No.

 

You need to have both ability level 20 and one skill level 20 in the same category.

 

For example, level 20 technical with level 20 crafting.

Here's an easy way to to this:

Note they're on Xbox so just replace Y with  and A with .

 

I've tried this and can confirm it works. Takes less than 20 minutes assuming you have the necessary attribute points available.

The very lazy method

Get 'Body' to value 20

Equip Berserk

Activate Berserk 

Slide AND while sliding go to the map

Wait a bit (you can check how far you are as long as you don't leave map menu)

Atletics Level 20 is yours

I feel like a idiot I didn't remember putting 20 into quick hack on the broken camera that rewarded 14,000 plus every time you hacked it and then I reverted back to a save.  I sat there and tried to unlock the trophy yesterday half the day only to find out I already did it.
