  1. Now you can get that My Name is Mayo platinum twice.
  2. Screw it, I'll suit up and join. My completion percentage is complete trash, anyways. Let's see what I can do. 1. Firewatch - 0% (0/10 trophies) 2. inFamous: First Light - 8% (4/25 trophies) 3. Red Faction: Guerrilla - 8% (7/61 trophies) 4. Dante's Inferno - 17% (11/55 trophies) 5. MLB The Show 17 - 7% (4/32 trophies) 6. LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7 (Vita) - 2% (2/41 trophies) 7. Mafia II - 0% (0/68 trophies) 8. Crysis - 12% (7/41 trophies) 9. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time - 3% (1/16 trophies) 10. Prince of Persia: Warrior Within - 0% (0/20 trophies) 11. Prince of Persia: The Two Thrones - 0% (0/18 trophies) 12. Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands - 0% (0/41 trophies) 13. Ratchet & Clank 3: Up Your Arsenal (Vita) - 0% (0/33 trophies) 14. Ratchet: Deadlocked - 0% (0/31 trophies) 15. Life is Strange (PS4) - 18% (12/61 trophies) Probably the hardest game on this list is Red Faction, only because of the multiplayer portion. The rest are a piece of cake in terms of trophies and everything else; nothing too taxing, really. Spots 12, 13, and 14 are the only games on the list that aren't on my trophy profile, so I will add them in due time. I don't know which game I will start with, but I'll do my best to clean up my backlog and get these mostly singleplayer games done and out of the way. Cheers for making this and giving me incentive to do this; it's most appreciated.
  3. The servers aren't down. You can still hop in them, you just can't find a single match. You can definitely party up with other players; you just can't party up with people on your same home network UNLESS someone else invites your accounts one by one, and you give the invite screen a little bit of time to know that you are going to be joining. All trophies must be earned in public matches, so there's no way around that. My friend is going to hit up Activision and be passive aggressive with them, contrasting them to EA by saying that they don't treat their player base well. But, only time will tell. All we can do is just wait and see.
  4. I don't want to burst anybody's bubble, but I'm really sure this time that we won't be able to log back into multilplayer successfully. Here's why: Due to recent testing, the leaderboard is back up and doesn't glitch out when you're scrolling through it, which happened to me last week. It's just unable to retrieve your position on the leaderboard if you don't have any stats. I can't log into the online with my main account, but I can log in with any of my alternate accounts, and I can log in with all 10 of them no problem. Reason being is probably because if you started the game up after this recent fiasco without any stats, then you can log in successfully. Here's the problem: I earned some trophies and I swear I earned some medals as well, even though the stats page wouldn't update. I only say that I earned some medals because about two days later, I was unable to log in with that account, and it keeps saying "Connection error". On top of this, I contacted Activision support about this. They already had pictures of the leaderboards not popping up when I was still able to log in successfully during the time that the leaderboards went down. They first told me to clear my cache, which has absolutely nothing to do with the online, but I did it anyways and told them that nothing changed. Then, a day later, I got this statement: "Hey there. We would like to inform you that we no longer provide support for this title. We apologize." Then I asked them if they finally shut down the servers for the game, and they came back with: "Unfortunately, we do not have any information on this." The servers are still up and running, even though Activision doesn't even know anything about their status of this game. I even emailed the CEO of Activision, and got no response from him, so I don't know what Activision is going to do. But, in summary, there's some bug in there that when the servers see statistics on a profile, it immediately blocks them from accessing the multiplayer. If that's not the issue, then I don't know what is, to be honest. I wish that we could all finish this up and get this retarded online done for a really rare platinum without any issues, but I don't know what's going to come of this. Sorry guys, but I think we're shit out of luck on this one.
  5. I'll boost it with you, fam. Got some grindy online trophies, though.
  6. I guess I probably could do that. No matter what, I still need to find me another PS3 copy, as I sold that bitch a long time ago, so it'll be a while before I get anything done. Anyways, it looks like I'll still have to play through the full game again. But, I'll make sure to do it on my good ol' PS3 faithful.
  7. That might work. I was able to do Apollo Wins on PS3, but I wonder if the trophy information is linked to the servers or the actual save itself. If it's linked to the servers, then I can just reinstall the game on my PS3, create a new save, and let it work it's magic. That's the real question that I would like to have solved. And by servers, I mean the cross save servers.
  8. That's the funny thing, though; I do care about my completion rate. I just tend to start new games a lot of the time and switch between many games at once so I don't get burned out with gaming. On topic, though: I'd be so pissed if I have to do this legitimately, but I'd rather have pure confirmation about cross save then speculation, which is not to undermine your post at all.
  9. Look, I despise Thieves in Time. I've already played it once on the PS3, and I'm dying to be done with it on the Vita. However, I can't do that stupid Training mission with Bob using the poor Vita controls while trying to be perfect. It's not happening. So, I want to cross save. However, I have already deleted my save file on PS3, but I've already got the platinum on there, and I have 17 trophies so far on the Vita. What do I have to do in order to get this platinum? Do I just need to make a new save file on PS3 and then cross save as the trophy information is already there, do I have to replay the whole game again on PS3 in order for all of the cross save to work, or do I have to do this legitimately on the Vita in order to achieve this retarded platinum? Any advice is welcome, and this might be answered already, but I just want to be certain on this one.
