  1. I've been playing since the start, with a couple breaks here and there, but am still missing Mona. Currently their constellations at Adventure Rank 58 are: Qiqi C1 Diluc C4 Keqing C2 Jean C1 Tighnari C0 (tho' I got him on his banner) One day Mona will come visit, she's just busy being frugal at the moment and I respect it. Got about 60 wishes saved up, hopefully for Hu Tao tomorrow.
  2. Hey wonderful gamers, I hope you're doing well 💜 Genshin Impact • EU All 60 Trophies 20th September 2022 • Completed in 1 year, 11 months Genshin Impact All 61 Trophies 24th September 2022 • Completed in 8 months, 4 weeks I don't think these count for the event because altho' my completion time is > 6 months, I completed some newer more recent DLC trophy lists this month to bring it back to 100%. Figured I'd share anyway tho' before the next DLC set comes out. Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series All 31 Trophies 25th September 2022 • Platinum in 1 year, 2 months As part of the International Trophy Hunting Day event, I dusted off a few of the easier games I had on my list. Altho' pretty simple, I enjoyed the story and was invested enough to have some decision paralysis on a few of the prompts, as often all options had huge downsides. The Last Campfire All 23 Trophies 25th September 2022 • Platinum in 1 year, 2 months Another good game! It's hard to believe that this is a Hello Games' game, as their flagship, No Man's Sky is so different! I had a good time with it, and was worried I wouldn't get the platinum as there's a collectible I finished the game with around 35 / 42 of, but fortunately they weren't needed, which meant no second play-through required. There's one other game I would have liked to have shared here, but one of the collectibles bugged out on me so I wasn't able to finish up SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom. I do intend to go back, but having just played it, I'm gonna give it a bit of a break for now and come back in a couple weeks. I reported the issue to the THQ bug tracker, so best-case is they issue a patch but given the game's a couple years old at this point, I think that's quite unlikely. Anyway, that's it for me. I'm not sure I'll have anything new to add before the month is over. Take care!
  3. Hey all! I hope you're doing well It's been a busy week for me in terms of finishing up older games, and have 4 games to share. YU-NO: A Girl Who Chants Love at the Bound of this World All 41 Trophies 13th September 2022 • Platinum in 1 year, 2 months I didn't really vibe with this game too well as there was too much lewdness and it felt way too weird esp. as it was mostly girls in school, which is a shame because the story seemed pretty interesting. Still, glad to have it done Little Nightmares All 22 Trophies 14th September 2022 • Completed in 2 years, 6 days All that was left for this one was the deathless speedrun which I tried a few times back when I played it 2 years ago, and a few more tries recently. I did get one run right to the end and choked on the final boss, and at that point I decided I was okay with save-scumming it. Ended up making 4 saves and used 2 of them which were mostly deaths due to misjudging depth when walking and falling which was quite frustrating. Another I'm happy to have done! Overwatch: Origins Edition All 82 Trophies 18th September 2022 • Completed in 2 years, 1 month I did all the harder stuff a while back with a lovely group of people who helped me boost, and just recently I cleaned up a lot of the grindy stuff like 100 wins, leveling up, etc. I did this now as Overwatch 2 is coming out in a couple weeks and I don't want to take any risk on that impacting this game's trophy list. Probably won't check out OW2 in the foreseeable future tho'. LEGO Marvel's Avengers All 71 Trophies 19th September 2022 • Completed in 1 year, 2 months I finished up the base game of this last month and shared it then, but have come back to knock out the DLC trophs. There were 30 in total; 5 per DLC and 6 DLCs total. Overall it was pretty fun and I like that they were quite light and I could knock them all out in an evening. Next weekend is International Trophy Hunting Day and for that I have a couple smaller games in mind which I have on my profile from over a year ago. Although I don't think I'll be able to finish any of them in the single day, it will be a good opportunity to make some progress and pick which order I want to continue on with them in. Until next time, take care!
