Popular Post Psy-Tychist
I know I can't compete with the games people are posting here, but I will keep trying. Knytt Underground - 4% Completion Batman: Arkham City (PS3) - 76% Completion Hand of Fate - 56% Completion Neon Chrome - 26% Completion ➡️ 52% flOw (PS4) - 45% Completion ➡️ 90% Some movement in flOw, hopefully get the last two trophies done and have one in the bag. Neon Chrome will just need some grinding to get all the unlockables but have about half done now, which is some improvement.
Popular Post Walt the Dog
Ark: Survival Evolved: (Forgot to save the plat/100% screenshots and frankly, they're boring anyway considering I ended with a dossier and explorer notes, respectively) Easy plat thanks to the admin codes. Had most of it done in a few hours and then just saved the explorer notes and dossiers for tonight. Thankfully didn't have any real issues with the explorer notes. Missed a fair few of them typing in the individual codes for them since I only started checking for the autosave prompt about halfway through, but thankfully I got enough that the command to give them all didn't crash the game and I was able to get my last two trophies without issue. On a side note... 30 UR plats! Hoping I can maybe get to 50 this year at the pace I'm going at, accounting for slowdown once I run out of short plats like Chess Ultra and Ark.

I saw it at 4.59% initially , though "heck yea it will be a piece of cake". No wonder I suck at math, it has very few players and there's actually only 72 platinum achievers (and with me 73 :> ) Special ode to the greatest villain ever : Young Geese Howard from Art of Fighting 2. He whooped my ass big time. A crazy man like no other. He was so cheap he didn't even need a super meter bar. Normally you need meter (or mana/ki/motor oil) to fire them projectiles and special moves. Not for this guy, he runs on unlimited supplies of Kool Aid and went "OH YEAH" on my ass. The best boss. I hate him and love him at the same time. No wonder he whomped Jeff Bogard in his prime. Anyway after this game I will need a break. Either do something else or play some zen/meditation game. I expect to get trashed around the first time I play it, especially since I am still getting used to the mechanics. Popular Post Hisuiryu
It's been about a month since my last update here - I have been making some good progress but no new completions yet... reading everyone's progress here is very motivating though! I've mentioned before that Disgaea 4 is actually going to be my #100 milestone, but I've been putting a lot of time into it already and just playing it alongside other things. I'm getting close to finishing everything that isn't just RNG grind (collecting missing items and pirate ship parts) - I managed to defeat normal Baal yesterday without too much trouble, and more importantly I got him to use all his skills! I actually thought that would be all of them but there's still one bow skill I'm missing, so I might try and find someone in the Netherbattle tournament with it which I got almost immediately after posting! The 10bn damage trophy is also within sight as Desco is sat at ~42m atk! I still expect another 30-50 hours before I've finished it overall. And other than that, I ended up restarting Thief at the weekend! Since my previous play was only a short way in I figured it was best to just start from scratch. It's still an extremely mediocre game, but nothing too hard so far once I got the hang of it. I have learnt the hard way that getting the "Hybrid" playstyle at the end of a missions means you get NONE of the style-based thieving challenges even if you completed all of them which is just annoying. Popular Post Floriiss
Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Warhammer: Vermintide 2 is one of the best games I've played in recent years. The gameplay is brutal, the levels are challenging, the atmosphere is intriguing, there's a lot of variety in playstyle and above all this entire game can be played in co-op mode, making the experience even more enjoyable. In this game you're traveling through towns, castles and landscapes while fighting off waves of enemies. Teamwork plays a big part here. It's very important to stick with your team and help each other out. Now, the game knows this all too well. So aside from regular waves they also throw in waves of "specials". These type of enemies strike fast and often focus on a single player. They try to disable one player or drag them away from the group, meaning that overtime you'll be standing with less and less players by your side. At those times it's really easy to get overrun by the horde of enemies. This creates some really tense moments. Not to mention that the enemy spawns are different in each run. Because