  10. 1. Batman: Arkham Asylum or Batman: Arkham City. 2. BioShock, BioShock 2, or BioShock: Infinite. 3. Spec Ops: The Line. The first two choices are pretty big and have been rumoured to be in collections. The Arkham and BioShock games were some of the best games of last-gen, and it shouldn't be that hard to clean them up. Spec Ops, on the other hand, was criminally underrated by critics and the general populous. It's not one of the greatest looking games, but some time on it would beef it up. Improvements on the character models and the controls would make it drastically better and smoother. The AI is fantastic in that game, and pushes you during white knuckled fights, but it would still be something great to sell for $20 or $30.
  11. Here's my position, and many others have said it before: I'm pretty pissed that Modern Warfare Remastered is not separate from any Infinite Warfare bundle. I could probably give less of a shit towards Infinite Warfare, as it's probably another lousy space opera, like Halo before it. But, that doesn't change the fact that Activision are only doing this to boost their numbers and possibly increase their sales, because everybody will want to play Modern Warfare on the next generation of consoles. By doing this, they might also not allow Call of Duty 4 to be backwards compatible on the Xbox One, which, if it was backwards compatible, would lose them sales with the remastered version coming out later this year. People will still pay for this bullshit to get Modern Warfare Remastered, and company executives win because they say that Infinite Warfare was a success. If this goes well for them, they could make a trilogy out of the damn Infinite Warfare saga and have Modern Warfare 2 and 3 come with each subsequent version of the series, giving the chance to make even more money. They might even start doing this with the original two Black Ops games as well. All in all, it's a steaming pile of shady horseshit in order to boost sales, and people need to be more aware of the situation. Also, Infinite Warfare has jetpacks and looks like Titanfall, or the other COD's before it. End of discussion.
  12. He's talking about the most popular games based on this site and how many users have placed these games into their consoles. http://psnprofiles.com/games It's on the right hand side.
  13. Abso-fucking-lutely! I plan to put some tough as nails games on there though, like Guitar Hero: Van Halen and Lost Planet 2, but those games will make me want that 100% even more. I do keep adding on games to my profile, which is why it has such a low percentage rate right now, (a measly 56.83%), but I tend to jump around, which is why it takes me forever to get platinum trophies. I know that most DLC is actually shit, and is kind of a waste of money, but I'm sucked in right now and I can't stop. Yes, I have some easy as hell games on my profile, yet those will be compensated by the ridiculously challenging games that I plan to put on there to make everything more impressive. Yes, I will avoid certain games like the plague, like those with unachievable and glitched trophies, but comparing those to the amount of games I plan to put on my profile puts that to shame. I still have my ultimate goal of becoming number one in the world, and having a 100% profile will make it all the more sweeter.
  14. Dude, you're so fucking close to Ass Creed II. Literally, all you have to do is follow guides for No-hitter, as you just need a lot of guards, smoke bombs, and your dual hidden blade, and then just pick up the Battle of Forli DLC for like $4 so that you don't have to replay the whole game again to unlock Fly Swatter.
  15. I know I may not have the most prestigious trophy record in the world, and my trophy percentage is quite low (58.22%) with a backlog that doesn't even include the massive amount of games that I haven't put on my console, but trophy hunting has sort of become another job to me. The thought of trophy hunting being another job does bother me from time to time, and it does make me question my sanity. My friends and parents always criticize me on how stupid it really is, and sometimes it is, going for an award that has no value behind it. Yet, I still find value in trophy hunting. Being awarded for my accomplishments, no matter how ridiculous some of them are, has always scratched that addictive itch that keeps me constantly coming back. It's literally one of the only things that I've been proud of in my life, when I'm not doubting my decisions, and I will continuously strive to acquire both 100% completion and become number one in the world, no matter how incredible that feat may seem. This is what trophy hunting does to some people. Their obsessive-compulsive disorder kicks in, and they torture themselves throughout the process. Luckily, I've been able to combat my displeasure and have been fighting against it for years, always willing to keep going. This is just my story. There are many other people out there like this, and some have successfully quit due to the addictive nature. I unfortunately can't, and I'm too far sucked in to be brought back up to the surface. I advise you to approach with caution when starting up the process of trophy hunting, as you could be brought down with ease like some other people. Play the games you want to play, rather than almost every single game on the market with trophies. If you don't care about 100% completion rating, then your life is made easier. If you don't care about your completion rating in general, then even more power to you. You don't have to get a Platinum trophy in every game that you get, and there's this thing called "playing games for fun, not trophies"; you should try that. If you do become addicted, then balance yourself. Not everyone lives like the prestigious trophy powerhouses out there, so be reasonable with your time, and if you have to, put restrictions on yourself. Trophy hunting can be a nuisance, but with tweaks to the formula and your life, it can be pretty fucking enjoyable.