  4. Detroit: Become Human! It's not a super long experience, but quite an enjoyable (and emotional) one.
  5. It is the PS4 version. I have done maybe... 500-600 levequests, and am prob's at 99 allowance cap. 😅 So even though it might be possible, my fate and guildhest counts are sooo low that it'd still be hundreds of hours to get finished. Thank you! Good luck to you for your list too!!
  6. Hey Kaz! Hey Tales! I like the look of both of your lists; good luck to you two too! Sekiro scares me personally, but all the power to you for taking on the challenge! Are you playing it co-op? I enjoyed my time with Stray, and the bottom 3 are all games I've picked up and am very keen to check out at some point, so am super interested to see your thoughts on 'em and maybe get some inspiration / bump 'em up the backlog.
  7. Hey everyone! I've been a bit slack of late but here's a quick update of some of the things I've knocked out since last time (which was in June? Wow, time really flies) Gonna keep descriptions brief 'cause otherwise it'll become a TL;DR sorta post Crash Bandicoot: Warped 25 of 27 Trophies 2nd June 2022 • Platinum in 10 months, 4 weeks Finished off the platinum. Haven't checked out the DLC level yet but honestly, after Stormy Ascent in Crash 1, I'm kind of nervous about having a look. Batman: The Telltale Series All 31 Trophies 12th June 2022 • Platinum in 11 months, 1 week After playing through The Wolf Among Us, I had a pretty good feeling I'd enjoy this game too, and indeed I did. Others from Telltale that I have are Guardians of the Galaxy + Game of Thrones; both of which are franchises I've enjoyed so hoping the games do them proud. Sea of Solitude • EU All 23 Trophies 29th June 2022 • Platinum in 11 months, 2 weeks A game I knew I'd enjoy the experience of as soon as I saw it announced by Jo-Mei back at E3 2018 and heard their story. It was good, very emotional! Last Day of June All 21 Trophies 30th June 2022 • Completed in 11 months, 3 weeks I missed the 'deadline' of June last year, but managed to knock this out on the last day of June this year Fun puzzle game that plays with time a bit! The puzzles were all pretty interesting. Steins;Gate 0 All 28 Trophies 24th July 2022 • Platinum in 1 year, 1 week Another superb game! I loved Steins;Gate. I love the anime. And I loved this experience too! I've still got My Darling's Embrace, and plan to check out the rest of the Science Adventure games, but for now, I'm very happy to be able to put this into my completed pile. Digimon World: Next Order All 45 Trophies 17th August 2022 • Platinum in 1 year, 1 month This was another fun experience, and very nostalgic / reminiscent of the original Digimon World game on PS1, I think all up it was about 130 hours, and there was a bit of grinding, but overall it wasn't too bad. LEGO Marvel's Avengers 41 of 71 Trophies 21st August 2022 • Platinum in 1 year, 1 month Just the Platinum for now, but I do intend to do the DLCs after I knock out soonish. I think they're single-level kind of DLCs but I'm not too sure. Either way, I'm sure they'll be fun brick-breaking fun! This is my 10th Lego platinum, so there's that lil milestone too! Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order • EU All 40 Trophies 27th August 2022 • Platinum in 1 year, 1 month Another game I really enjoyed! I'm not a super big Star Wars fan, but I think it's growing on me more esp. with this game. It was charming, and BD-1 is the best. The Town of Light All 21 Trophies 29th August 2022 • Platinum in 1 year, 1 month This was a darker experience, very heavy on severe mental illness and had some mentions of suicide and showed a lot of mistreatment of folks, but it was an interest experience though! I did guide it up a bit as I figured out pretty early on that the game didn't do too much directing and I was very good at getting lost. As for what I'm working on finishing at the moment and what I'll hope to share completion of soon: Little Nightmares - trying to complete the deathless speedrun trophy which is the last one; I've done 1 recent run so far, didn't meet an hour and died a bunch, but it was good practice and the next run should be better! I'll consider save-scumming (that's a valid option after all) after a couple more tries once I figure out where I'm most death-prone. Overwatch - the new game releases soon and although I don't think I'll play it, I'd like to make as much progress as I can before the playerbase moves over. I only have a few trophies left, most of which is just a bit of a grind. Overall it shouldn't be too bad SpongeBob: Battle for Bikini Bottom - another game started in the Bean Dive last year (that's why a lot of these games are around the 11-13 month range); I have no idea how long the game is but I'd guestimate I'm about half way through the story, and then there's many collectibles to get. Happy gaming everyone, and keep up the wonderful work!!
