I have made no progress since last weekend, I got swept up in all the Fall Guys craziness in the past week need to crack on with Dragon Age 2 though if I'm gonna complete this challenge! Thank you! also I completely forgot to say - congrats on Cuphead! That platinum seems like an absolute monster to achieve, so I feel like that platinum alone is already equal to my entire completion list in this challenge ?. I've been thinking about starting up the Dragon Age trilogy recently, but since the Mass Effect trilogy remaster came along, I've started to hold out hope EA/Bioware will do something similar with DA:O, DA:2 and DA:Inquisition. I would love to jump back into that series again.

I would love to jump back into that series again. I really enjoyed Dragon Age Origins, the story in it was great. But there are regular frame rate dips as you head into combat encounters, and the combat mechanics are difficult to manage on the console. Dragon Age 2 so far the combat is improved, but the story is weaker. I've not played Inquisition yet, but that game is always in the PS4 sale, I picked up a copy with all the DLC for £7 not that long ago. If you wanted to fully complete the earlier games, just be aware the DLC in the PS3 store is kinda pricey, I spent £45 last year on the DA:O DLC alone....but I am a completionist, so needs must ?
Popular Post be_minor
Update #5: Fifth and final update for me this challenge! I thought it’d be down to the wire when I first made this list, but the RNG gods have favored me in my final game: Ni No Kuni. Since completing the remaster last year, I already knew about the grind post-game and planned to work on it for at least half of May. Thankfully, grinding for alchemy ingredients only took about two days total since I’d been thorough throughout the main game. For anyone interested in completing Ni No Kuni (highly recommended for the story alone), I’d suggest working on collecting familiars, ingredients, and glims as early as possible in your play through. This is my second 100% challenge and the first one I’ve completed fully. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed participating, reading updates weekly, and knocking off a bit of my backlog. As for what’s next: I’m combing through my games to figure out what I want to include in the summer challenge, time-permitted. Until next time, cheers challengers! [Thanks for the congrats @YaManSmevz. I really appreciate the well wishes ?] Red = Haven’t startedGreen = Progress madeBlue = Completed 100% 1. Mass Effect 2 2. Mass Effect 3 3. MediEvil 4. Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch 5. Invizimals: The Lost Kingdom Swaps (1/2)

Popular Post StilRh
Hi guys. Update time: This week got through most of RE8 campaign trophies. I have just the final boss to go on Village of Nightmares difficulty and then a recipe to unlock and craft immediately afterwards. Mercinaries mode planned for this week. I've found this seasonal challenge to be one of the hardest yet between my work and health (2nd dose astrazenica has really floored me lol) but at least it's not because of getting bored with my selected games. There are plenty of good strategies out there now, you can absolutely do it though and i'm sure you'll have no problem with it, but i'm always around if you need any advice. Congrats on the second dose! Popular Post YaManSmevz
Hi all, it's that time of the week for me again. Sadly the chaotic workplace has reared its ugly head yet again, and I haven't been as productive as I would've liked. One day off last week and no days off this week? Things slowing down the better part of last month was a mere tease, it seems... Finished GTA3, and while I very much enjoyed that trip in the time machine, I'm happy to be finished. Whenever you're done with an old game and start something more contemporary, the return to modern controls is a massive breath of fresh air! Fallout 4 is where I'm seeing my hope of finishing this challenge on the proverbial ropes. I'm tempted to swap it out for Suicide of Rachel Foster and/or Gris, which I bought for the mental health challenge but ended up not participating. I'll decide within the next few days if pushing on with FO4 seems feasible, or if not I'll have to.. dun duh dun dun.... SIMPLY FINISH IT AT MY LEISURE! OH THE HORROR!! Props to @Crispy_Oglop and @be_minor for wrappin it up early! Lovin the energy everybody's got at this stage, let's get it? 1. Resident Evil 2 ✅ 2. Overcooked 2 ✅ 3. Final Fantasy 7 ✅ 4. Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Remastered ✅ 5. Manhunt ✅ 6. Fallout 4 (33-->38%) 7. Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes ✅ 8. Grand Theft Auto 3 (30-->100%) ✅ Edited May 24, 2021 by YaManSmevz
Popular Post Heather342
Update 16 I managed to get back on the PS3 over the weekend to work on Dragon Age 2. Not made anywhere near as much progress as I would have liked. As mentioned earlier, the renewed Fall Guys hype took hold, and it has been crazy. Once that infallible trophy was out the way, I started smashing through all the other trophies and now I'm almost at the platinum a week later! But I must put that on the back burner for now, otherwise it's going to seriously mess up all the work I've done for carefully planned milestones haha! ? I started playing DA:2 just before the start of the spring challenge, and going back to it after a long break I'd completely forgotten where I was and what's going on. Managed to knock out some side quests, and re-established that I am near the end of act 2. This is my first playthrough, and I know I'll need to do a second run to get all the trophies. There's a bank holiday weekend coming up in the UK, and my work company has given us another day off on Friday as a way to thank employees for dealing with the craziness of the past year. So here's hoping I can use that time to clear up the rest of this game and complete the challenge ? Lovin the energy everybody's got at this stage, let's get it I can definitely recommend The Suicide of Rachel Foster if you are looking for a good swap. It's pretty short but a really interesting story and quite creepy in parts, especially if you have the sound turned up or a good-ish headset. 2 minutes ago, Heather342 said: Update 16 I managed to get back on the PS3 over the weekend to work on Dragon Age 2. It is a lot of fun, but other people can be right bastards sometimes ? it wasn't one I was going to start on my profile, because that infallible trophy was an impossible task and I didn't want it to taunt me on my profile. But then the glitch in the mid season update essentially gave the trophy away, and I've never seen people rally round so quickly to help people out to get their trophy before it got fixed. It was a really good community spirit for the most part, there were a few salty folks but not that many haha!
Popular Post Dzware
I've completed 2 more games since my last update. Limbo was a short, but very enjoyable experience. I really like these types of games (Inside is also great, from the same developers), and even enjoyed doing the run for which you can only die 5 times. Also enjoyed talking a bit about the interpretations and how different people took other meanings from the game. Definitely recommend this one! Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time took me much longer to complete (almost 7 years even lol, but about 30 hours in-game), and I feel like the length really dragged this game down a bit. I always enjoy a good platformer, but the platforming is only decent and got stale pretty quickly. The story is also quite repetitive, with the 5 main episodes each being basically a repeat of each other with a different skin (except for 1 small twist towards the end). The collectibles were also way too much, effectively doubling my playtime after finishing the story. Glad to be done with this one! Modern Warfare 2 - 50% DOOM 2016 - 33% Injustice: Gods Among Us - 62% Skyrim - 13% inFamous - 7% Catherine - 100% Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time - 23% --> 100% Mass Effect 3 - 3% Futuridium PS4 - 100% Lumo - 0% --> 5% Limbo - 0% --> 100% I've also started with Lumo last night, which will probably be my last game for this event. I didn't do quite as much as I hoped to, due to available time and Catherine taking longer than I expected to, but still glad to have at least cleaned up a few games that were unfinished for a long time. Popular Post YaManSmevz
So I needed less than a day to realize it's time to give Fallout 4 the old heave-ho. Played for the better part of the morning and spent waaay too much time on that wretched Best Left Forgotten mission, which can be summed up as follows: Minecraft + Portal 2 × A Game That's Already Time Consuming As It Is = Shit. Information that literally nobody ever needed nor was even remotely interested in knowing. And to add insult to injury, you don't even get a trophy for your trouble! Ugh. Straw that broke the camel's back, as they say. Still plan on finishing it soon, but tryin to get it done in an already busy week?? No thanks! Anyway, to make a long story longer, I'll be swapping that out for The Suicide of Rachel Foster (on the glowing recommendation of @Crispy_Oglop) and adding Gris, as I feel swapping out a game as long as Fallout 4 merits more than one short game as a replacement. 1. Resident Evil 2 2. Overcooked 2 3. Final Fantasy 7 4. Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Remastered 5. Manhunt 6. Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes 7. Grand Theft Auto 3 8. The Suicide of Rachel Foster 0% 9. Gris 0% Fallout 4 (38-->39%) falls OUT!

