Is the Hitman3 progress carryover website have been fix?

I going to get the game in a few more days & want to know if the carryover website have been fix or not.

It's been a week since lauch, so probably most players already transfered their progress. website runs smooth at the moment so I think you're good to go.

I just played Hitman 3 for the first time today - I don't know if the carryover website has been fixed yet, because I cannot even access this as whenever I request a password reset for my IOI account, it tells me 

{"error":"Invalid partial login credentials"}

 

whenever I click the link to reset my password!

 

So I cannot access the carryover page!

 

If anyone has encountered this and knows how to fix please let me know.