  8. (Is late-joining okay? If not, I totally understand - but if it is fine, pls count me in. ) There are a few ineligible games I'm hoping to complete this month, atho' for one of them I truly don't know how long it will take, as it requires me to win at online matches, which... is very hit-or-miss - but I'll give them a mention anyway more as a note to myself. Overwatch - need to win 100 online games, reach lv. 50, as well as a couple other misc. things. I'm hoping to finish this before month end but I suspect I'm not even half way done. Little Nightmares - just need the deathless speedrun here. I've done one run and came in just over time but with many many deaths, so I just need to practice a bit, and get a bit lucky. There is the option to save-scum but I'm not willing to do that until I've at least given it a good few tries. Genshin Impact's gonna be an ongoing game for the foreseeable future, especially since the recent update was quite substantial. Final Fantasy XIV is just over the 50% mark, but even if it was eligible, I don't think I can in good conscience pick it as I genuinely don't know if it would be possible to finish it in that timeframe. Hope to make progress regardless, but won't go too hard as I don't want to burn out on it. Anyway, onto my list of actually eligible games... Going to carry over most of what I didn't get finished in the last period as I do want to play and finish these. And if I do get distracted by some other shiny game, will make sure to remember the swaps Odin Sphere Leifthrasir (35%, 25 / 48) SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom (29%, 16 / 33) Code: Realize - Bouquet of Rainbows (23%, 12 / 31) Spiderman: Miles Morales (0%, 0 / 50) Catlateral Damage: Remeowstered (0%, 0 / 43) That's all for now! I feel like this selection is very doable and all games I'll enjoy. All the best everyone, and happy gaming
  9. Hey all! I ended up going off-script a lot as another event in a community discord opened up in July which took my attention, as well as Stray which I couldn't resist checking out, but have completed half of the games mentioned which is still pretty awesome and my started-but-not-finished games list has shrunk! Sea of Solitude (100%, 23 / 23) Steins;Gate 0 (100%, 28 / 28) Batman: The Telltale Series (100%, 31 / 31) Dream Daddy (100%, 19 / 19) I don't think I'll have enough time to finish any of the others, but want to make some progress so will pick up one of the others tonight and see how it goes from there!
  10. Hey all! I've been slack and kinda forgot to drop updates here. So it's been a while! Here's my rough summary of my gaming adventures for the first half of the year. I'd like to get into the habit of doing these updates either once per week or once per game complete and maybe go into more details as all the info will be more fresh. But we'll see how that goes. Trying out a new format; hopefully it looks okay for everyone! For now, have a bulk update! Doki Doki Literature Club Plus Time to complete: 40 hours Overall very emotional game! I had watched part of a playthrough (Markiplier's) back in 2017 when it had first came to Steam, so a lot of the shock and horror parts didn't have the same impact that they would have if I went in blind, but I'm glad I was prepared for it at least. I really liked the extra content added in the Plus ver. though, esp. the side stories, which is more getting to know everyone without the spooks. Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice Time to complete: 10 hours A shorter experience, but I enjoyed it. I especially liked the perspective-based environmental puzzles. There some something satisfying about searching around and finding just the right spot. Maneater Time to complete: 24 hours Fun and very different game. It was kind of nice just swimming around and looking for collectibles, but also the story was interesting too. Also the DLC was wild! Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart Time to complete: 20 hours I don't think I really need to say anything here. You've all heard it's amazing And I have to agree! Genshin Impact Time to complete: About 1000 hours probably? I had most of the trophies much sooner, but just couldn't best the abyss. What changed? I think it was getting Zhongli in the re-run which really helped. It enabled me to use Hu Tao more effectively and that was the DPS boost I needed to clear the last 12-3 chamber in time. My play time is now at about 1600 hours The most recent addition to the squad is Kuki, who is way under leveled to officially join, but she's cool. Itto might come home soon too, we'll see! A Plague Tale: Innocence Time to complete: 21 hours This was a long overdue. I've been intrigued by the game since it was announced, and somehow just never got to playing it. The rat-based puzzle solving was fun. The