There's a few of us on discord looking to play together and help each other out earning trophies etc. Let me know if you want in? My usual Saturday update will be here later on, assuming I can work out what I've done. Edit: And fixed. Update 4: January 30th. Starting Completion percentage: 87.02% Week 1 Completion: 87.36% (+0.34%From Start) Week 2 Completion: 87.79% (+0.77% From Start) (0.42% from previous Week) Week 3 Completion: 87.90% (+0.88% From start) (0.11% from previous week) Current Completion percentage: 88.08% (+1.06% From the Start) (0.18% Increase from last week) Some more progress made with MGS: Peace Walker (42/50, 79%), just need to S-Rank everything now, of which I have maybe a Dozen or so missions left to do, will likely be done in a few more days. Started and got Astro's Playground up to 100%. What is essentially a glorifed tech demo, it's an incedibly fun little Playstation Nostalgia trip Next on my list, I'm looking at getting Spiderman up to 100% (Only need to do the New Game Plus stuff), as a sort of refresher as to the story, then I'll do Miles Morales. Arophous Posted January 31, 2021 Share Posted January 31, 2021 Been picking through Hard mode on FFVII Remake (on chapter 10) whilst also playing bit of Destiny 2 (got 1 raid trophy, 2 more left for 100%). Decided to switch up a little and throw GTA V and Persona 5 into the mix to increase trophy completion as I have yet to properly play through either. Horizon Chase Turbo Zombies Ruined My Day HiQ Ace Unlimited Entwined: Finally unlocked the last challenge... over 6 years later! So happy with this 100% --------------------- Not a big gain in % for the first month but getting a few games off the incomplete list gave me a confidence boost to get more finished. Really going to try to avoid starting any new games in February and see how many more I can scratch off, or at least whittle down. I have a few that are close to 100% so we'll see how the month goes. This resulted in a decrease of average completion. Also dusted of my PS3 to get some trophies on older games. Completion should improve in February when I plan to continue some older PS3/Vita games. Cleaned up Little Nightmares ready for the sequel! Somehow managed to plat COD: Black Ops Declassified. Also decided to take the plunge and clean up the DLC for COD: Modern Warfare 3. Also have been trying to chip away at some Super Meat Boy trophies, but I'll never achive that plat as im no where near skilled enough. Weekly update from my side: Sleeping Dogs (PS3) Loving this game and I don't know why I never did finish it in the first place. Love the combat, the atmosphere and general game play. I have made some good progress with the storyline (at least I think considering the number of characters that are killed ?) but spend also some time on side missions and collectibles as I don't want to start this task only when I finished the game. Shinobodi 2 (PSVita) Still on my second run (of 4)....made some minor progress Welcome Park (PSVita) Free to play game, never did finish it. But since Shinobodi 2 is a bit boring I thought I give it a try again. Completed it finally so another 100% on my list! Ys IX is due to arrive today, but doesn't have a trophy list on the site so it won't be able to affect completion much until it does. I'd laugh if it ends up being like VIII where I almost have the plat before the trophy list is uploaded Making great progress in the Sengoku Basara grind though. I've completed all tasks with 6 out of the 16 heroes and only have 12 playthroughs left for the unique accessories and only have one accessory left to farm materials for, but I'm having terrible luck with getting the right one to drop in the battle I can get them from. As in, I've done that battle over 5 times in a row now and got 1 drop when I needed 4 more. Most of the material farming just needed 1-2 attempts at the right battle to get what I needed so this one is a bit on the annoying side and doesn't help that it is also on the longer side. Going to keep trying to wrap this up, but knowing me as I do, I'll probably be sucked in by Ys IX until I get that plat. Edit: And of course I complain about the rates of getting that last material I needed and then get 3 of it in one run and finished up with the accessories I need to create and only have the ones that are earned by completing playthroughs left. Now if the game would just be nicer about weapon drops, I'd be a happy camper because I'm also having crappy luck with those. Feudal Alloy For whatever reason I had an itch to play a metroidvania type game this week so naturally I went to load up Hollow Knight as its considered one of the best in recent years. Then I remembered I had started up this game a year and a half ago. Decided to give it another go and really got into it this time. I wouldn't consider it hard but I did enjoy this game a lot and I really hope to see more out of this 2 person studio from the Czech Republic. If you like metrodvania games give this one a try. The Council This game has been in and out of my cart on PSN more times than I can count as I had been eyeing this game for ages. It finally felt like the right time to pull the trigger on it so I picked it up in the recent sale. I played through the first 3 chapters this weekend and am liking it so far. The voice acting isnt always the best and its hilarious to me that some glaringly obvious audio mistakes made it into the launch version of the game. I'll reserve final thoughts on this game until I complete it as I have a feeling there will be a plot twist or two to come. Nioh Didn't get a lot done on this game this past week but did manage to knock out a couple more bosses and also score a couple trophies. Illusion is in the works and almost at the end of the story and I will hold off on that one too right at the final secret boss. Aery was cool little game for a side quest. I have a month before the spring backlog begins so I need #75 done by then.. I have almost dug myself out of the hole I was in too so hopefully this month I will make actual progress, depends on how heavy school work gets.
