Quickest way to get "Master Architect" if it glitches

As per the title, the "Master Architect" trophy has glitched on me as I've unlocked all the upgrades but the trophy hasn't popped for me.

 

After looking around I believe I need to start a new game in order to get this achievement so wondered from other players who have had to do the same thing what is the quickest way to get this trophy please?

Unless you have a back up save prior to earning the final upgrade yea your screwed into another run, but be sure to check no story missions give you one, been years since i played it cant remember if you get something through story progression, have you looked at a guide?