sound and sight of getting consumed by thousands of rats? Not so much. Hugo's a good boy though and I'm excited for Requiem! Code Realize: Future Blessing Time to complete: Idk, 50 hours? Vita doesn't track. I had fun with this. I have no idea why I did Future Blessing before Guardian of Rebirth, but I don't think it mattered too much. Everything made sense and I liked the Victorian / Steampunk kind of setting a lot. Also Sisi's a good boy. Hatoful Boyfriend: Holiday Star Time to complete: 12 hours This didn't pull me in as much as the first game, but it was fine. I think I enjoyed the radio stories the most. They were funny. Elden Ring Time to complete: 106 hours I was weary to play, but had a really encouraging group of people who helped a lot! My build was int-based sorcerer with glintstone, then rock sling, and transition to using Rotten Breath dragon spells for a lot of stuff. The spit-and-run tactics! I ended up using Crystal Sword a lot for slashy slashy. I couldn't have beaten the game normally, but due to over-leveling with cheese, I managed okay! Sly Minigames Time to complete: A few hours Pretty simple and easy minigames. Took a few tries but there wasn't anything I got stuck on really from what I recall. I had completed 3 of the 4 minigames back when I did Sly 1/2 but hadn't unlocked the last from Sly 3 until more recently. Speaking of Sly 3, I did get the platinum but ran into PS3 hardware issues so am unable to sync it up. And Sly 3 save data is copy-protected so I can't USB it to a different PS3. So it'll be a full 100% replay from scratch. I'll get it eventually, but right now I'm not ready to go back right away. Code Realize: Guardian of Rebirth Time to complete: A few hours I shamefully skipped through this one without reading. I zoomed through it at the end of the month because I needed to finish off a game for an event. I'll catch up and read through it when I get around to doing the collection, Bouquet of Rainbows, before jumping into Wintertide Miracles. Final Fantasy X-2 Time to complete: 203 hours I had played this as a kid, and enjoyed it a lot. Playing it again now had all the nostalgia and I enjoyed it a bunch as I thought I would. Shoutout to Keyblade999 for a wonderful guide / checklist to make getting the 100% infinitely more possible. I struggled so hard back in the day to not miss stuff. The gameplay of Last Mission was honestly fun too. I think it took me maybe 7-8 runs to get a good one going. It was very different to anything I've played before. My Name is Mayo 3 Time to complete: 47 minutes Had a fun time with this. Picked up the game at midnight and finished it in one sitting before bed. And had a real good time. I especially liked the credits. They had a lot of fun making those I bet. Detroit: Become Human Time to complete: 109 hours I played through blind and had a bit of decision anxiety, which is part of what made it take so long. I did manage to get through the game with no casualties though which is awesome! Had I failed that, it would probably be +20 hours to go through again and make new choices Control Time to complete: 120 hours Another fun game! Another that took longer than it probably should have and one that I have no regret in taking my time. I did have to look up a few things at the end, esp. in The Foundation DLC. But overall, things were pretty intuitive! I played with some of the modifiers like aim assist and reduced damage by a bit (was mostly at -30% but upped it to -50% at some points which were tough) Crash Bandicoot: Warped Time to complete: 30 hours? 99h on the trilogy I played the majority of this a while ago, but got stuck on a few relics for a good amount of time and put it down. But after seeing some chatter on Discord with a couple tips, I gave it another shot and got through the main thing that I was stuck on within an hour! After that, everything kinda fell into place and I got through the remaining time trials and cleaned up. I haven't tried the DLC level yet but would like to at least give it a go. Batman: The Telltale Series Time to complete: 46 hours I enjoyed The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us, so had an inkling I'd enjoy Batman too, and I did! Some more hard decisions to make here. Some where neither of them was 'better' and both had consequences. It was honestly pretty difficult. I don't know how much impact they had, but I had a good experience nonetheless. Dream Daddy Time to complete: 66 hours This was my pick of game for pride month, and was getting a little worried I'd not be able to finish it in time, when I saw I had 3 / 19 trophies after 2-ish weeks of playing casually, but everything came together in the past couple days and lots of trophies popped! Last night was a good few hours practicing minigolf to get the 18 holes-in-one trophy. It came home in the end.
