  1. It has been a long and grueling journey since the early days of the PS3, but now I have finally earned my new rarest trophy, XCOM 2 platinum! Blood. Sweat. Tears. Almost 3 years on and off with what is one of my favorite real-time strategy games. It's done. It's finally done. I can rest now. Good night.

Never heard of that game, Might check it out 😉.

      Btw, isn't xcom 2 turn-based?

    3. Cravinovv

@ihadalifeb4this Yes it is. One of the better ones.

@gamercris066 That's honestly surprising. If its a trophy hunt you're looking for, be warned. This one is difficult.

  2. That's good to know, because it looks like fun. Thank you.
  3. I read that this game had a non-VR option to play. I was wondering if that meant all the trophies were unlockable without the need for a VR headset. Asking for a friend (me).
  4. Just had the trophy and in game achievement pop for me by using the Blood Spear... and I was not in the Diablo fight. I had just traveled to the Silver Spire in Adventure Mode. I swapped out my skills to have the Blood Spears and decided to test how long it would take for it to get me to low health. I stood there. No enemies around me. Spammed the move until my health went critical, and suddenly the trophy popped. I don't think this was supposed to happen. I had not walked but a few steps off the waypoint in Silver Spire. Has something like this happened to anyone else?
  5. Reviving an old thread? I'm down. I love 3D Dot Game Heroes. Also the PS4/VITA Digimon games, though I'm not sure if those count as underrated or just niche.
  6. Maybe we're misunderstanding difficulty with frustration level in this case. Which is often what I view the difficulty scores on this site to represent.
  7. I really wish they'd stop using PS Plus as a dumping ground for dying games like Predator: Hunting Grounds. Not interested in the slightest with the other two offerings.
  8. Finally platinumed every Digimon game on the PS4. It was a lot of fun up until the end where it slowly turned into an ungodly grind. Manageable though, and still recommended for anyone who grew up a fan of Digimon in any capacity.

I was so happy when i picked up next order and realized it was a sequel in gameplay and story to the ps1 digimon world which was my favorite childhood game.

@Sun_emperor1 Digimon World PS1 is one of my favorite games of all time! Next Order is very fun too, and its a bit of  grind, but I did really enjoy it all the way up until the last three trophies which were the grindiest ones.

  9. not that I'm aware of. I don't think I did hat for any of them.
  10. I posted this awhile back on a status but it makes sense to post here: A bit of a tip for those players who get stuck on the infamous and eternally aggravating RNG hellscape that is hunting for the BlackAgumon medal. It doesn't have to be so bad. I have read stories of people grinding 8+ hours of just restarting the game over and over to a save that started up seconds before their digifarm quests updated on the bulletin board. Do this and you will reduce that time to an average of maybe 20 minutes, as I was having trouble, changed my tactic, and got in within three or four reloads. Step 1) Have three, no more than four, of your digifarms have all ten digimon in rookie form (total of 30 to 40 rookies). Step 2) Do NOT have any farm goods placed on the investigating farms. Sleuth Secret goods increase the chances of hacker battles, they actively hinder obtaining digimon specific search quests. Step 3) Have all farms investigate at once (It will be about 35 minutes of in game time for them to complete, and the timer will not go down while you're in the digifarm area) Step 4) Save in front of the bulletin board when you know you have a minute or two left on the investigations. MAKE SURE ALL PREVIOUS BOARD MISSIONS ARE COMPLETED. INCOMPLETE BOARD MISSIONS ARE NOT OVERWRITTEN AND THEY WILL NOT CHANGE. Step 5) Reload until BlackAgumon's Missing Property mission appears, accept the mission, finish the mission, obtain the most obnoxious medal in the whole game.
  11. I wrote a trophy guide three weeks ago and it is still pending. I'm not sure if I did anything wrong or if its that backed up for approving guides. Just curious and looking for a quick answer so I don't stress.
  12. Then I guess you won't get the 100%. Time to pack up and move on. Nothing to see here.
  13. Nier Replicant White Snow Edition! I'm so excited to revist one of my favorite PS3 games in all its cheesy, remastered glory!

  14. 11 platinums in the month of April is unprecedented for me, even when discounting the three easy platinums of the space shooter three pack with Null Drifter, Red Death, and Project Starship. Will likely take a break from so many platinums to focus on my new arrival, Nier Replicant. Platinumed this game back in the day on an old account and plan to do so again with the new game.
  15. It might not be a heavily appreciated title to those who are not fans of the Angry Video Game Nerd, but I found the Angry Video Game Nerd I & II Deluxe to be an absolute blast to play. It's not too hard and not too easy. You don't need a guide (though I did just write one and submitted it to PSNProfiles because I loved the game that much). You can choose your difficulty, and even the easiest mode is not a cakewalk. It's two and a half games in one and totally worth the price tag.