I made a bit of progress through Rapunzel as well, but it's a lot of stages to go through.... Popular Post freddie1989
I don't think I have done an update since this one but I may have missed on in between. It has been a very uninspiring this time round for me due to a mix of lack of time and then not wanting to play when I have time. Put some work in on Darksiders 2 which is fun like the first one so I look forward to finishing the series off. I haven't even finished the story on Apocalyptic yet though so wont be getting ti done in the next week for sure. Will do a final update at the end and hope for a better result next time round. Popular Post Heather342
Update 17 Mid week progress check in. So I'm about half way through Act 3 on DA:2, and I think I've done all the misc trophies I can for this first playthrough. So plan tonight is to ditch remaining side quests and just plow through the main mission to close out this first run. Second playthrough needs to be as a different character class, and making all the opposite decisions this time around (basically my being a jerk playthrough ?). I'll also need to pick up all the collectables as I missed some things in my first run. Finally would need to do a partial 3rd playthrough to get past the intro with the third character class and that should be everything. Can I do all this by EoD Monday??? ? It's gonna be a close call! Actually that's the reason I still haven't gone back to it to finish up ? I think I did around 55-60 of them without a guide, mostly towards the end I used videos especially for the rosaries. My patience is getting pretty thin with it at this point so I'll probably use a guide for most of the bonus stages. Also Babel stage 1: complete! Popular Post dark_moon689
Update 4: Uncharted Lost Legacy was a lot fun and lot shorter than I expected, the gameplay was solid for the most part and the story was good, predictable but good. Meanwhile Hatoful boyfriend which has been on library for years and had been spoiled for me over time, was surprisingly interesting and I actually enjoyed it in all it's weirdness. I am not sure if I will be able to finish my other 2 games, probably not my time at Portia because I am still annoyed that it bugged out and can't bring myself to restart it but maybe I will go back to my ps3 for the last game before the week is over. 1. Popular Post Draps-1337
Alright, I think this will be my last update. I'm never going to get around to crash in the next 3 days and certainly am not going to smash those platinums out in 1 day each. I'm currently playing Persona 5 Strikers and it's pretty damn good so far! So that's good. Stephen Universe was pretty good. The combat system became pretty dry and repetitive after the halfway point. luckily the game isn't too long so it wasn't too bad to push through till the end. I'm going to sit out of the next challenge. I've just not been feeling like hitting the games as hard lately. I feel as though I should spend more time with my loved ones and other hobbies. I might see you all in the winter. Good luck everyone! Journey To The Savage Planet (81%) plat Moonlighter (84%) plat Monkey King: Hero is back (28% -> 71%) plat Steven Universe: Save The Light! Popular Post Heather342
So I was making progress yesterday, I finished my first playthrough and started my second. But today I've encountered PS3 network error code that has logged me out, and it is now impossible to log back in ? I tweeted support, as the Sony website has nothing for PS3. Here's hoping it gets fixed soon, otherwise I can't sync my trophies to my profile.