  11. I'm having issues too. I couldn't get the trophy but my friend *cough* did.
  12. Nice one on God of War! I'm super glad you enjoyed it, it's so good! I'm really looking forward to Ragnarok too. Here's my updates for May. Played 10 games to varying degrees. Hey all! Happy May! April was a month of fewer trophies, but with more chonky games completed which I'm completely okay with! Platinum 160 (+4) My Name is Mayo 3, Detroit: Become Human, Control, Crash Bandicoot: Warped 100% Completion : 174 (+3) My Name is Mayo 3, Detroit: Become Human, Control You'll notice Crash isn't in this list. That's because it has a ridiculously difficult DLC level I haven't managed to beat! Games Started: 336 (+1) My Name is Mayo 3 Completion %: 62.78 (+0.97%) S - 171 > 174 (+3) A - 38 > 38 (+0) B - 7 > 7 (+0) C - 10 > 11 (+1) D - 17 > 17 (+0) E - 92 > 89 (-3) Total trophies: 8325 (+181) Unearned trophies: 4991 (-111) Getting under 5k is pretty awesome! I'm hoping to sustain this. Although I also do plan on starting a few (3) games this month so we'll see if I can balance that. Games played Gravity Rush 2 14 / 48 (+1) D 20% Very small progress here, trophy wise. I've been mostly knocking out side missions, and unlocked a new type of collectible, which is what I got the trophy for getting. Basically it was looking for art etched onto walls around the city. I found I think 3 myself, then looked up a list for the other 7. They were incredibly well hidden. Horizon Zero Dawn 23 / 79 (+5) D 24% Small progress here too. I've progressed the main story a bit, done a bit more on collectibles, and have hunted most machine types; I think I'm still missing a couple though. I've also been focusing on overriding tallnecks, and have all in the main-game area. The DLC areas can wait until later when I'm a bit stronger. The Witness 4 / 14 (+3) C 28% Fun puzzle game! I could launch a guide and blitz through it, but I'm really enjoying not doing that, even if it's much slower and I'm missing a bunch. Human Fall Flat 81 / 82 (+6) A 99% There was a new DLC level, Lumber, and I hadn't done the previous one, Laboratory. They were fun little puzzle platforming, as you'd expect from the game. Pretty fun, very chill, and the 3 trophies weren't too bad at all. Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout 32 / 35 (+1) A 88% I popped the 'Qualify from 500 rounds' trophy before the launcher swapover thing. I believe there are still ways to get the last ones, but I'm not too bothered. The 2 trophies (+ plat) missing are: 20 race wins and 20 show wins. Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn 27 / 39 (+1) A 52% One trophy for training carpentry! I only have a few more 'do 1000 X' trophies left, then it'll be main story, dungeons, raids, and random world events (Fates) / random mini quests (Levequests) to go. My Name is Mayo 3 51 / 51 (+51) S 100% I used my timezone to my advantage her and got this platinum second in the world. Only 46 seconds behind first place. I checked the leaderboard and did about 1500 clicks too many too, which is what stung me here. It was pretty fun though. And a bit emotional. If you do play it, I'd suggest reading the credits. There's lots of humor and cheese mixed in. Detroit: Become Human 49 / 49 (+41) S 100% Finished this one up as part of this event. Overall, it was a fun game, but it was also pretty deep and harrowing at parts. As someone who doesn't like conflict at all, some of the decisions and paths required for trophies were kind of hard to take. 