Good Ending but i killed any monster??

Hi,

 

I'm very confused that i got the good ending on my 2nd walkthrough but i didn't get the Pacifist trophy.

 

How could it be possible? I didn't kill any monster at all!

you didn't use any light sources either, like the shacks on the train ride level, you gotta sneak in and around grab everything in the dark without touching any lights

Thanks for your advice, on my 2nd walkthrough i did trigger the enviroment light but i think i reloaded the savedata.

 

I just did my 3rd walkthrough, speedrun, ignoring ex-wife's call, ignoring the dog's feelings, got a similar ending like the good ending except the dog barks at me in the end. And got the damn no-killing trophy.
