Update # 4 Hey everyone this is more than likely going to be my final update for this event. I’m sorry for the lack of posts during this event I’ve just been busy and got caught up in other things and had been going through a partial burnout which I feel is reflected in my progress since i didn’t even manage to touch 2 of the games on this list. Overall I’m still happy with what I got done. especially Yakuza 3, but I do feel this has been my weakest event entry. Update #3 Hey been a bit since the last update had a period of burnout going through and finishing up horizon plat but I still need to take care of the new game plus run. I’m steadily making progress with my list but decided to opt out of doing double visual novel games in a row and jump into Yakuza 3 which maybe is what I needed it’s been to long and I missed Kiyru. Also Still need to do the speed run play through for NieR if the weather here hadn’t been so rough today would have been perfect but both of us were worried bout the power going out and didn’t want to risk it. Update #2 Okay wow so first off sorry for being gone for so long, I really should just stop saying I’ll try and post more cause every time I fail at it. Tho it’s been a mix of a lot of IRL stuff and the length of my chosen games. I only have one last achievement for NieR and that’s the speed run play through that I’m competing with a friend to see who can finish it first so hopefully that’ll be done soon just been waiting for the schedules to line up. Update #1 Hey guys hope everyone is doing good progress on their games! Going steady on my end but slowed down by the fact multiple play throughs are needed for both games. I might try and hop around to the visual novel games if the grind for weapons and ID’s gets to tedious this week. Update #7 Alright last update for the event 11/12 games completed! I encourage anyone that likes charming stealth games that fully embrace their fantasy setting to Play Ghost of a Tale it’s really well done and I want it to get more support so the people behind it will expand on the story. And Spiritfaryer hit me harder than I thought it would, it’s beautifully done with a somber but loving story and without giving to much spoilers the end credit song is a tear jerker. I’m playing NieR now but I definitely don’t think I’ll finish it by tomorrow but it was a good run. I wish everyone good luck in the last stretch on the event and I’ll see you all in the summer event. And once again thank you @MidnightDragon for hosting these they’ve been great motivation. EDIT: After posting this I managed to get a work around to the problem and complete the game so I’ll just put what I did in case someone runs into the same problem one day. “Hey I could use a bit of advice I seem to have the missing commander glitch and I’m not sure how to resolve this. The only places that have any advice for it are on the steam versions so I’m hoping anyone came across this and got through it and what did you do?” So around the time when this glitched for me I was right before the cook mission so for me triggering that side mission along with getting the item to finish another quest of his seemed to trigger his model returning back to his office. I don’t know if this is a guaranteed fix I just got lucky it worked for me after deleting and reinstalling the game didn’t seem to do the trick.

Update #6 Gonna post early since I’ll be away this weekend. Really loved the last 2 games Battle chef Brigade is so charming and fun and I really just wanted more of it. Turns out I’m really liking puzzle games. SongBird Symphony is a gorgeous game with a beautiful soundtrack and thankfully the trophy list is very forgiving and only focuses on collectibles not the rhythm game part. Else this would have taken MUCH longer for me, I just can’t do rhythm games. 3 more games to go and I might be able to pull off this list! I’m starting up Spirit Farer tonight since it’s suppose to be pretty shot play time before this weekend. then off to Ghost of a Tale I’ve really been wanting to play that since I saw it! Every time I say I’m gonna take a break from this I keep getting pulled back in. This time tho bad timing has brought me back. My very old computer finally died and until I can get a new one I’m not exactly able to work so back to tackling the backlog while I’m saving up! UPDATE #5 Games Completed: 7 Games Incomplete: 5 Switches Used: Hey Back again with 2 games done this time! Enjoyed my Time with Kentucky Route Zero and I appreciated the storytelling as you get lost in this game about loosing your way trying to find the lost Route Zero. Chernobylite was also a really surprising game for me I liked the story and the game play of sending your team out to complete missions while your out and building onto your base and companion relationships really played into the narrative mechanics that I would only disservice by spoiling it. both pretty relaxed plats nothing missable nor difficulty specific. So I’m pretty sure there’s no way I’m getting Hades and Horizon Forbidden West done before this is over so I’m gonna switch them out for shorter titles in order to give NieR Replicant a chance to be done. With 20 days till the dead line I figured with these changes I should still finish my list in time for the finish! But Some real life stuff came up that needed attention but has been solved and is all good. UPDATE #3: Man I really underestimated how big DAI is. The good news is that I’m nearing the endgame so I won’t have to worry bout the Nightmare difficulty anymore, which in all fairness hasn’t been that bad. The DLC’s shouldn’t be that bad either though not really looking forward to doing a semi half play through for the challenge achievements but it’s whatever lol. You have a good collection it’s obvious you tend to stick closer to IPs your familiar with. You don’t seem to put to much focus into completing the games 100% with most of them being pretty “medium to light” difficulty games. You have more plats than 100% which also gives me the idea you don’t tend to go back to dlc for games very often.
