Awesome read, Dr! I can totally relate. Glad to hear that I'm not the only one that gets annoyed with some games and their retarded trophies that you have to jump through hoops for. You need to keep writing these types of things, they're really enjoyable to read.

Congratulations Dr! lol I love all those smilies you used, how appropriate! I agree with everything you said, especially about those dam film reels. I don't get why they put them in such crazy out of the way spots either. So glad for great videos out there showing all the locations or I would have went mad looking for them all. So, what's up next on your plat list?

I just watched Oblivion last night. It was alright, but not as good as I heard it was imo. Idk if it was because I was drunk but most of the time I was confused about what was going on until the very end.

More survival horrors would be great! I really hope they put out some new ips of survival horrors. Dead Space is great, but I would like more variety rather than just sequels of games.

Yeah, it really sucked but thankfully it'd didn't mess up my journey and I got the plat. I was a little sad though because I was trying to build up my survivors to 100 so I could unlock one of the masks, but after that happened and a few bad games a lot of my people died.

I was on patch 1.02 and one time a game sat at the loading screen forever and then failed. There was one other person in my party and we both still advanced a day and tons of our people got hungry and sick. That really sucked, but fortunately it only happened once. It seems to me that the patch isn't fullproof. I'm just glad that it didn't happen more than that one time or I might have lost all my people.

Congratulations again, dr! It was a lot of fun playing with you, especially on those Community Levels. I can't wait til Ibb and Obb comes out. I think we'll do well as we seem to make a good coop team!

Ni No Kuni because I've heard great things about it but I need to work on a lot of other games before I can get to it.

I read this on the PS Blog the other day and these are a lot of great mp tips. Thought they might come in handy for anyone that hasn't read this.

I personally think this game is a lot of fun. I played an hour or so of it earlier and am at level 51 on Story Mode. The levels weren't as hard as the ones they showed in the videos. As someone else said that is to show how hard the Arcade Mode can get as you go along. I believe I read somewhere that the better you get at the game the harder the AI makes it. I think it's a fun platformer and I really didn't mind if I died. I actually thought it was pretty funny when I would die and a good challenge to get it right to get to the end of the level.

I would recommend doing the first few 100% risk by doing the marking enemies mission then later do the healing teammates mission. This is because the healing perk won't unlock until you've been playing for several weeks so you might as well do the marking enemies first. Personally I think the healing teammates mission is the easiest. If you stay near teammates and keep cover you can heal them while they are peaking around corners getting hit. The heals rack up really fast. I would usually be able to get 70+ heals which is way over the requirement you'll need so you shouldn't have any problems with that. I think I chose the healing mission 4 or 5 different times during each journey and the most heals I had to do for 3/3 was 35. I think it's best to do all tiers of the mission so that way you don't lose too many survivors and have to worry about anything. Hope this helps and have fun! The mp is quite addicting!

#54: The Last of Us I finally finished up my weeks for the Hunter journey in mp to get this awesome platinum! I'm actually a little sad that it's all over because I was really enjoying the game. This is definitely one of the proudest that I've earned and I am so happy to have it in my collection. The story was amazing and quite emotional. There were definitely some twists and turns that I never would have expected. I don't wanna give any spoilers to anyone that hasn't played it yet, but let me just say that you're in for a treat. As for the mp, I didn't think I was gonna enjoy it at first, but after playing a lot of it with friends and by myself I got quite addicted to it. It's a lot more fun than any shooter mp I've played so far and really encourages teamwork. I still plan to play the mp some with friends not just to help them out but also because I really love it. This is definitely my GoTY!
