'Course I have killed people, like a lot, but to mention I'm not sure if I had enough on official, since they almost dead every time. So this is the case? Also any tips to arrange handcuffs moments. It seems very hard to not kill, and more harder to trick someone into the scene. Are rubber slugs my best bet?