of this you don't know what to expect. You're always on the edge of your seat preparing for the next wave of whatnot to come. It's the unpredictability and the tense moments combined with the satisfying gameplay that makes this game so awesome. There's a total of five characters you can play as, with each class having three subclasses. I ended up choosing "Kerillian" as my main. She is an archer and is the character that appealed to me the most (because I enjoy FPS games a lot and they pictured her with a ranged weapon). From the beginning I enjoyed playing as this character, but later on I unlocked her subclass "Shade" and at that point I absolutely fell in love with the character. Not only could I play as the archer, but also my class would allow me to go invisible. This was really helpful during tense scenarios where I had to evade specials or hit some crucial shots. Yeah I really enjoyed playing this class. Below is a picture of what she looks like. The hardest part about this game is the DLC content, so called "weaves". Clearing weaves 1-80 in ranked mode was challenging and often times frustrating. The weaves are short missions where you have to complete an objective and beat a boss fight. Now this sounds very simple and straightforward, but each weave has it's own modifier. What does that entail? Well you could have missions where all enemies are invisible for instance, or enemies drop damaging thorns or death orbs upon death. It's modifiers like these that made it a brutal experience. At times this game was frustrating. When it sucked it also really sucked. Especially when you're stuck on the same mission for a few hours. But once you get through the suck it was also good. Like really, really freaking good. A great sense of accomplishment for both yourself and the team. All together it's a fantastic game. Highly immersive and really easy to get hooked (literally, the packmaster will get you). I'm glad that I had the opportunity to play this game and I would like to thank my team members @Arcesius, @Mori and @Koro249 for not only playing this game with me, but also sticking to my side till the very end. Popular Post Don_carlito94
Awesome event! I’ve had my eye on this event but wasn’t sure what to go for. I’m not particularly an ultra rare hunter but I would like to challenge myself with some tougher games once in a while. So here is my list for tier 1, don’t know how far I’ll go but for me it’s just a personal competition with myself and completing a few games for a good cause. Tier 1: 1. Assetto Corsa (0.22%UR) - 67%2. Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus (0.80%UR) - 0% 3. Project Cars 2 (4.17%UR) - 0%4. I am Bread (0.33%UR) - 0% 5. WRC7 (4.19%UR) - 80% The first game I’ll complete is Assetto Corsa and I’m saving it for my 70th platinum as a milestone. Done the hardest stuff and just need some grinding for career and a few special races so it’s just a matter of time. I’m more worried about I am Bread and Wolfenstein 2, but we’ll see how it goes lol.

Popular Post Arcesius
Well, once the ball gets rolling... Next update! Tier 1 Pier Solar and the Great Architects Neon Abyss Descenders 10 Second Ninja X Warhammer: Vermintide 2 Neon Abyss is my third completed game for Tier 1. It is a 2D rogue-lite platformer that, for some reason, reminds me a ton of The Binding of Isaac (which I haven't played yet, but, you know..). All items that you pick up during a run stack, and you can end up with pretty ridiculous and OP runs, with weapons that fill then entire screen when firing, the ability to fly all over the place, etc... As for the completion.. this game could have had a really challenging set of trophies. But while there are 2-3 trophies that require a bit of dedication, the devs went with the grindy-route instead of the challenging one (why exactly do I need to die 99 times?). That sucks, but it is what it is. The game was still quite a bit of fun regardless of the end-game grind. Now... completing this game puts me back at around 99.5% completion, with only Pier Solar and the Great Architects (88%) and Crypt of the NecroDancer (66%) incomplete on my profile... So I don't really know where to go from here. I guess I'll try to finally get Pier Solar done (after a break of over a year), but I also feel like playing something with a story again. I would really love to play FF7 Remake, but I dunno if I want to spend 70€ for it. Maybe The Surge 2? Maybe Bioshock 2? Maybe neither... I should probably do my next UR game ? we'll see! Guys, thanks again so much for participating, for your entertaining updates and the positive feedback... I will try to update you all on some event-related figures (amount raised thus far, games completed, etc...) soon, so stay tuned!
