navaljodel
Today is LittleBigPlanet's 5th birthday! Hooray! Thank you Media Molecule for such amazing games, one of the best UGC sharing made games I've ever played! With over 8,000,000+ levels to play on LittleBigPlanet + LittleBigPlanet 2, many of the levels are just simply outstanding and that they are all FREE to play. Also, like every early November, the FREE Birthday Cake costume is back on the PlayStation Store for 1 week ONLY to commemorate the Birthday of LittleBigPlanet (November 5, 2008, following the UK release of the game). The DLC costume is compatible with LittleBigPlanet (OG), LittleBigPlanet 2, LittleBigPlanet PS Vita, and LittleBigPlanet Karting and is a cross-buy costume (buy it once, available for all versions of LBP). So guys, got anything to say regarding LBP's Birthday? Write below? *Something to note, LittleBigPlanet did indeed have PSP game, but did not become as popular as the ones we have today. Still a great PSP game to own though.Release dates for each LittleBigPlanet games and regions: (LittleBigPlanet, PlayStation 3, 2008)North America - October 28, 2008PAL - November 3, 2008UK - November 5, 2008GOTY Edition - September 8, 2009 (NA), April 16, 2010 (UK)(LittleBigPlanet (PSP), PlayStation Portable, 2009)North America - November 17, 2009 (same day as Assassin's Creed II!)EU - November 20, 2009(LittleBigPlanet 2, PlayStation 3, 2011)North America - January 18, 2011 EU - January 19, 2011AUS - January 20, 2011UK - January 21, 2011(LittleBigPlanet PS Vita, PlayStation Vita, 2012)North America - September 25, 2012 (released earlier than expected though)Europe - September 19, 2012AUS - September 20, 2012 (LittleBigPlanet Karting, PlayStation 3, 2012)North America - November 6, 2012AUS - November 8, 2012 EU - November 7, 2012(LittleBigPlanet HUB, PlayStation 3, TBA)WW - By the end of 2013
TwilightSpira
Wow, sure time flies, I really like littlebigplanet, and Like you said one of the most unique games I ever played too. Karting stay as my favorite alongside 2, I think the user made tracks were so improved over the original, that's why it takes the cup And is hilarious the way sackboy looks when it crosses the finish line. iMilkCarton
A truly amazing series. I've played and enjoyed every LBP game (except Karting). I find so much joy in experiencing each new world or diving in the creations of others. I hope we hear news of a third installment. Happy birthday, LBP! CactusFantastic
Thanks for the tip on the costume. I missed to boat on the original but have a nice little game save on LBP2 and Platinum'd LBPK.
