  1. Good evening, With firmware 6.50, Sony has released an official RemotePlay app for IOS. ( https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ps4-remote-play/id1436192460 ) So far, it is working pretty well, but the main problem that I have run into is that it does not support the use of PS4 controllers. The touch screen controls kind of stink. Do any of you out there have Bluetooth controllers for your IOS devices that you can test to see if it works with the RemotePlay App? Thanks
  2. I've had this game on my download list for a while, and finally tried it out. It is a fairly decent game. For the gameplay, it is basically a very simplified version of Valkyria Chronicles, with no story or meaningful characters. It is not buggy, and has a fairly easy platinum.
  3. If you go into Non-Stop mode ( Hit Square to get into skip-mode and then hit select to switch over to non-stop mode ), it shouldn't take more than about 2 hours to skip through all of the text.
  4. I still use my PSP. I mostly use it to play Valkyria Chronicles 2 and 3.
  5. Here is a better walkthrough of how to set up the AdHoc party.
  6. There is a PS3 app that supposedly can do Vita Ad-Hoc over the internet. I have never done this, and I am not interested in trying, but it does exist. https://store.playstation.com/#!/en-us/games/addons/adhoc-party/cid=UP9000-NPUA70069_00-ADHOCPARTY000000 Here are some some instructions... https://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/620272-playstation-vita/62325849
  7. Yes, the online still works, as of today, Feb 23, 2017. The trouble is finding people to play with.
  8. Episode 2 is already out, but it hasn't made its way to the Vita. It is available on IOS, Android, and Steam. Honestly, I would be surprised if it ever gets ported to Vita.
  9. Secret Ponchos. I really wanted to like this game. Maybe that is why it was so disappointing.
  10. Is there an upside to this? Are there any new features? or do they want people to just sign up to get buggier software earlier?
  11. Good morning, This is nothing new, but you can install the RemotePlay App on any Android device that has the required specs. http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/apps-games/ps4-remote-play-android-thread-t3068225 Lately I have been using my Android tablet to RemotePlay some games on my PS4. As I am using on-screen touch controls, this requires a low key type of game. Turn based games work really well. Telltale games work well. Simple grinding in a more complicated game may be possible. If you were to use a controller on your Android device, I am sure more would be possible, but I am not going to start carrying around a controller with my tablet. So far I have played these with success: Rocket League (For grinding the last 60 or so games to get all the items. Just hitting in a goal and then leaving it for the next 5 minutes.) The walking Dead ( The QTEs can be irritating, but are doable ) Peggle 2 (works great) Home (Simple) These are some other games that I have not yet tried, but look like they will work: Doki-Doki Universe The Road not taken Skulls of the Shogun Tomb Raider Definitive Edition (For getting to level 60 in Multi-Player, by picking up medical supplies) Do you have any ideas for other PS4 games that will work well with RemotePlay on an Android tablet?
  12. The Vita is better in some situations, but the tablet has its own role to fill. The bigger screen size on the tablet is really nice, and RemotePlay on my tablet runs a whole lot smoother and it suffers from less connectivity issues than the Vita. The tablet is a much more capable machine than the Vita. Not to mention, while I am at home, I can connect the tablet to my PS4, and then play using the PS4 Controller, which remains linked to the PS4.
  13. Most of the Ally trophies worked as expected for me. The two exceptions were Liara ( took 76 Missions) and Wrex ( took 69 missions).
  14. PSN is not working on PS4 for me either.
  15. I don't think it includes the Season pass for Borderlands or Game of Thrones. Here is the Description from https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/#!/en-us/games/the-telltale-games-collection/cid=UP2026-NPUB50254_00-B000000000001317
  16. They made Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare Free for PS4 for a while. That turned out ok.
  17. It is absolutely worth it. It was a good game. It is also a fast Platinum trophy. It only took about 8 or 9 hours of play time. I have no idea why it is ultra-rare.
  18. Jacob Jones is fairly easy. It took me about 3 hours to 100%, and that was with having to replay the game to pick up some of the collectibles that I missed the first time around. https://psnprofiles.com/trophies/1955-Jacob-Jones
  19. This is finally on sale on Amazon.
  20. Overall it is not too hard. A couple of the contract missions are challenging, but they are do-able. The worst trophy for me was the one that requires you to be tranquilized and then recover in multi-player. The likelihood of getting it during normal gameplay is zero. Getting 10,000 kills wasn't so bad, but the grind to complete 100 multi-player games was tedious. It takes about 17-20 hours of playing on multiplayer.
  21. Trine 2 is the easiest that I have run into. It took me about 3 hours to platinum, and you only need to play the game about half way through to get the platinum. After getting the platinum trophy, I finished the game anyway, as it is a fun game. Lone Survivor is a great game. Takes about 8 hours or so to Platinum. Dragon Fantasy Book II another good game. It is easy to platinum, and doesn't take all that long.
  22. I finally got my last shard just now. It was up at the top of a building in the north-east section of the Neon District, high enough that if you press L3 from ground level, it will not show up. If you want to go there, first go to near the pier that has the blast shard that is out of range of showing up on the map when you press L3. From there climb to the top of the tallest building you can see. If you can see a taller building close by, got to to the top of that building. From there you should be able to press L3, and it will show up on the mini-map.
  23. I bought the PS4 version a couple of weeks ago, but now the PS3 version is up for free on PS+. This makes me a little bit sad, but it is still a great game. It looks amazing on the PS4. The only problem with the game is that there are very few people in the multi-player for now. Most of the time when I try to play online, there is no one to play with, so I sit in the lobby for a couple of minutes and then give up and move on to something else.
  24. This game is on sale for Vita on PSN this week for $4.99. Is it worth getting? Thanks
  25. I just finished Lone Survivor: The Director's Cut. It was actually pretty easy. It only took around 7-8 hours. It's a pretty good game too, but don't let that hold you back.
