  1. PLATINUM 233 - ATELIER RYZA : EVER DARKNESS & THE SECRET HIDEOUT Atelier Ryza is such a fun game, I was really surprised by how much depth the game had on the alchemy/crafting system. As my first game in the series, all I can say is that the sequel can't come soon enough.

  3. PLATINUM 232 - PERSONA 5 : DANCING IN STARLIGHT I won’t lie, when I see a rhythm game, the first thing that comes to mind is the horrific and painful ice cream minigame from one of my favourite games ever, birth by sleep. Nightmares aside, dancing in starlight was actually tons of fun; watching the phantom thieves strut and spin on the dance floor was such a delight. Furthermore the game was another chance to revisit the world of one of the best rpgs ever made.

      Well done! 💯

  5. PLATINUM 231 - TALES OF VESPERIA I had so much fun with this entry, what a gem of a game. I’m still surprised Bandai Namco initially made such an amazing entry exclusively for Japanese Xbox gamers. Tales of Vesperia is indeed one of the best entries in the series, and should be played by all the Tales of fans and rpg aficionados. Can’t go without adding my sadness of the plat pic, I guess I’ll just smile alongside my favourite Kryptian.

      @Sword thanks xD

      Vesperia surprised me a lot, it’s indeed one of the best in the series. I was happy to know that the game was developed by the same team as symphonia and abyss, which are also in my top 3. Xillia is also an amazing title, and Berseria brought the series back on the track.

      Can’t wait for Arise, hopefully with an even more polished ps5 version :P

  7. PLATINUM 230 - THE LAST OF US 2 Okay here we go, I'll try my best not be biased here, but I need to give an actual feedback for this one. First of all I need to tell you all that, the original game not only is within my top 10 of all time - the story from it ranks on my top 3 amongst even movies. That game was a life altering experience to me that I still treasure to this day. Now for the sequel, all I can say without sounding like a fan boy is don't trust leaks ( I still didn't check them even though I already wrapped the story, I didn't read metacritic scores/users reviews, nothing. As a result I was completely oblivious when I started. The final result was one of the best experiences I ever had in my life. This game questioned my morals, played with my emotions and in lot of times my stance towards most characters. In the end, I am happy to say that this game was not only necessary but it also delivers one of the best experiences for any player regardless of their background. The raw emotion, the delivery of the characters, the morals, my god man, what a masterpiece. Oh and for those wondering, I do think this one doesn't need a sequel. I wanted one, I thought the first deserved, and crushing as it is, this entry was needed. 10/10 in all aspects. Thank you Sony Now wow a fan with this PS5, greatness awaits and I can't wait to witness with my own eyes Here is my plat pic, I'll put in spoilers as I don't want to spoil to my fellow gamers. As a side note I'll just say that this one in particular touched me personally, as I did too, as a child dreamed about being astronaut and loved dinosaurs.

  9. PLATINUM 229 - MIRROR’S EDGE CATALYST I won’t lie when I saw the EA logo, my first thought was “here it comes the micro transactions, half finished games or pay to win”. For my surprise, the game was really fun and felt complete even though EA allegedly cut some content. The gameplay is fantastic, the challenges are on point and the story is actually engaging and full of surprises. For now I’ll just enjoy my new addition to the collection, and wait patiently for my possible GOTY Last of Us 2 on Friday.

      @PooPooBlast I Had a blast, I really hope EA wouldn’t be so greedy at times. Fun, single player games are profitable too, give them a chance.

      Absolutely. It's just that games as a live service are more profitable. I'm honestly thankful we got a sequel. It's unexpected.

      Why let DICE work on mirror's Edge when they can shell out star wars or battlefield? That's sadly the case here.

  11. PLATINUM 228 - TEKKEN 7 Tekken 7 is truly a whole lot of fun, had a blast going back to the series after 7 years.

  13. PLATINUM 227 - CELESTE What a gem of a title - I’m surprised I waited so long to play this majestic platformer. Furthermore, as a proud owner of La Mulana plat, and golden boy from super meat boy I can definitely say this game has the most challenging platforming segments I ever played. I won’t lie I had to use some of the tweaks in order to conquer some parts the C sides levels, some of them are truly on a league of its own in terms of challenging gameplay. Truly amazing and I recommend to all gamers.

  15. This one will be tough for me but I’ll say Dragon Quest XI, that game has such an excellent story and is full of content. Is also the best entry in the series so far IMO. Kingdom hearts 3 was the conclusion of one if not my favourite franchise ever, however even though it was stellar I still prefer KH2. Final fantasy VII remake is a great remake of a game that believe it or not is not on my top 5 from the series. Nevertheless is an impressive title and still one of the best RPGs this generation. Nier is just stellar, truly a 10/10. Final Fantasy XV was a surprise and even though it has flaws is far from being a bad game, people are too judgemental nowadays. overall DQXI - Nier - Kingdom Hearts 3 - Final Fantasy VII remake - Final Fantasy XV so tough for me 😭 Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy are my favourite series ever alongside Resident Evil but I need to be genuine with my ranking. Final Fantasy X and Kingdom Hearts 2 still stomps in all of them though
