5 Uncharted Remastered (finished story)
  7. *This will contain spoilers to some extent* Having issues with a trophy not unlocking when it should (see title). According to the guide it's supposed to unlock when getting to Marzistan, after having defeated the Strong Mad's Tarantula in "Country". Nothing happened though. Solved: Turns out the guide I was using has information that's out of order. This trophy only unlocks Another guide indicated that the trophy in question only unlocks after the "Attention" segment is finished.
  8. #415 - Seasons After Fall This was not a fun experience. It's an artsy plastformer that far overstays it's welcome. It makes you run back and forth between areas, constantly doing hte season changes to progress . It seemed desperately wanting to offer gameplay, but went extremely overboard. Only positive thing I can say, is it looks good. Enjoyment: 3 Difficulty: 3
  9. Just when I thought that U wasn't going to buy anything else this month, Sony puts out a new sale. January Just Cause 3 - Land and Sea expansion pass - 3,74€ American Fugitive - 9€ Metropolis Lux Obscura - 4€ Planet RIX-13 - 2€ Sigi - 3€ Darkwood - 7,50€ Donut County - 6,50€ Drowning - 1,50€ Total: 37,50€ (rounded up)
  10. Got a few more plats and completed a 100% game recently. #412 Goat Simulator - Silly and short. Not bad, but not good either. #413 Submersed - Below average underwater horror game. Feels like it's been released 10 years too late. #414 We Happy Few - Interesting story and mediocre gameplay. Unfortunately the game is plagued by technical issues, at least on regular PS4. Finished the utter shite that was Another World. Probably the worst PS Plus game I've played so far. Dropped two games from my backlog. WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010, which is just a very mediocre game Sword Art Online Hollow Realization is the other game I'm not continuing Finished the story, but screw the affection ground. Was fun though. New Additions: Uncharted Collection American Fugitive
  11. Well, there it is... After long consideration and having been on the verge of creating one of these, I finally caved and decided to make a trophy checklist of sorts (no fancy banner from me sorry). My intent for this list is for it to cover the following points. platted games 100% games games I stopped playing and have no intentions to go back to updates on what I'm working on backlog I'll be giving each game a personal rating, using the system below: PS: Due to the limit of 75 emoticons per post. The ranking system was changed to a max rating of 5 Plats 1-50 Plats 51-100 Plats 101-150 Plats 151-200 Plats 201-250 Plats 251 - 300 Plats 301-350 Plats 351-400 Plats 401-414 100% - 1-71 (last update: 20th of January 2020) The games that are dead and buried 1-172 (last update: 20th of January 2020) The Backlog TOP 10 of worst games played
  12. Update B1 - Killing Floor 2 (finished DLC pack 2) B3 - American Fugitive (finished story) B4 - Goat Simulator (platinum) I3 - Submersed (platinum) G4 - Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization (finished story) O1 - Kingdom Hearts 3 (finished story) O3 - We Happy Few (platinum) O4 - Another World (100%) O5 - Uncharted Remastered (finished story)
  13. For February my guess is. Doom (2016) Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter
  14. I still remember when this was first announced at E3 several years ago. Since I've seen PC gameplay by now, I'm not all that excited about it anymore.
  15. Very underwhelming sale. It also seems that what used to be a sale every 2 weeks has essentially become a sale every 3 weeks, which would be fine if they wouldn't mostly recycle the same games throughout the year.
  16. Top 3 games: 1. Pillars of Eternity - 104h 2. Fallout 76 - 85h 3. Assassin's Creed; Origins - 80h Days played: 338 days played at 2498 hours clocked. Longest streak at 5 hours. Total: 3802 Trophies earned - 77 - 428 - 962 - 2335
  17. Was fun last time, so I'm up for another round. Already got a few out of the way by now. B4 - Goat Simulator (platinum) I3 - Submersed (platinum) G4 - Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization (finished story) O3 - We Happy Few (platinum) O4 - Another World (100%) O5 - Uncharted Remastered (finished story)
  18. #414 - We Happy Few This was a rough one and a stressful experience throughout the entire game. Chance for collectibles to glitch out, some being randomly generated and missable if you progress too far in the story. Now that's messed up. The game itself has a pretty good story, that's bundled with average gameplay elements, but at least the survival aspect is mostly optional. What kills this game, is the technical disaster it presents you with. Almost every two hours it crashes. Devs already said they don't know how to properly fix it on consoles. As such, what could've been a good game, becomes average at best. Enjoyment: 6.5 Difficulty: 4
  19. Haven't spent too much so far, but it's still early days. January Just Cause 3 - Land and Sea expansion pass - 3,74€ American Fugitive - 9€ Total: 13€ (rounded up)
  20. KYC 11 (Starts 1st November 2019 and ends 30th of November 2019) Welcome back for another exciting edition of the Kill Your Completion series. This is the 11th iteration, so most of you probably have an idea of what goes on here, but if you are new to the site or this corner of the forums, here's the previous edition of the thread KYC X. Those of you that participated in or followed the previous events, know by now that Hemiak won't be running this event for a while due to life being busy. He agreed that I'd take over in the meanwhile, so you're stuck with me for the foreseeable future. Now what does that mean for the event? Well, pretty much everything stays the same. I'll be largely copy-pasting the OP from the previous iterations, while essentially adding a TL;DR version at the bottom. I'm also inclined to cap the maximum number of games at 10. That's pretty much it though. The Premise Participants will each choose a list of at least 5, and up to 10 0% games from their backlog and post them here so everyone can follow along. These games don't have to be pre loaded on your profile, as long as you own them already and haven't earned a trophy they count. Participants will start a new game from that list every few days for the next month. They WILL then post their thoughts on each game, and write a short review on the final day for each game. This can take any shape or form each person desires. I would prefer people do 5 games for 6 days each, 10/3, but anything between would be acceptable. I would like if people could be a little more prompt with their reviews. I understand stuff comes up. However, if every single review is three games rolled into one, 4 days late, you're not trying very hard. I also like to see people get the minimum 3 hours per game, so I feel like more than 10 games would be cutting each one too short, The Deeds TL;DR The Peeps
  21. #413 - Submersed Another PS Plus game, this one being the extra game that Sony throws at players from the Iberian Peninsula. As expected, it's not a good one. Subpar underwater horror game that has you hiding from sharks. Textures are rough and particle effects are about PS1 standard. Enjoyment: 4 Difficulty: 3
  22. #412 - Goat Simulator Having a slow start into this year, trophy-wise. So I decided to get the ball rolling with a PS Plus game. Not a terrible game, but not great either. Supposedly the game was created to mock the state of AAA titles and the glitches they got. Still I feel like they should have focused on actually creating a good game instead of this. Nevertheless it's a silly game to pass a few hours on. Flapmaster ended up being less frustrating than I thought it would be. Took me about an hour to get that out of the way, which is pretty much the only difficult trophy in the game. Enjoyment: 5 Difficulty: 4
  23. Well, I ended up returning to WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010, that I played during KYC 3. At the time I rated it higher, which I intend to rectify now. After loading up hte game again after all this time I got notified that the save file was corrupted. So I had to start from scratch, but couldn't be bothered for long with this game. One of the trophies I've tried to get for several hours seems glitched as it doesn't unlock when completing the requirements. Gameplay-wise it's worse than I remember. The fightstake too long, the hit detection is off a lot of times as well, especially when there's more than 2 opponents in the ring. That makes interrupting pins from the opponents a mess, as it more often than not, doesn't register the hit. As a result I've no interest in continuing it further and downgrade it from a to a . It's solid, has a lot of modes and large roster, but the gameplay is not up to par.