😅 Control 68 / 68 (+67) S 100% Another from the Bean Dive. I enjoyed it a lot! The world is so weird and creative. I didn't know what to expect at all, all throughout and I liked that sense of mystery. I did dial down the difficulty a bit, and I loved that that was an option. Crash Bandicoot: Warped 25 / 27 (+5) A 94% A game I had mostly done, with a few things unfinished. Someone shared their platinum completion in Discord, and that encouraged me to give it another go. And so I did! What's left is a DLC level, which I have heard is even more difficult than Stormy Ascent (the infamous level from Crash 1). I'll give it a go at some point. But for now, I'm okay with just having the platinum here. The Summer 2022 Backlog Challenge has started, and I've nailed down my list to these 8 games (6 started, 2 owned but unstarted), if you wanted a peek as to what to expect next time. Odin Sphere Leifthrasir (35%) Sea of Solitude (4%) 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim (1%) SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom (1%) Steins;Gate 0 (1%) Batman: The Telltale Series (1%) Spiderman: Miles Morales (0%) Dream Daddy (0%) Also with the announcement of server closures for Super Bomberman R, I'm gonna focus on getting the online components of these games done. Jump Force (goes down Aug 2022) Super Bomberman R (goes down December 2022) I'll look into growing this list with games that have online requirements over time, so I'm prepared and don't need to panic when they do eventually go down. Anyways, that's all from me. Until next time, Take care!
  13. Hey! I hope everyone's doing well. Here's my update for May: Detroit: Become Human All 49 Trophies 21st May 2022 • Platinum in 10 months, 1 week Detroit was a mostly-nice game on my first playthrough, until it wasn't. I tried to play as peaceful Androids, but the humans wouldn't have it. The second playthrough was the opposite; angy Androids, which was a lot more morbid but at least there wasn't any backstabbing and fewer lies. Overall, I liked it a lot, and the highlight for me was the story and characters. Connor, Hank, Kara, Alice, and Markus sort of felt like friends come the end of playthrough #1. Blew out the estimate a bit on this one too; 108 hours for a 20 hour estimate. I did run into a bit of decision fatigue though and put down the controller and thought about the options. Control All 68 Trophies 31st May 2022 • Completed in 10 months, 3 weeks A game I knew I'd enjoy, but not as much as I did. The trophy guide suggested it would take 20 hours, with 2x 5 hour DLCs. I think those estimates are very optimistic (or I just got lost in the world havin' a good time ), as my final play time was around 120 hours. Everything was so strange and mysterious! But also very accessible; I ended up tweaking the settings so I'd take half damage and regenerate stamina faster, and while exploring added on one-hit kills. I imagine it would have been upwards to 150 hours or so if I didn't opt for the assist. Got a few games lined up which will hit the >6 months timeframe, so should have more to share in the coming weeks if all goes well! Take care, everyone!
  14. Hey! Time to finalise the list; ready to earn some trophs and knock a few games off the backlog! Have added a couple new ones since the last post! Still feels like a reasonably doable amount Odin Sphere Leifthrasir (35%, 25 / 48) Sea of Solitude (4%, 3 / 23) 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim (1%, 1 / 56) SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom (1%, 1 / 33) Steins;Gate 0 (1%, 1 / 28) Batman: The Telltale Series (1%, 1 / 31) Spiderman: Miles Morales (0%, 0 / 50) Dream Daddy (0%, 0 / 19) Good luck everyone! 💜
  15. For the bonus, I'd like to put forward Control! I don't think this is overly spoilery, but for caution's sake, have a spoiler tag anyway 💜 Anyway, that's that. Hopefully I've explained things well enough, and if it doesn't fit the theme, well, then that's okay. Have a wonderful day everyone.
