Chess Ultra:

 

Had some issues with the 32P tournament since two of the alts I originally used didn't want to recognize the tournaments at all, so I had to put in two new alts and send another tournament. Aside from that though, it's about as easy as one would expect a chess platinum to be, which is to say I had it done in just under 10 hours since I thankfully had a shitload of alts on hand from the first time I did Zumba.

 

Speaking of which, Zumba still isn't here yet, so all I have left for now is PES 2014. Gonna be fun times having all those matches play themselves.

This event has been a lot of fun so far. I've increased my UR count from 100 to 134 and I'm definitely getting a bit hooked on seeing that number go up. I'll probably be focusing on a bit longer games this month with the Nioh 2 Remaster and Ys IX coming out, but I still want to squeeze in some smaller games.

Zumba (EU): Welp, Zumba ended up arriving a fair bit sooner than I expected, so I was able to start on it pretty quickly. Mostly done the non-UR trophies, which I should be able to finish up early tomorrow. As for alts, I have plenty of them in stock still, but chances are I'll still have to make some of my own since a fair amount of the alts I used last time have expired.

 

May end up using a swap on PES 2014 since I'm not really feeling it as much right now, but I'll see where things are when I get done with Zumba and I really do just have that left. As it is, I'd wanna replace it with something that's easy in its own right, and while I have candidates in mind, it would probably be better to save them for the next tier.

This now presents me with a bit of an issue as all remaining games are on the PS3. Fuel should be possible (only like 25% of the challenges and half of the Vista points left) and after that, I'll probably use a switch. No idea for what though.

Alright, next update for me and I have finally completed Tier 1.

After I already boosted the online with some of my friends about a month ago, it was time to get around cleaning up the singleplayer. Pretty dissapointing game especially after Lost Planet 2. I really wish that they could fix the leaderboards for that one, but for now this plat will have to be enough. 

The singleplayer for LP3 was not too long, definitely took me less than 20hrs and the same goes for the online. It's mostly a 1v1 boost and only a few upgrades requiere a 3rd player. 

 

 

Battlefield 4 (PS3)

 

Another quick game and not too complicated to boost, however the singleplayer is a glitchy mess. The hardest thing was to actually rent the goddamn server, as my friends and I had to buy about 4 servers before one of them actually registered. It's a shame the stats transfer feature to the PS4 doesn't work anymore, so I'll actually have to do it again in the near future. 

 

And here we go with my Tier 2 list:

I don't really expect any of those games to pose any real challenge, but they have to be taken care of as I've promised to play them soon with some of my friends. I hope that I can finally take care of some of the more "impressive" games in Tier 3 or 4. I mean I now have 2 swaps available, so maybe I will throw in some games again like I did with both Dead Space 2 stacks, I'll have to see.

Zombie Tycoon 2 was a very nice change of pace.I enjoy RTS games so this was a fun experience.Now the plan is to do mortal kombat but I will not be getting the platinum any time soon thanks to the infamous My Kung Fu Is Stronger trophy.I will do everything else and then progress little by little over a big period of time as I don't intend to go hardcore with it.I will probably include mortal kombat in tier 3.As for the remaining tier 1 games I will be playing LittleBigPlanet 2 next.

My first update:

I snagged the platinum in Deus Ex Mankind Divided, it was originally one of the game I added, but I backtracked once I saw you need all the DLCs too, hell no, I'm not paying for that, I also got the platinum in Injustice, to my estimations, the hardest of the five, so that's a good morale boost, the %s of the other 4 games are the same, we'll see what I'll tackle now.

First of all thanks to the awesome community members @Copanele & @Arcesius & @Mori for hosting this wonderfull event. It is amazing that you are donating for a good cause.

 

As a completionist this event suits my need very well and gives me a reason to go for more UR trophies. My first tier picks are:

I have a few more games in mind for the future, but these games are pretty lengthy so they should take me a while. I always wanted to try out the Yakuza series so this is even more of a reason to play them. 10 second ninja is the only short game on this list, I completed it previously on pc and had a good time. Too bad that almost all UR I want to go for are all so long ?

Three games down! If I never see the Atari game Tempest ever again, it will be too soon. I think the Tempest trophy took me almost as long as the rest of the list in the Atari Classics. Inside My Radio was definitely a tricky hybrid of platformer and rhythm game, but overall it's really fun. Nights Into Dreams was more confusing than anything until I realized how to score properly. It's definitely a game that missed my childhood, so it was interesting to see what all the fuss was about finally.

