  1. QuantumMercury He made many guides and posted many useful tips over on playstationtrophies.org but I was the most impressed by his collection of ultra rare platinums. It's too bad that he essentially quit hunting trophies after MLB 13 The Show on Vita closed a few days earlier than originally announced ruining his 100% profile.

  3. Wow, this is so well said and pretty much echoes my thoughts. And I do agree that people tend to confuse the easy games with the trophy whore games. I believe that gaming should be about games first and getting trophies in games you would be playing if there weren't trophies (although I do have a couple questionable games on my list). I usually judge a profile based on common platinums and if it makes up a considerable portion of the overall list than that hunter is a standardless bum to me. It is essentially paying for trophies and I feel confident that almost noone would buy any of the whore games if there were no trophies. However, this is just my opinion and everyone is free to do whatever they wish with their time and money.
  4. I recently moved to a small apartment and I have storage issues as well. I have probably 1500-2000 games across just about every console. So what I did was I brought only games I haven't played for PS3/PS4/Vita to my apartment and I left the others at my parents house. I brought probably 300-400 games so in order to store them, I made sure to buy a bed with built in drawers which were large enough to store most of them. The rest are also stored on a bookshelf or the built in headboard shelves on my bed.
  5. Nice idea for a topic. After looking through my list, I'd have to say it's definitely Dead Space 2 for me with the runner's up going to CoD WaW and CoD Classic.
  6. I'm in favor of this idea. I hope it gets implemented. I agree with others that the Ribbon of Effort cutoff should be 50% to weed out the commons. If it does end up being 75% or some higher number, I think that is ok as well since it will show who's padding their platinum numbers with those garbage Ratalaika stacks, JP visual novels, etc.
  7. Doom BFG Edition. It was painful going through Doom 1 and 2 because of their age and they didn't ever want to end. I kept pushing on because I remembered Doom 3 fondly from playing it back on Xbox and I couldn't wait to play through it again. Well it turns out that playing through Doom 3 for trophies ruined my impressions of the game and I no longer think of it the same way.
  8. I am level 26 and I estimate it will take 30 more hours myself. I am solo boosting with 6 ps3s. Alone, I get around 10,000xp per match.
  9. Thanks for making this thread. I believe Vesta and The Coma have special release via playasia with separate lists.
  10. Sweet already have them all. You can add me to Prince of Persia
  11. You can put me down for Ultimate Soldier. I have all except Black Ops III. World at War MW2 Black Ops MW3 Black Ops 2 Black Ops Declassified Ghosts (PS3) Ghosts (PS4) Advanced Warfare (PS3) Advanced Warfare (PS4) Call of Duty Classic
  12. 43249. I was hunting achievements until early 2009. By that time trophies had been out a few months but I didn't want to give up on the progress I made on Xbox. Eventually I was convinced by my brother and a friend to come back to Playstation.
  13. If only I had time to play them all. What's even worse is my PS4 backlog is almost as long and my PS3 backlog is about 6x longer.

  15. Buying games wayyyy faster than I can play them. I keep telling myself I'll get to them. Between Ps3,Ps4, and Vita I have around 500 not including games I have downloaded which is probably another 150-200. Work and college are the reasons for my lack of time.