Popular Post Eqill5
I have completed my first game in Tier 1 today with F1 2017! This was a huge grind, in two aspects. You must purchase at least 75% of the upgrades for your car in single player career and reach max rank in online mode. The only way to develop your car in single player is through use of resource points, these are awarded through completing 5 practice programmes which is best spread over all three practice sessions of a Grand Prix weekend to gain the best output for your efforts. They are also awarded for qualifying, completing the race and misc. things such as laps completed, clean laps, etc! Why such a grind? because very little resource points are awarded - and the upgrades are expensive! In total it took me 4 full seasons and 9 races to finish this. The online mode is where I had the most fun with the game, surprisingly! Short sprint races are a lot of fun and it’s more exciting racing against real people. In order to reach rank 50, you also need a hefty amount of experience points and this is as simple as the better you qualify and the better you finish in a race, the more you gain! The online mode for F1 2017 is quite quiet nowadays so there was a lot of familiar faces each time I played, some were fast, clean drivers who I enjoyed racing against, but with any online racing, comes the first corner kamikazes who did tarnish a few potentially good finishes and wins. In total it took me 181 online races to complete. I’m glad it’s over and that means I’m one big step closer to completing every instalment in the F1 series! 1. F1 2017 2. Cloudberry Kingdom 85% 3. Badland 48% 4. F1 2019 70% 5. Limbo (PS4) 0%

And I won't lie, those trials are difficult. But that's because enemies can deal tons of damage quickly, while off-screen (those flying bats all deserve to be in hell, good thing that's where they are), summoner stages are a play of tag, where you damage him twice, then he's at another side of the map, enemies can easily break off your attacks without any chance of reaction, which ends up making the "spam projectiles from afar" the most reliant and best strategy to beat them. Popular Post AuburnDRM
Sonic Mania and Strike Suit Zero rounded out my Tier 3 completion. Sonic was much more focused on the puzzly bonus game than the platforming challenges--which was a little weird to me, but still really fun in the end. The pure speed of the bonus made it quite satisfying to get a perfect score on each level. It also seems that there are even harder levels unlocked in the Extras menu that I might try to tackle at some point. Strike Suit Zero wasn't much to write home about. When you have meter to be able to use the mech form, it was pretty fun, but even then there wasn't much depth to it. I'll try to figure out which games to put in Tier 4 over the weekend and I'll report back with a list soon. Tier 3 Complete: Strike Suit Zero (1.78%) (New) Atari Flashback Classics Volume 1 (0.79%) Sonic Mania (1.92%) (New) Nights Into Dreams (4.68%) Inside My Radio (0.57%)

postofficebuddy
@Copanele I’m still thinking about it, although my plans may have just changed. I’m making shockingly fast progress on BBCPE and I just finished up the hardest trophy on the list. Complete all of one characters challenges. Popular Post blu3st4rdust305
Completed my second game. Dragon Age: Inquisition has been taunting my game list for 6 years. Finally committed to crushing it. Finished my original Normal playthru, then did the three DLCs, before cycling back to complete the game again on Nightmare. Various save files totaled 200+ hours. By a significant margin, my longest 100%/plat. Despite being cold to RPGs and only lukewarm to open world games, I had a pretty good time with it. Tier 1: Steep (2.67% ; 0.43% UR) - 0% -> 100% Dragon Age: Inquisition (6.53% ; 1.07% UR) - 34% -> 100% Tales of Zestiria (3.63% ; 2.31% UR) - 15% Deus Ex: Mankind Divided (2.56% ; 0.78% UR) - 0% Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime (3.44%) - 0% Started the event with 61 URs Last update (1/14/21): 70 URs Currently: 72 URs All of that for only two more URs... I am looking warily at Tales of Zestiria. Not sure I'll have the will to crush another chunky RPG for a while.