First of all I want to mention that this event is awesome. Not only do I enjoy reading about the experience of other players with certain UR games, but also it gives me good insight/inspiration in what other UR games are out there. Some of those UR games I've never seen or heard before, but after looking them up they sure look interesting.

 

That being said, I would like to make a list minute swap for my list.. if that's okay ?. Quite frankly I have not been doing a good job on creating my tier list and being optimal with points.. I have completed some UR games that were not mentioned on my tier list, so I kinda missing out on some points already. But then again I'm nearing my personal goal of 100% completion rate, so I don't feel like waiting with completing those UR games until later this year. Because of this I feel like I'm going to use this event rather for motivation purpose. To motivate myself to complete the more difficult games on my backlog (mostly the ones mentioned on the "Most Wanted" list). This also brings me to the swap I would like to make.

 

I would like to swap Koihime Enbu for Warhammer: Vermintide 2. At the begin of the year I figured it would still take a while for Warhammer to be finished, mainly because our team only plays a few hours each week and the weaves DLC is quite time-consuming. However, we ended up making solid progress towards the weaves and the clean-up for misc trophies went faster than expected, so we're almost done with the game! So my new tier list will be the following:

1. Street Fighter V (1.17%) - 100%

2. Warhammer: Vermintide 2 (1.49% ; 0.25%) - 84%

Alright. My first game done: Super Meat Boy.
 

One of my long time backlog games. January 5th 2019: I decided to play some tough games that year and within a few minutes I unlocked a trophy in SMB, Wolfenstein 2, Sine Mora Ex & Trials Fusion. Over two years later it’s finally done. (Still need to complete Wolfenstein 2, maybe in Tier 2?)
 

Onto my next long time backlog game: Ys Origin.

 

Also making more progress in Black Ops III. As Mori und Koro are finally almost done with Vermintide 2 we have some more frequent sessions. 
 

We are actually looking for someone who has completed all Easter Eggs to get a trophy in Revelations. So if you have done that and want to help us out that would be great!

Congrats on the Atari Flashbacks platinum! I started working on that game, but the Tempest trophy was too tough for me. Maybe I'll add it as a later tier game for some motivation.

Zumba (EU):

 

In terms of difficulty, this one is an absolute joke for the rarity. There's like an hour of mindless controller wiggling and then you can pretty much idle the rest of the platinum. The main issue here is just needing to get together 100 different accounts to play with. I had 67 or so that still worked from when I did the NA version plus a couple new ones, but I had to step in and actually make 32 accounts to get the plat, 27 of which I ended up using. The local MP trophies were also a bit of an annoyance for me just because both of my Move controllers need to be plugged in to the console to work as neither can hold a charge at all, so I had... quite a bit of fun dicking around with a USB hub so the game would recognize two Move controllers and the PS Eye at once.

 

Anyway... just PES 2014...

If possible, I would like to use my swap for the tier to replace PES 2014 with Boggle.

 

Grinding through that online tonight and then I can refocus Tier 2 onto stuff I feel more like doing.

 

PES 2014 will likely reappear down the line, but I wanna get to a point where I actually feel like going through with it and Winning Eleven 2014 first. Probably post-Mugen Souls.

It's definitely the hardest part. At first I was moving too much--but slowing down and taking things as they come to you seems to be much more manageable. I found joystick control to be better than d-pad since I was able to quickly flick to the side to clear the rainbow enemies and then go right back. I think I used something like sensitivity 3 or 4. I also found that tapping the shot rhythmically was a lot better than bursting something down unless one of the yellow enemies was closing in. I'm not sure how much time you put into it, but you can actually kill the yellow enemy while shooting from the slot next to them. It's only a 30-40 second level, but damn does it feel like ages. I had so many runs right to the end before finally managing to do it clean. With some practice, I'm sure you'll be able to do it!

Batman Arkham Origins was super fun, I did the multiplayer a while ago(which was awful) so it was a matter of time until I did the single player. Definitely the easiest Arkham game so far for me(still didn't play Arkham Knight ), had a good time with it.

 

Now for Tier 2...I have 3 games planned: Art of Fighting Anthology, Blazblue Centralfiction and Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. I need to figure out 2 more games to add that won't completely kick my ass. Will update my list soon once I think of something.
