What to use my Neighborhood Unlock on? *possible spoilers*

So as I recall, at the end of the STAG Party mission you can receive something that lets you auto-conquer one section of the map, automatically completing the challenges in that area. Which area is the best to use it on (ie which has the hardest/most annoying challenges)? I remember some of the minigames were a real pain, but it’s been a while and I’d like to hear others’ experiences.

 

Also, I heard that there was the possibility of getting a second unlock (via DLC) I believe. Was that included in the PS4 version?

As I recall. There were only two Auto-Conquers, the STAG Party mission reward, which I never took, or the Player Upgrade that you can purchase from the phone. I usually save them for the one or two Activities that I have a serious problem with, like Trail Blazing. Most of the other activities can be easily cheesed if you know what to do, like Insurance Fraud.

Either the Professor Genki Hard challenges or the Heli Assault Hard challenges. The other 2 times I platinumed this game these challenges fucking ENRAGED me!!! Such a mind numbingly TEDIOUS game that can be so goddamn frustrating at times as well. No idea what possessed me to platinum this game twice and go after a third stack (which is what I'm currently working on as of this post).

Keep it and if any of the challenges gives you too much trouble use it to bypass it.

I managed to 100% it without it, but I did use it just to pop the trophies earlier, which was pointless since one mission pertained to a locked activity.

 

The hardest challenges for me were all the Kinzie ones. Not giving you a lock-on during heli assault sucks and the trailblazing one can be impossible without the nitrous upgrade.

 

Other than that, the one I hated the most was one of the Zimos Escort missions. It took me well over 30 retries because I kept getting the “stop for 5 seconds” challenge or my car flipped over near the end.

 

I say just do all activities before STAG arrives and if you find one or two that piss you off, you can save that reward/upgrade for that.

I Platted this one years ago and have been replaying the remaster. The Kenzie Heli Assault I've tried a dozen times and have not gotten remotely close to finishing. So, at 10 hours in, I'd look out for this one. This one is a lot more challenging than I remember.

Exactly. The Kinzie protection missions are a nightmare. Save the 2 upgrades for these
