NP-2125-0 error on Trophy App

62 posts in this topic

Since yesterday when I try to sync trophies with the server it says ("An error has occurred. NP-2125-0"). Store and other apps seem ok but only the trophy app. I tried formatting the database, restoring the system, connecting different WiFi.My phone and laptop are fine with WiFi and I was able to use my vita for years with this router. Can anyone help me or had this issue before?

I'm having the same problem. I checked on another website for the error code and it says it's

SCE_NP_COMMUNITY_ERROR_HTTP_SERVER

So it's from Sony. I hope they fix it soon.

I was having the same issue. I left my vita on overnight and the trophies were able to auto-sync without an issue.  Just now, I was able to open the app and it appeared to sync like normal.

Apparently, it doesn't affect everyone. I hope it will be resolved soon. Why Sony hates Vita so much 😑

I didn't get new trophies but syncing with a server in a trophy app happens without any errors on both vita and tv

I initially thought it might be a regional thing as I was having issues with my Canadian account on PS3 yesterday, but my main (UK) account was having no issues at all. Even now my UK account is barely affected, don't have any new trophies to sync either but I can view my trophy list fine on my Vita, but now my avatar isn't loading.

Not so sure it is regional though as I've heard other people in the UK and Europe having issues as well. It's really bizarre how these issues seem to be affecting some accounts and not others, or affecting some worse/less if nothing else.

Anyway, in response to OP, I'm not having this issue myself but am having issues with PSN in general, mostly on PS3 (getting constantly signed out, internet tests failing, profile and avatars not loading, etc.). I've seen other people having the same error code you're getting on Twitter and Reddit recently across Vita and PS TV, so you're definitely not alone.

Oh, God. This hits now that I'm playing VVVVVV. I'll check when I get home from work (I have a trophy I didn't sync from last night).

EDIT: Never mind. It seems to have synced OK. Hmmm...

Still didn't fix to me, it now changed from NP-2125-0 to NP-9849-0
Might this depend on regions? I have an EU account

Damn, i was getting those Vita Minecraft trophies :/

I'm getting error np-9849-0 now as well whenever I try to view my trophies, I can't view them at all any more when it was fine just a few hours ago. I can still access my friends list though, and the PSN store, but literally every single image on the Vita PSN store is broken.

There's issues on PS3 right now as well, and PS4 to a lesser extent (avatars not loading for some, updates often failing), so I think it's just general PSN issues.

I don't know if this is related other than just problems on Sony's end but Remote Play stopped working for me today as well (can't log in, can't detect PS4, etc.).

I can’t sync my PS3 trophies right now, it’s throwing back the 8002A10D error. PS5 seems unaffected and I haven’t tried my Vita. Hopefully this gets fixed soon
