You are entirely correct.

Electricity is the central nervous system and the plumbing is the organs. Fuse box can be the brain.

All the modern buildings I work on have DDC (Direct Digital Control) systems, which control HVAC, electrical, etc. Definitely a brain and central nervous system full of sensor input.

 

Also, haven't any of you seen the movie The Tower? Building tries to kill a mfer.
